Great comprehensive tool

What do you like best about the product?
SL helps you organize and prioritize all your outreach, get live feedback about what's working and what isn't - and you can edit all this in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to move people in and out of steps within cadences. I wish there was a way to remain on the central dashboard while rotating people to next steps, changing step due dates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can centralize all our outreach, experiment with cadences, and log activity in Salesforce from one central console. Like the product we sell at our company, SalesLoft combines all the activities involved in outreach into one single console or tool. Anybody can use it.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily send campaign activities to the prospects and get an update regarding them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything particular and it's easy to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have integrated our sendoso application with it by which our clients can send gifts directly through the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's not that difficult and can be easily integrated if you have a chrome extension build you can integrate that too with it as well.

Switched from Outreach to Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to give sales the opportunity to improve their efficiency and organization of outreach to prospects while syncing that activity back into Salesforce is clearly a need of any business. But the key is the ability to report on these metrics in Salesforce itself, vs inside the tool only allows me as an admin and my managers to be more efficient by having all of our key metrics in a centralized tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find myself in a loop of trying to update certain activities, one specific issue I have the ability to map an opt-out to a custom field. This is mostly specific to a custom process we have set up with regard to GDPR.
As an admin though, I have very few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximize sales outreach efficiency. We want our sales team to be able to perform mass outreach - whether that's phone calls or emails. We are also able to ensure a consistent message with templates we are able to create.

A no brainer for sales reps

What do you like best about the product?
It automates sales outreach and eliminates manual data entry for sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't connect to salesforce campaign or campaign member objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves reps having to enter tasks to manager their outreach and follow-up. So they can easily coordinate their timely outreach and streamline the activity with minimal clicks. It has increased prospecting activities by reps, and also provided missing activity metrics because it automatically captures it.

What do you like best about the product?
The Live Feed section in Salesloft, plus the daily tracking and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot complain..There's no such feature that I can think of now..

Best Software for SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the quality of calls and recording of calls and zoom calls. I enjoy the data and leaderboards as well. The cadences are also very well made and help with my organization and makes sure I don't lose a phone number. I also like the interface of the software it is very user friendly and pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't add an email in SalesLoft. Like for a phone call you can use the dialer and type in any number and it will call, but there is no similar function for emails. There is no place where I can just type in an email and send it off. They only way to send email is if it is linked to a name. I don't like when you hit do not contact that looks everyone out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has solved my problem of organization and recording my calls. The benefits I have seen have been in quality of calls I now have and I won't lose important information again. I have also seen the benefits of SalesLoft in the number of calls I make a day. With all the tracking and the software taking care of the notes and filing it for you you have more time to make more calls. It has also been a big help in keeping an eye on my team as well so I know who is working hard and who is lacking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick this software there really is nothing out there as good!

Great and powerful tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadences and how I schedule my touchpoint and automate my flow. Analytics are also very handy
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a cadence is launched there is no way to pause it. Better double check before hitting that "send" button.
No option to "Boomerang" the emails that recipient have not opened! That would be a life changing feature, similar to "nudge" in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my emails and see if contacts have opened or clicked. Automate client touchpoints

This is a great tool that quickly becomes essential to any organization that starts using it.

Just a little too crowded as far as options on one page

Steps towards efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the Benefits I've seen so far:
1.) We are able to personalize emails at scale. For example when we were using Hubspot it became difficult for us to edit some of our email templates before they were sent out.

2.) Data driven - I can see how SaleLoft is trying to break down the "sweet spot" for our prospecting. ie (Touches per account)
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can sometimes be very misleading. My managers are having a hard time understanding the data that is coming through on the analytics page. Our company has been so used to how Hubspot runs reports and sometimes Salesloft's report can be somewhat confusing. We often have to use separate spreadsheets to report metrics to leadership which can sometimes be quite time consuming. It would be much easier for us to have the data broken up into graphs or piecharts instead of lists.

The managers has expressed that it can be difficult getting a hold of someone to run through the metrics with them so they can gain a better understanding of things such as the effectiveness score, avg. personalization, people added, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had a very big struggle with personalizing our emails at scale, so with SalesLoft we've been able to add in personalization through multiple steps in the cadences. It is also easier for us to gain more visibility into which cadences are gaining more traction among our peers.

Salesloft provides a great user experience for prospecting and doing Account Management

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing productivity tool to make sure your reps never miss a beat. The data/analytics for a manager makes it easy to dive into where your reps need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's buggy and features shut down for a day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline generation at scale. Reps are more productive in their efforts to contact prospects. Also being remote, SalesLoft allows me to see the amount of effort the reps are putting in each day.
