Sales loft was able to help me monitor my daily productivity as well as minimize added account management task by using its cadence feature.

easy to use and navigate, help section, outage or issue reporting, and time to solve

the known issues or outages, but that happens with every software/product - however, I do like the follow-up resolution emails

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy SalesLoft makes it to run cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for people from select accounts is often not as smooth as I feel it should be. The algorithms in SalesLoft for "emails clicked" or "emails opened" are extremely unreliable - too many companies have ways to trick SalesLoft's systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence building, dialing fast.

Amazing tool for reaching out to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and tasks make it easy to setup a prospect, keep in contact with them, and also setup specific follow-ups as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's difficult to move a contact from one cadence to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This enables our sales development team to work together and have a more unified approach. The benefits are the metrics, A/B testing, and ultimately better success rates with emails, and calling for better connection rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft integrates with Salesforce force so seamlessly, And this makes sales loft extremely user-friendly. I really liked how you could set up a cadence and be able to send an email to multiple customers at once, and then see all the analytics like who has opened the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sales loft would disappear from my computer within salesforce. The only way to get it back would be to completely shut down sales force and restart it. I wish the integration of sales loft and salesforce was a little stronger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I am solving by using Salesloft would be being able to have a cadence set up within sales loft and know that if a customer hasn't responded that the system will automatically follow back up with the customer within a certain amount of time that I can set. What I have come to realize is that sometimes it takes 3 to 4 "" touches before a customer will respond to me and because the cadence will do that automatically I have found that I have gotten more business because of the continuous follow up that the cadence within sales loft offers.

What do you like best about the product?
The live feed is just amazing. Keeps us updated with every move of the customer. It makes us aware whether the prospect is likely to buy it or not depending on the number of times he opens the emails. Again cadences too, ensures that activity is there on every single contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I guess its about how the cadence is made. Nothing is there to dislike but often times we feel there should be a gap between steps and should not be hat frequent, again that varies per cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always keeps me on top of my game, I know most of the times who will give the sale and who will not based on the prospect's behaviour depicted through live feed.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to create custom made cadences and organization. Your time as a business owner is extremely valuable. Look at it this way. If you make $500 per hour and are sending follow up mails on your time instead of hiring a VA to do it for $25 an hour, you’re losing a lot of money. Your time should instead be spent on important, productive tasks that grow your business. Once you hire a skilled VA for sales, you will experience productivity gains, thanks to the time you end up saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you get leads lost in all the chaos, and it could be easier to find them. Nevertheless it is the best tool I used for sales organization. I have had some problems with prospects in regards to audio. sometimes it is hard to keep track of the activities and it could have better administration tools and conection with Google Calendar and Zoom for example. They could have something as Many businesses fail to keep in touch with or reconnect with old leads. Your virtual sales assistant will manage a database of new and old leads and keep in touch. They will speak with old leads to find out if they’re still interested in the product. Because this is nothing like cold calling i.e. your leads have already expressed interest in buying, your virtual sales assistant is the right person to handle this task for pushing sales.

I activley recomend it to my pears who are starting as BDRs, as I said it is game changing. Timely follow up with new leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to keep track of who has opened and clicked on my emails. It helps provide feedback to improve and adjust my messaging. It also helps making targetting messaging easier by adding cadences/grouping certain people for certain types of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is absolutely terrible. When I have had issues, I open up a case per usual, and it takes a week to get a response, not including the time it takes to get the issue resolved. When you leverage this tool for ALL your email outreach and the email function does not work AND customer service take a week to respond? It is entirely unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of this tool is that you are able to track who has viewed your emails and can see where everyone ranks in terms of outreach for the day/week. This helps increase engagement.
