The interactive tasks were helpful when opening salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too mush information in the videos all at once.

Shortcutting tasks. ordering and grouping prospects

I find it to be glitchy sometimes I also don't like that this survey makes you fill out a full sentence when I could just write glitchy

User friendly to keep a good overview of your work being done

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create different cadences
It automatically shows which steps are due so you are on top of your work and who to contact
You can easily import your prospects into the cadence you created.
Having the dialler function within
Able to add notes by your prospects so everything is together in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The training at the start is not that great. I find being on Salesloft itself is easier to find out how to do certain things.
The training is too much information that you do not remember. Would be better to have more visuals and hands on learning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can keep track of who to contact and the time this has to be done
It lets you know when certain tasks are due (emailing, calling)
You can create your own cadence steps

the user interface is very clear, making it easy to navigate around the page when working

not the biggest fan of the way that the cadences are set up for the user

Analytics page so I can track my progress daily / weekly , Live feed button like a notifications page
What do you dislike about the product?
New to salesloft so I don't like how you have to import someone before emailing them or contact them. But I understand why

Team and individual organization, I can track my progress/ know exactly what I need to work on and also my boss can easily know as well

What do you like best about the product?
Templates for emails are useful. Also, cadences are easy to create and edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches appear in emails - says will send to someone else or REs in the wrong email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to keep track of who I am in contact with. Work's very well with Lusha, Lead IQ, etc.
