I love Salesloft!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization features, the automated workflows and tagging, as well as the tracking and reporting templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't love is it isn't easy to see subject line performance comparison after the first email with A or B subject line- but follow up emails are hard to determine the winner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales enablement, automated cadences, lead generation and nurturing. We have saved 10+ hours a week and have had access to insights that we weren't able to get from our other platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sales and onboarding process has been incredibly painless and the support team is great to work with! I love the tool and would highly recommend it to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The most advantageous feature is the ability to scale email communication through automation. It saves reps time and decision-making on what the messaging should be for the next step in their outbound sales process.

Additionally reps have the ability to see prospect engagement insights in real time which allows them to act swiftly and strike at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating reporting would be a huge advantage to help hold managers accountable for viewing reports and acting on their insights. Additionally, being able to create and update opportunities within the Salesloft platform rather than switching back to Salesforce would help save time and keep everything in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving efficiency and campaign execution issues with Salesloft. Cadences hold reps accountable to following through on their outbound action.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, the email trackers, templates, analytics of each step on reply rate/open rate/click rate. Analytics of our volume of calls and emails each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to prioritize by time zones. inability to have prospects removed from cadence if I logged "disqualified" or "nurtured"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting to leads en masse effectively has been solved. Benefits is organization for my prospecting and recordings/analytics of my interactions.

Be patient and ask questions on how best to use it for your needs. Leverage the great account managers at Salesloft.

Best tool Online for managing cold calls and emailing my prospects in an organized manner

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft keeps everything organized and reduces all the hassle in remembering whom to call and when to call, made my daily calls to prospects and staying in touch super easy. Gone are days of entering details in excel and setting reminders. Salesloft does everything for me and is my online diary or journal to keep track of my cold prospects.
Supercool user interface.
i have now got used to using this tool that i ahve abdoned the need to manually enter details into an excel and keep track oif my daily activity. i am using this tool keep track of my prospects visiting my website, who has opened my email and not. When the next call has to be made and who has to be emailed and what time the email need s to go.
Everything has been integrated with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything, thus nothing so far. I recommend this tool in the new age of sales in the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my time better. I can categorize my activities. It lets me know when I have called the first time and sets up the reminders automatically. Salesloft cadences help to know when I have to call or email next, all the small admin work that I had to do manually in an excel/calender is now managed automatically by Salesloft, which helps to have more time for calling new prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this to your sales team to better manage their time daily and have the tasks handled by Salesloft.

A helpful, but limited tool

What do you like best about the product?
- CRM connectivity capabilities
- Efficiency with making calls/sending emails/booking meetings
- Helpful CS team
- Fairly easy user setup
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not being able to see user profiles as an Admin (to see what settings they have set up or need to change. Have to physically meet with someone almost every time something small comes up and have them share their screen to see their profile settings)
- Not able to set recurring meetings
- Reporting is very limited, not super dynamic and not able to schedule. When there are errors between Salesforce and SalesLoft in terms of data, this reporting issue exacerbates the issue even more.
- SFDC <> SalesLoft syncing is very spotty and difficult to troubleshoot. Have to rely on users following the right process steps for connectivity and data quality to be trustworthy. Not an easy way to bulk update and correct things in SalesLoft based on Salesforce reporting findings. Would be nice to be able to use dataloader within SalesLoft for troubleshooting purposes
- Cadences are intentionally more manual/user based processes, but it would be nice to have more dynamic automation options
- User knowledge base is helpful, but seems limited in terms of what I'm typically searching for and end up having to email my CS rep a lot. Also, a lot of the videos and screenshots show Salesforce Classic rather than Lightning so it's unclear how things should look.
- I wish the layout of data on contacts and account pages was more customizable for our users' needs. For example, it'd be great to be able to see and choose between multiple phone numbers or emails in the quick actions.
- I wish there were more automated rules for Salesforce and SalesLoft connectivity set in the beginning
- I wish errors were more apparent, trackable and fixable at the rep and org level
- I wish informational popups existed in places to better guide users through what they're doing in the system
- I wish there was a knowledge base/educational video tab in each user's profile where they could watch and/or search for helpful training tools without having to leave the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of problems around / working on data connectivity between SalesLoft and Salesforce. Seems like I'm finding more issues every day of data not connecting or not existing. Everything needs an exact automation rule, configuration and process followed for things to sync correctly, which means it's very easy for this to get wonky.

This is in part to me (the admin), coming into a pre-existing system with very little knowledge or context for why things are set the way they are (by either the previous Admin or the default settings). This makes it difficult to be able to identify when they shouldn't be set the way that they are or need to change.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pray you get a good CS rep to help you navigate and troubleshoot the tool. Ours has been exceptionally helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, amazing support from our CSM & AM team at Salesloft, their knowledge center, clean-looking UI, great insights from outreach engagement. Easy to build and execute campaigns. Amazing integrations to build an entire suite of sales tools around and have them all enrich data within Salesloft
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited reporting. Surface-level insights. For example, you can see a report showing the number of meetings booked but you have no ability to click into that meeting number to view which contacts or accounts meetings were booked with or which rep booked them. There is a need for additional levels in reporting and this should be able to be easily accomplished in as easy as two weeks if the product/engineering team pivoted their focus here. I'm confident more robust reporting is on the way for those who do not have Salesforce as their CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized outreach at scale. Data enrichment and a centralized location to house all this data for our entire org. Ultimately working to get out of spreadsheets completely and Salesloft is giving us the path to do this. Reporting remains limited for now which is a bottleneck in this pivot for us. Engagement analytics helps us keep tabs on how our campaigns are performing. The strong suite of integrations with third-party tools remains strong. If you have Salesforce- then Salesloft is a MUST. But even if you have another CRM besides Salesforce, you will still enjoy the lion's share of benefits provided by the platform in streamlining outreach and centralizing data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at this tool as more than just a simple campaign/email automation outreach tool. There's so much more you and your org can get out of it. Make sure you standardize the process for your team to ensure the most data-capture possible. Salesloft remains the top sales engagement tool for outbound sellers in all industies.

What do you like best about the product?
Insights and Analytics package in SalesLoft and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an integration with Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Opportunity Generation Team did not have best in class tools to effectively prospect or manage seller effectiveness on global scale. SalesLoft delivered a configurable solution that enables our sellers to engage their prospects using cadences, integrated with Outlook email and calendar, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft Dialer, and Salesforce.
• SalesLoft gives our sellers insights into how effective their prospecting engagements are through powerful insights such as emails delivered, bounced, viewed, and links clicked.
• SalesLoft gives Sales Managers capabilities to analyze cadence and email template effectiveness.
• Live Call studio enables Managers to listen in on calls, or whisper into the ear of a seller.
• Conversation Intelligence enables more effective coaching of the team through XRAY transcript tags.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have an organized sequence of steps to follow and keep track of your customers it's an all-in-one system.

Sometimes it's not very clear where you can find what, especially for new users.
