Salesloft has been a great resource for keeping up with my daily work tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadence steps that make it super simple to see your daily goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything! I love all the features it has to offer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had no problems. The benefits are being able to move cadences to other days just in caseI have a super busy day.
Great tool to maximize productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to organize my weekly cadences and who I am going to reach out to per week. Also, helps that I don't have to rewrite or save any templates outside of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is that it is an extra add-on to get a phone number attached to the program. It is also difficult to connect a phone that you already have into the platform as well so that makes it slightly disjointed - but super nit picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and organization are the main problems that I'm solving for. In terms of benefits, I've realized that it helps me stay on top of who I need to reach out to and how often I'm doing so in a more formatted fashion

User interface is easy to learn and train employees to use.

lacking an integration to Salesforce campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesLoft to manage a 21 day followup approach for inbound leads and an outbound approach for target accounts. We find it is easier to manage day to day activities, provide reporting metrics for most successful tactics and find what's working best much easier than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use than any functionality within Salesforce or Pardot. Reporting and coaching allow us to get our inside sales team up to speed and continuously improving much quicker than before.
Helpful Tool for Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and manage communications for a large number of accounts and contacts. Fantastic tool to schedule engagements and reach-outs with customers. I LOVE the meeting scheduling tool- it saves so much time when scheduling meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities are pretty manual like it limits you from sending a one-off email to just 100 contacts at a time. but regardless of the hurdles, the tool still makes my life easier than not having it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a problem with too much busy and manual work when managing my contacts and regularly checking in with all of them, Salesloft helps me save time.
One great tool to organize my day and manage my leads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, users can check their leads, organize all the steps in one specific day, and have the sync with Outlook and Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Users could be activated or deactivated in Salesforce and Salesloft at the same time, and both should be in sync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads need to get better management, so salespeople need to talk to them more often, share content with them, and in the correct frequency so that they won't push too hard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool offers one great way to manage your leads. You import them from your Salesforce, nurture them and share content in the right frequency, in order to convert those leads into accounts and maintain them doing business with you for a long time.
Love Salesloft, super easy to use and definitely very valuable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking capabilities, open vs click rates! It also shows you the success rates of your cadences and makes templatizing emails or customizing them really easy!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration is spotty between SFDC and Salesloft

We are able to send a high volume of emails in a short amount of time. Customizing individual emails is really easy and convenient. LOVE THE SCHEDULE SEND FEATURE
Simplifying the outreach process
What do you like best about the product?
Once email templates are created, it makes it very easy to reach out, follow up and schedule meetings with clients without wasting too much time as if you would do it the traditional way. It gives a lot of flexibility to set up guidelines and stay organized while letting Salesloft do most of the work for you. Also the fact that you can initiate calls from there as well makes it a whole package platform when it comes to the outbound reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site layout can be a little overwhelming once it's crowded with actions and next steps. Would be nice to navigate through the steps in more user-friendly way.

I love the fact that each email is personalized, and you can remove anyone from a cadence .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to finish a complete step before moving onto the next step. I should be able to skip steps easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make more personalized touches/emails in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up the email/phone cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky getting leads from Salesforce into the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard is a great feature! Having the Live Feed, Reminders, Tasks, and Cadences in one view makes it easy to get you day started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to embed files and photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying engaged with your propects and clients is a big part of building a relationships which ultimately resulting in a sale and a happy client.
