Great Concept, lacking commitment to a refined solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of third party services is simplified, token based, and integrates well into their analytics system. This includes Outlook, Vidyard, leadIQ, Zoom, or Calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The infrastructure in general is quite rigid, its difficult to truly difficult to create an individual cadence and copy that to a team cadence, then move it back. There is also very little configuration on A/B testing for multiple flow cadence. meaning customer responded > if / than statement > a vs b cadence, its not flexible to switch between these well / efficiently as it was described/ sold to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting email/ call metrics more easily, once we were able to integrate our phone and email clients being able to load up a list of customer call plans was simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly consider the support requirements you believe you will require before you start. We thought this would be a clear an easy solution to implement. They lacked direct knowledge of GDPR, the lacked availability to support structure consultation, they lacked PM support to take feedback. I would strongly consider another solution if this is a complex project you are developing.
Takes the pain out of prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love having an overview of who I need to contact and when. It is effortless to set up multi-channel and multi-step cadences. You can make templates of favorite emails and easily load them into cadences. It makes my job of prospecting so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I update an email address and save it on the contact it will revert back to the previous email address. Also, with the LeadIQ integration, it is possible to load contacts into cadences who may also be active on another cadence and there is no alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft automates my prospecting issues. There is no more guesswork when I need to contact people or what content to send them when. This product saves me hours on a weekly basis.
One of the Best Outreach Tools Out There
What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy and intuitive UI.
2. Personal and team cadences, templates, snippets.
3. Very good value add with Owler competition info.
4. Good deep integration with Sales Navigator from LinkedIn.
5. Reporting in Salesforce.
6. Time zone features and ability to maneuver within cadences by skipping steps, adding prospects to certain specific steps, etc.
7. Support is great, although can still be faster (as in any other firm in this business).

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is something I exactly dislike, rather I have some suggestions to improve. I will say though figuring out how to pause a cadence versus removing and moving prospects around can be better in some instances. The most minor but fun thing to improve upon is adding some additional colors to make it look more compelling inside the app. Although simplicity is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development is the primary use case for my work. I perform outreach daily (specifically, by email and LinkedIn). I utilize various cadences, templates, snippets, LinkedIn research, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you discuss all your needs prior to the purchase with their consultant. There may be minor features that can be important to you and will require custom creation. That is to say, not everything potentially may be part of the standard version. For example, deeper Salesforce to SalesLoft import requires a custom button. Meaning, the usual import is great, but if you want to have a selective button, you will have to set this with their team. They are great though and will help.
So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
We have Salesloft linked up to Salesforce in our organization. This is the best software for making/logging calls, sending emails, and keeping notes that I have ever used. I love that it sends all of the information back to salesforce as well, making it, so they work perfectly in tandem. I love the email feature and that I get notified as soon as they open my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, a call will drop out for no apparent reason. This is a minor thing but does happen every once in a while. (Maybe once every 150 calls for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows us to house all of our call logs, emails, and notes in the same place, making it easy to continue conversations with our prospects.
SalesLoft is the leading sales engagement tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft offers a logical, highly customizable UI for designing scalable prospecting campaigns. I love the new multi-touch step that allows you to incorporate multiple channels into a single action step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX gets a bit wonky when you need to remove people from a cadence, or if you mark a step a success, it doesn't always omit them from the next automated step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SL helps me scale my outreach and provides a structure for keeping large prospecting campaigns organized. It also allows you to automate some of the more mundane/rote steps of your outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better than anything else on the market as of 2021

What do you like best about the product?
It's got great automation and works with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Our cadences need improvement. I still have a better hit rate calling prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on customer engagement.
Cristina Alvarado and SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see in real-time everytime your clients open, click or reply to one of your emails
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too long to load the page every time you get inside the platform, as well as every time you sent an email from one of your cadences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can notice the interest of my clients even thought they haven't reply to my email
Easy to rollout within a sales organization, immediately increasing sales activity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create team cadences and roll these out to my sales team. Additionally, the analytics involved is extremely valuable and allows me to not only understand which of my reps are using the tool effectively but trends within my 1:1 content itself.
We implemented this software in November and were fully rolled out and seeing results as soon as January. Complements to the SL implementation team and client support team as they were quick to respond and help get our organization trained.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about SalesLoft, the only request I have is to allow us to mass import via LinkedIn Navigator. These capabilities are enabled on Salesforce so we are able to mitigate this by importing into Salesforce and then into Salesloft at scale so this issue isn't a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving an activity issue within our outbound prospecting. By creating a work management tool we are now able to keep our sales team and inside sales team accountable and focused. Additionally, I am able to monitor the success of marketing content to know what is working and what isn't working. Stacking increased data analytics on top of ease of work has made our outbound prospecting much more effective.
Additionally, we are able to integrate SalesLoft into our data visualization tool via API which is giving us deeper real-time insights into how SalesLoft is impacting key accounts within our Target Account List. This had made the business case in investing in SL very easy.

Business Development Representative
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me complete all my daily tasks and easily be able to gather information on where I'm having success and what needs work in regards to my cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't really think of anything I dislike. SL is easy to use and their support team is fantastic and insightful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, being able to see understand what type of content and messaging is best resonating with my prospects is huge and easily accomplished with SL.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a BDR/SDR and not using SL then contact your manager ASAP to get going with it.
Can't cancel renewal if not within strict notification timeframe.
What do you like best about the product?
UI is okay and Cadences work well. They provide lots of resources to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Deals module needs better integration with the rest of the platform. Conversation Intelligence is difficult to use and the calendar stops synching at various intervals, requiring you to reconnect.
If you try to cancel your renewal, there are strict timeframes where you can cancel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaleLoft allows us to automate all our outbound sales efforts and identify what is working well and what needs improvement through engagement metrics with our target audience. It integrates with Salesforce so all our data is in sync making the entire sales process seamless.
