Not a lot. Maybe more customisation to the side bar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves lack of visibility over my actionable tasks and easy logging of notes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make strong use of the cadences and us the A/B testing functionality to stop your content from becoming stagnant

LinkedIn messages are manual + only Inmail and no direct linkedin messages

Reach as much prospects as possible with a qualitative and quantitative approach at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft helps me organise my day and double my activity. I have generated more meetings in less time that I used to do. It's easy to use, easy to implement, and the SalesLoft team is just amazing, always available and sharing best practices every time they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I keep finding new functionalities to help me being efficient, like the Owler integration

Generating more pipeline and more money. Less admin work. Being more productive and efficient. Visibility on all the sales activities

It requires integrations for full functionality - ie salesforce for pipeline management.

Bulk email sending and tracking. Useful to create cadences - saves time and makes the process more efficient.

Apollo Chrome Extension is the only thing I miss after switching to SalesLoft. However, I understand Apolo was its own prospect sourcing tech

sheer volume of outreach increased, as well as working a lot smarter with the use of cadence reminders, integrations etc

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easiest ways to run email campaigns and track engagement. Easy to use workflow, good blend of browser and mobile experience. Significant time savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were individual plans for single user subscriptions.

Manually tracking email campaigns is a pain. SalesLoft makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, the most important thing is the next call. No admin. No manual emails. Only the next decision maker. Salesloft is our guy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant call reviews (Star rating after each call) … Probably not necessary after each call.. am I right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Production time is key. Salesloft takes away the unnecessary admin. Feels like I have a virtual PA.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how it's super user friendly and very efficient. I like that I can make my dials, LinkedIn connections, as well as my emails all from a single dashboard. With everything all being in one place, my productivity has skyrocketed which increased the number of demos booked each month.
I love how you can easily build cadences, track activity and emails. Really easy to run A/B email tests to optimize for better open/response rates.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the SalesLoft email chrome extension overrides other chrome extensions.
It would be good if the conversation intelligence was more in-depth like other tools like gong/refract and make it easier to tag certain parts of a call for feedback and training.

SalesLoft has solved my problem of organization and being able to handle all SDR outreach in one place with it all being tracked and easy to see what works and what doesn't.

What do you dislike about the product?
- There could be a better standard view from a manager profile, dashboard is a bit irrelevant if you're not prospecting
- Rankings could be more customisable and other areas such as what constitutes a 'positive conversation'

- Integration to HubSpot was harder than anticipated
- Productivity has increased drastically. The volume of accounts we can now touch is much higher, allowing us to be more effective in our prospecting.

everything is in one system. it's connected to salesforce, I can do my calls here, send my mails etc

it's not connected to dynamics yet
and sometimes I just can import one record from genie, even though I ticked more than one.

I'm more efficient and I don't loose track on my leads. i save time because i don't have to log calls in different systems, I can also type in my notes directly in a call. that also makes life easier
