What do you like best about the product?
the cadences and call live studio are great
What do you dislike about the product?
call issues can come up where they will randomly not dial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the number of contacts reached out to, reminding me to set steps
It's organized, efficient, and effective. However there are some small errors

I like that you can put contacts into a cadence and knock out in 1 hour, what would normally take 3
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the company names are invalid and/or don't match the information provided in SF. Additionally the connection is sometime very choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft fixes the problem of having to organize large amounts of data. I realize that SF is a tool every company should have implemented

What do you like best about the product?
Fluid to use, interactive and good dashboard with everything you need right on the spot

Sometimes it does get a bit slow and it needs to be refreshed

It makes my connection with salesforce easier so that way I dont have the double work

What do you like best about the product?
-The simplicity of SalesLoft, easy to use, east to help manage tasks, stay up to date with reminders, ensure that I am following up with prospects, tracking email clicks. Salesloft is also great because I am able to set up emails that will be sent out down the road. Overall I spend most of my day in Sales loft and it helps me stay up to date and organized in regards to who I am reaching out to and putting my contacts in the appropriate cadence. Finding all of the contact history in SalesLoft is much more time efficient than finding the same information in Sales Force because my Sales Force is extremely slow. I also really like that I am able to use tasks and reminders in SalesLoft because it is so much easier to have everything on one platform. Before I realized I could use these features in SalesLoft I was adding tasks to SalesForce along with google spreadsheets and it was very time consuming to keep going back and forth over and over again just to see what my tasks and reminders are, now that I know I can use SalesLoft for these I have everything in one place and I am able to just click on the contacts info in order to reach out to them and their cellphone number and email address are already in the system so it ends up being very convenient. I also really like the fact that I am able to integrate Sales Force, Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info with SalesLoft because once I transfer all of my information over and have all of my contacts in the right place it is extremely easy to just reach out to them from there. Before my role at this company I wasn't very familiar with SalesLoft so now that I am starting to become more and more familiar with the platform I am learning new tips and tricks daily to help me stay organized and make the process much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
-The only con I would say I have right now is that i'm not able to LinkedIn message people directly from SalesLoft. I feel like it would save me a lot of time if the SalesLoft and Sales Navigation integration was a little bit easier to actually use SalesNav within SalesLoft. My only other dislike would be that sometimes the phone dial pad makes weird loud noises when I am about to start dialing on the phone. Sometimes I will also call the wrong number but I don't think that is a problem that was caused by SalesLoft I think that sometimes ZoomInfo just has the wrong data and for that reason it is imported into SalesLoft. Other than those few dislikes I honestly have really been enjoying using SalesLoft daily to help me stay organized and reach out to prospects. I honestly feel like I would be so lost if I didn't have this platform. SalesLoft helps me keep track of what steps I need to follow, when to reach out, what to say, it also even stores my email templates and is integrated with my gmail account so rather than having to go back and forth all over the place I am able to have everything I need in one place. I also love that SalesLoft shares all of my progress and updates into SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always struggled with staying organized especially when keeping track of who I am reaching out to. SalesLoft has tremendously helped me stay organized and keep track of not only the contacts I've reached out to but along with the history of outreach from others within my company to that specific contact. SalesLoft has helped save me a lot of time along with effort. I love that every email and call ever sent to individuals is logged onto SalesLoft because it saves me so much time from having to go through Salesforce to find all of that information and then going back to SalesLoft. SalesLoft is honestly where I spend most of my work day and I would be so much less efficient without having this tool. Additionally SalesLoft allows me to view my analytics which has been extremely helpful in regards to keeping track on my outreach, my progress, what time of day i'm seeing the most success. I also really enjoy that I'm able to have an email variant in my cadences in SalesLoft which allows me to see which email that is being sent out is engaging the most prospects. It's great to know what is working along with what is not attracting any engagement. I also mentioned that I was not a huge fan of the fact that I couldn't send messages to people directly through SalesLoft but on the upside I do like that I'm able to send LinkedIn connection requests on SalesLoft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to others that it is very important to make sure to stay organized- make sure that cadences are all in order and ready to go before them and try and keep your contacts organized and make sure you know where in the cadence it is you want them to go before putting them in,

How organized it allows me to be by allowing me to make several cadences for different strategies I'm implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to add steps on the same day as another step while the current step has people in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it's slow. But the once it's up to speed, I see a lot of productivity on my end.

Explore the sight and use everything they offer to your advantage. It can really make a difference.

What do you like best about the product?
The guidance of Salesloft client success team, they really put the time and effort into sharing best practices and are always quick to respond. I also like the recording feature, that you can create playlists of the recordings to share with the team and the platform is easy to manage even if you've never worked with it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't go through all my tasks for that day at once and keep having to go back to the home page, I understand why this is done, yet I feel I could be quicker if I could either do all my tasks or certain tasks in the different cadences in one go rather than having to go back to the home page.
Also when I look at a specific team members cadences and dive into one, when I want to go back to their main cadences page I come back to my own cadence page and have to filter again, which is quite time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
The transitioning between the tasks and the ease to implement templates & snippets
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about salesloft is that it can only integrate with salesforce and not other CRM systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily time is what we are saving the most, the fact that we dont have to copy/past emails and can just implement them right away is very beneficial for us. It also makes the conversion rate of sales much better as we are able to see which cadences and variants are the best to use.

Simple, easy to use and have really added some really useful new features and put innovation at the forefront of what they do.

Sometimes you have to login a few times during the day but may just be my dodgy wifi
