It's everything in ONE place and it's automated!

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft keeps important customer details, tracks interactions, and allows you to contact customers all from ONE platform. We use several different platforms in my job - email, a CRM database, meeting scheduling tools, and more! It's incredibly beneficial to have one platform that links interactions from multiple places together. It keeps me organized and on task, and if I do get sidetracked (who doesn't when working from home?!), it's easy to pick up from where I left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we had a good bit of training, getting to know the ins and outs of SalesLoft takes practice. Sometimes things are a little less intuitive than I'd like, and they require a good bit of playing around to grasp. The learning curve isn't too terrible, but there is a bit of one, so it's not entirely plug-and-play. The SalesLoft team has made some fantastic improvements recently that have made things even easier and faster. They listen to their clients and make the changes necessary to improve functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thrive in an organized environment. I used to use a bunch of tools that didn't talk to each other to record interactions and send correspondence, so I was constantly repeating things I'd already done in one platform in another platform. SalesLoft takes care of that for me. If I send an email, it tracks it and ties it to the contact for me. When a contact schedules an appointment, I see it in my desktop email calendar. Plus, cadences add additional automated steps, so I don't have to create future-dated reminders. It's like a personal assistant that knows my clients as well as I do and tells me what I need to do next - or does it for me!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most salespeople have to grapple with using multiple platforms, and it can be intimidating (even annoying) when something new gets added into the mix. What helped me adopt SalesLoft more quickly was understanding how it helped me do what I was already doing, but more efficiently. The first time I used SalesLoft, I was given a specific task with specific instructions and clear expectations. When I saw how easy it was to complete the task (it was a calling 'blitz," by the way), I was sold.

- contacting a wide variety of customers without loosing track.
- possibilty to use tasks and always stay focused on your most to dos
What do you dislike about the product?
- each cadence step should have the possibilty to set up a concrete date.
- inbound call setups should be extended
- the opt out should be mutable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- scaling customer interaction
- having the to dos at one spot (Cadence actions)

whats the use case in your company. If you want to automate customer interaction / communication than salesloft is a great tool to do so

SalesLoft Live Feed - phenomenal real-time insight.

More control over what classifies a "Hot Lead".

Lack of leads. SalesLoft has provided vital information into our prospect's profiles via great analytics on engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the exports of any reports and also the ease to manage the cadences.

At the moment I have nothing as a dislike.

Working on multiple cadences simultaneously.

As said earlier it is quite user friendly hence not difficult to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's linked up to LinkedIn and how easily the steps are in the cadences. The analytics, especially on the mobile app! It's super easy to use and seems like it was designed with a sales professional in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the steps I had to take to get everything set up initially. I was a lot to manage and I think that's what's kept some of my peers from adopting it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing the time I used to put into manually managing an outreach campaign, this is making me more productive, efficient and I have better insight!

What do you dislike about the product?
Hitting daily email domain limits for my strategic accounts. We sell multiple products and have multiple events going on. I understand a personal limit on a customer contact, but not a comoany domain limit for strategic accounts. These people want these emails from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, hitting daily email domain limits for my strategic accounts. I've realized huge benefits in our Campaign registrations to webinars, hands on workshops. I'm able to locate a contact in Zoom Info, I'm able to import into salesloft/salesforce. I'm then able to invite to a cadence or template. I'm able to track when a customer or prospect clicks on the email then watch as they register in our Campaign in Salesforce. I'm able to follow up with the customer in salesloft. Then close the DEAL!

What do you like best about the product?
cadences and it is a super intuitive tool. The fact that you can check how many point open your emails, how many people answer as well is an incredible tool to maximise my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be quite slow sometimes, especially when you add more and more contacts

improve your organization and save a lot of time; this automatization process behind that is priceless

Stick to it as you can save a lot of time and you can get more tactical in what you do.
