Salesloft is one of sales greatest tools.
What do you like best about the product?
It's sleek. There are platforms out there that have similar capabilities, but when I log into it, I have something nice to look at. It seems trivial, but I have to stare at it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy, making calls difficult to dial; however, it's usually resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining tasks and CRM integration. 'nuff said
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient with it.
Must have for scalable prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is incredibly intuitive - it takes very little time for new users to get the hang of using the platform and start finding their own ways to accelerate success. On top of that, Salesloft is constantly listening to customer feedback to make the platform even better. In the past few years & companies I've used Salesloft, I've benefited from countless (really useful) upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing that comes to mind is cadence/template organization. A foldering system would be really helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generic & personalized outreach at scale + rep task organization. Steps in outreach aren't slipping through the cracks as much, and managers/reps have valuable insights into how messaging + cadences are performing.
Helpful tool: needs deeper analytics & tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Automation tools and the ability to view analytics on what campaigns, emails, subjects are seeing the most interaction. Conversation intelligence - capturing meeting notes is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality seems to be limited when sending an email to multiple contacts. It is challenging to see specifically who is interacting with an email I sent. If I send externally and then later forward an email internally. I cannot tell who is opening from my org or from my prospect.
I wish Salesloft could better integrate with tools like LinkedIn to automate those processes as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to automate email cadences and follow-ups which saves time.
Keep track of campaigns and cadences - don't let emails / contacts slip through the cracks.
Nurture leads and opportunities to keep leads / opportunities warm and moving ahead.

Great functionality at the cost of varying consistency
What do you like best about the product?
Automated Email Cadences & call recording
What do you dislike about the product?
random extension errors & app inadequacies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful for large email blasts with options for many dynamic fields. Call quality remarkably consistent with SL dialer. Very well integrated with Salesforce and Gmail for efficient tracking.
SalesLoft is the automated assistant helping me hit my number
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLofts ability to help me manage a large body of contacts through multiple sales motions simultaneously. This frees me up for the more manual parts of my job. This allows prospecting and deal progression to continue while mult-tasking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be prepared to do some legwork to get proper suspects (people) into the system and to the necessary leg work for a strategy to attack the territory. Anything worth doing does take some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing touches with spreadsheets is unwieldy and not scalable. I have been able to connect with people faster to qualify or disqualify them more efficiently.
I can't imagine my workflow without SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and the integrations with SFDC, Gmail, Linkedin
What do you dislike about the product?
That the Linkedin Features of sending a message or a connection are manual and not automated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple, automated, measurable, customized touch across my clients and prospects

Salesforce is my house, Salesloft is my car
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard, team cadences, droppable voicemails, and the task creation functionality. Overall it's a great productivity tool for me as a BDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that could be better, like making sure all relevant information about a prospect is visible and central on a person page. For example, time zone should be right up there next to their name, and sometimes the full length of the title is obscured. I also think you should be able to pre-record voicemails by cadence rather than having to go settings>calls>voicemails. This way you don't have to scroll through all your VMs to find the one you're using today. Things like that are just tiny tweaks that would save me time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to crunch through large volumes of outreach every day, and I like that everyone on my team can collaborate on cadences. The templates could be great but I have found them a little buggy.
Cadence excellence
What do you like best about the product?
It allows my team to stay focused and disciplined, with a one-screen view of their tasks, prospects, and activities. It allows me to guide and coach without interrupting their day too much and keeping an eye on the activities and metrics that matter. We have been using SalesLoft for over six months, and the results are evident to my leadership and our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see all notes that are put in SalesLoft to then transfer to Salesforce these keeps everyone on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows us to divide and conquer while not "bumping" into each other in accounts. It allows me to customize better the messaging and the type of cadence I want to see followed, and it helps me to keep track of what accounts, events, and personas are getting attention. We are also able to see what messaging is working or not working.
Give me my damn giftcard already
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep my touches on the track
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that this survey is taking forever, and you dare to make me correct my verbiage choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy minimizing the back and forth between touches, and having it all housed in one spot is convenient.
The best Sales Engagement Platform for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
Love the way that I can organize my day via the dashboard and know where I need to focus my day. It helps me to be productive and use my 3 main channels to prospect: LinkedIn, email, and phone.
I can see key previous connections and history with individual prospects.
I can listen to my calls to know what I did well or did wrong.

What do you dislike about the product?
5 things:
- That I can't have my own rules for "hot leads" or having another view to filter my top prospects
- That you can't move people to different cadences based on certain activities.
- Can't make a way to make lists off of contacts who are in-cadence. Can't make a list of everyone who has opened in this cadence (not opens from 2019) and make a dial list.
- That I don't have recommendations on why open rates might be dropping off between emails

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more focused on my prospecting tasks so at the end of the month I book more meetings.
