An awesome tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to use and efficiency. I like that I can make my calls, linkedin connections and choices, as well as my emails all from a single dashboard. Having the dashboard has saved me hours of time over the past few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's least helpful is not having time gates that we can program to prevent messages from sending at the wrong times. It's critical for our business to have control of this for the sake of our customers. I'd like to see more options like email gating. Also, the call dispositioning interface can be a bit clunky at times. I'd like to not take so many clicks to disposition and complete a call. Over all the calling is solid and more stable than other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are decreasing time suckers like filling out Google sheets and manually dialing leads. It has allowed me to focus on fine tuning messaging as well as develop more personalized approaches to get responses from my perspective leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at this as a tool for culture change in how you approach contacting and uncovering leads. The old way of doing things generally doesn't fit with the SalesLoft application. Spray and Pray is not the name of the game here. This is a tool for focused specific outreach. Other than that prepare to be wowed and relieved and the time it gives you back and the insights it will provide as you use it more and more over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love blending automation & personalization with this tool, which enables me to scale my & my team's efforts, while also making the content super relevant to my audience. I love when a hot lead pops up, and I can send a well-timed follow up or video to a key prospect. I also loving savings templates & snippets to help us standardize across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could globally hit pause on a cadence during key times, such as holidays or during times of the week where there is a lot of other noise. There are some workarounds to this, but a big phat button would really help us streamline things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some amazing benefits, especially when used in conjunction with other amazing sales tools. When this is integrated with tools for prospecting, lead scrubbing, browser client, and CRM, it's the perfect sales ecosystem.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Nav/LinkedIn integration is a bit clunky. Would be good if you could see if you've already connected or tried connecting with the person. Same again for messaging. In it's current iteration it only really serves as a link directly to the person and I still do everything on LinkedIn rather than via the salesloft platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach at scale. Personalisation at scale.
Creating cadences and executing them (ie. sending and calling) is a dream. Used to have to use Hubspot at a past company and it's really useless for BDs, couldn't stand it. Didn't realise how much easier my life could be before making the switch to Salesloft.

Team Process and Analysis Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics one-stop shop (page) is very useful for reviewing team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found much to dislike. There is export functionality for different reports, and it would be nice if one could access all of the available exports in one place. Perhaps this is available and I just haven't found out how yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has allowed the team to send initial communication to potential customers with customized cadences. Reviewing team performance has been much easier with the analytics tools.

Salesloft is a next level tool – it improves outbound sales efficiency by 10x for me.
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, it's really user friendly. The process to build out advanced cadence structures is easy. They also have a killer CS team who honestly provide one of the best services I've had.

The LinkedIn integration is limited to sales navigator and doesn't allow you to send messages to 1st-degree connections as part of a cadence.

- The Chrome extension can sometimes fail to work.

- Better and more consistent outbounding.

I wish I had this when I was a SDR
What do you like best about the product?
Conversations is a game changer, the variants allow A/B testing so easily and the cadences are pretty flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to drill down into reports (e.g. skipped steps)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our prospects that we are connected to on LinkedIn and placing them in a cadence. The benefits of call coaching are unparalleled in my opinion and the ease of integration with Salesforce.
Game changer in Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate sequences. I’m an AE and still use SalesLoft to try and supplement my pipeline with some new opportunities. Being able to fully automate it allows me to focus on closing whilst having a steady trickle of companies come through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking of email clicks would be helpful if it included attachments in gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Salesloft can keep so much of your engagement all in one place, and I really liked the conversational intelligence bot. It has been great in my role because I sell a complex solution and you are typically selling to very different people from technical to business. Therefore storing technical overviews of the product on conversational intelligence is excellent.
In addition to that, I like how you can keep and store templates and snippets of information as we work with multiple vendors and being able to segment them in a fashion which makes sense to me is very powerful as it reduces the time it takes to carry out my role. For example what may take 15 minutes is reduced to 3 and as you can imagine, with 60+ accounts and even more prospects, this means a lot to me.
In addition to that, I like how you can keep and store templates and snippets of information as we work with multiple vendors and being able to segment them in a fashion which makes sense to me is very powerful as it reduces the time it takes to carry out my role. What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lack of connections to alternative CRM's other than Salesforce. For SMB companies like ours, we just need more choice in how we integrate other systems with Salesforce. In addition to this, Salesloft does not have a good API and therefore it is difficult to extract the rich information that resides within Salesloft.
I think if they worked on this, their platform would be a lot more powerful, because yes they have their own analytics but its no where near other solutions in the market.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly solving the issue of time to talk to leads and also being more personalized with each prospect that we can track. Inevitably this is leading to more meetings and initial demos and we will just need to see how this impacts actual revenue. But over the last 5 months, we have seen leads come through our SalesLoft campaigns which we are tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the people and processes are looked at during the implementation phase - you really do need someone to lead this.
