Gamechanger for SDR's

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes prospecting such a breeze. You can start your day knowing exactly what tasks you have due and block out time accordingly - going from manual prospecting and multiple tabs open for Hubspot, Gmail, dialler and Linkedin to just one tool is game-changing.

The platform is incredibly easy to use and pretty much any prospecting scenario you can think of is achievable with it. Salesloft has given us visibility as we've never had before into what messaging works, the ability to test and optimize it constantly, and keeping reps on track with a steady flow of tasks and activities to do each day. It completely removes any organisational chaos from an SDR's life.

I love the hot leads rule - the ability to filter them off into a separate cadence once they meet the hot leads criteria is really powerful.

We've also finally been able to follow up with MQL's effectively which has stopped opportunities slipping through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a fair amount of time to setup all your templates, cadences and rules but the team is really helpful with this, and once this initial phase is complete, you are good to go. Once up and running, no complaints at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going from manual prospecting and low visibility into what each rep is doing day to day, to your day laid out in front of you, cloning the best messaging across the team and removing the pain from prospecting is helping transform our sales development function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a member of the team dedicated to the onboarding and setup - really helps getting it done quick when the process is centralised rather than down to each rep.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of what salesloft has to offer. It allows me to automate my entire sales cadence. I also appreciate the fact that it allows me to send over a hundred emails in a single click. Prior to this role; I have seen many work arounds for this exact problem. From having to hire someone all the way to just spending the time and doing it myself. If not for salesloft, I wouldn't be able to reach out to as many people as I currently do. Another thing I like about Salesloft is the constant emails "keeping me in the loop" whether it's a summit or just updates to the platform. I appreciate the knowledge that I don't have to dig for - rather it comes to me automatically every so often. The most helpful part of salesloft is the automation of my entire sales cadence. The upsides are reduced time spent on manual entries
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the integration with salesforce. It could certainly be smoother by letting the user submit cadences directly from Salesforce. I dislike how I have to go in from salesforce and then it redirects me to salesloft. It would be better if I can choose my cadences right from Salesforce when I am adding contacts in. One more thing I dislike about Salesloft is the fact that I can't connect both outlook and gmail to it. I understand that would defeat the purpose so to speak. I like to speak to my clients using Outlook with my outlook account and my gmail with the gmail using clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using my time more efficiently which allows me the benefit of realizing more sales. I have tried doing these manually and can't even fathom how anybody does it. It simply takes too long . At previous sales roles, the company had specific individuals who sent emails and made calls. It just too long to collaborate this way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SalesLoft links with LinkedIn while I am calling a prospect, has a notes section that connects to salesforce and the description sentiment keeps all of my calls organized when I am looking for a specific conversation. Honestly don't know how i would do my job without the sales tool. I also like how we can import multiple or some contacts from salesforce. This help me save a great deal of time when I am trying to send out emails. Salesloft is a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface could be more user-friendly but once you get the hang of it its not bad at all.
Some other issues I have with salesloft is my mic will randomly cut out at times and it will say i have to press a certain button to come back but I end up having to restart my computer any time this occurs, its not often but it definitely happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me stay on task and engage with prospects in a timely manner. The benefits of salesloft is prospect discovery and email accountability. There a great deal of benefits within using salesloft. Some include, email timing, varients (A/B teststing ) being able to add people to a step that isn't the first step. For Instance in salesforce I can add someone to step 15 instead of placing them in one and having to skip the prospect to the desired step.

Amazing software for organization of the worflow of sales

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is an incredible software. When i started using it, i became familiarized with the platform right away.
It is really incredible how you can build out different cadences for each type of costumer, how you can as well manage to which leads you want to reach out throughout the day, the features that the software has such as the time zone filters to classify prospects, live call studio that you can listen to other peoples calls, the recording area where you can as well review the calls you've made in the past.
There are many different things i could list in here but overall, it has been incredible working with salesloft, and it definetly brought more sense into my mind on how to organize myself to reach out to customers in a really effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far i haven't found something that i dislike about the software, it is really well built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarly the organization that i have with Salesloft is amazing, The way the software helps me divide my work into candences with different steps including calls, e-mails, linkedin activity and many more is fundamental for a successful SDR day-to-day routine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Best acquisition for a company that wants to organize they're sales cycle and performance through a great plaftform that is easy to use and will most definetly bring more results to your commercial team.

Powerful and useful

What do you like best about the product?
Love love love the platform and its saleforce integration is almost seamless! It's so useful to be able to tie this to my cell phone number and make calls, especially internationally!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the fact that I can't log calls that aren't saved as contacts, but that's a me problem, I think!

I had a very strange issue that wasn't fixed that meant I wasn't able to make calls from certain sections of Salesforce but found a workaround and it led me to using the Salesloft platform more often than Salesforce, which ended up working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking metrics across the sales teams, keeping prospects and clients at our fingertips! It helps with overall team target management as well as keeping track of day to day activities. The SDR teams find it especially useful to keep track of their weekly/monthly cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're an agency with an active sales team, I'd highly recommend Salesloft for your organisation. It's incredibly powerful from a team management perspective and of course from a sales functional perspective. The tracking of emails and calls makes the insights you can glean from this invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of the steps in your outreach, user-friendly dashboard, possibilities beyond basic communication tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS is quite slow to respond if you run into issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to prospect clients in a structured, transparent manner. It's amazing how well can you test different outreaches and track success with variants. Also, reminders for different steps are super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to utilize variants feature. Tracking different types of emails intended for the same group of people can really help with future engagements with your prospects.

Making life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
A few reasons I like using SL is seeing when someone is looking at my emails, visiting my company website, and making sending campaigns so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, at the moment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engagement tracking is AMAZING! If anything, this allows me to better understand when prospects are simply ignoring me.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI makes it super easy to use. Very modern, simple, and easy to use interface. I don't think I've had to search a KB yet to find any of the features so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The KBs aren't always up to date and support is a little slow to respond if you have any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients and connecting it to other platforms like LinkedIn makes making connections very simple and personal. You can reach people in mass super quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have you considered other platforms such as salesforce?

Even with having an active Salesforce.com session, we still use salesloft simulatenously.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to set-up. Compared to our self-built analytics before it is very easy to get an understanding if our reps hit their activity targets.
I also love the best practice resources Salesloft share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes filters in the analytics are not saved. By this, you need to set up the time period and additional filters again, when coming back from a more detailed report. This is a minor thing, but sometimes a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a place to structure our outbound efforts and test different approaches. By this, we now have a more data-driven approach to our outbound sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive platform which saves time and energy for the sales team. The after sales support from the Salesloft team is also great and essential to get the best out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to go through to make the platform work to its full potential and lacks integration to our specific CRM

Keeping leads warm automatically without too much effort.
