Efficient and organized

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does SalesLoft provide our account managers ease of use in adding information to our CRM it also helps them organize their day and stay consistent in their interactions with our accounts and leads. In addition, the SalesLoft team has been there the entire step of the way through implementation, training, and following up to ensure that user adoption is successful. Marcus and Alan from SalesLoft have become trusted advisers and are always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the mobile app was as expansive as the platform but we are confident that they will get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for sales team and user adoption. The sales team is loving SalesLoft and our user adoption is increasing.
Excellent for mass reachouts in existing conversations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft can easily be used in order to personalize your mass reachouts to existing clients or prospects onboarded onto your CRM, whether it is through emails or Inmails.
The ability to form cadences and use these cadences at different points of time ( scheduled) automates the entire process and you don't have look back at it twice.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to onboard the prospects onto the CRM platform before they can be lofted into the Salesloft platform and reached out to which requires some manual effort but post that it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reachout to our pilot and regular customers through Salesloft to keep them updated with product upgrades, trainings and onboardings.
We use it for product launches to send product descriptions to our clients.
We also use this for scheduled follow ups with existing prospects within existing opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great. Our rep Lily is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and provides great value during our meetings and trainings.
Once onboarded with the software, I have found it fairly intuitive and easy to use. It is also reliable.

I wish it was slightly more customizable, but this is not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are definitely resolving reliability issues. I rarely have a dropped call or sound issues. Is is also a much better user experience than our previous provider and it integrates better with SFDC.
Salesloft Saved Me So Much Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that all of my emails and correspondence are linked to my SalesLoft so easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real qualms, I really love how sleek and helpful it is.

Im in client success, so staying connected to my clients is very important. With cadences, I am to do so.

Being able to run cadence, easily being able to search for my contacts.

I have a very hard time getting my extension to work on my mac, tracking on my mac seems off also.

Be curious, look for training, It's a great tool but you have to work and study to fully use it to its potential

In Germany we never speak to a person with the first name if we don't know that person. Anytime we have to write dear Mr. last name or dear Mrs. last name.
In German its hart because also the previous words will change as well. therefor u cant do something automatically with that tool. And this is normally the best part. :-( that's mad

The best part as i sad is to send out many emails in one shot. That helps me a lot to get response. Also the analytics in SalesLoft are amazing.

As i said, it is very user friendly, very modern tool, well constructed. T send out many emails in 1 shot. Also the calls when u do the cadences. Super fast and super organized. I really love that tool
