Effective and Affluent CRM prospecting and managing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
How it's easy to navigate through the system such as adding accounts/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike but I think if you know how to really hack the system or work it better than the avg tech joe, you can work it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting. reaching more people faster.

Cover more ground in less time

What do you like best about the product?
The abitlity to have a structured way to manage outreach to both prospects and customers. I can set up different types of messaging to different people and have it all flow through the system without having to manually look up each person to see what I did previously and what I should do on this next touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it was integrated with my CRM -- hoping that our teams tackle that in the next few months. (We have our own CRM that competes with SFDC.)

Another thing that would be helpful is the ability to take a message that you've composed and to create a template from the message in that same view. (Rather than having to go over to templates/create template.)

There are a few areas of the platform where it would be helpful to be able to click on data and have it drill down further or take you to that screen. I've seen this improve over the past year and I'm assuming that this is an area where we will see additional advancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to utilize templates and cadences to be more organized in communication
- Able to see what's working with a specific target company or within a cadence to help determine the next best move
- Can cover more ground faster because it's not just a list of "to do" items - instead they are grouped together and presented in a way that allows you to focus on the client and their stage in the cadence.
- The current view "feed" helps me to be able to know if there's anyone that's actively engaging and where it makes sense to take immediate action
- Having the voice mail drops allows me to leave a consistent message that is consice and on point while moving onto the next call.
- Overall, I can increase my touches to prospects by 20-30% by using the platform features and functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is a fantastic platform to use for communication with clients, partners and prospects. Some of the best use cases that I've seen include communication for Success Teams, Partner Teams, and current customers. It's not JUST for prospecting.

Having said that, if you are using it for prospecting -- please keep in mind that it's best used for consistent contact with a targeted group of prospects. Setting up the system to send out hundreds of messages each day to hundreds of people just gives good sales teams a bad name.

Be relevant, be contextual, and be sincere in your approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when it comes to tracking data in Salesforce. Being able to view data from SL in SF from a single pane of glass is the best! It also helps align messaging between marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dealing with multiple reps - customer success, renewal, AE, etc. A single point of contact would be nice. It’s annoying to get 7 emails from 3 different people constantly. One point of contact would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
filling the pipeline! benefits include ease of tracking data and helping reps stay organized and focused. Getting started is one of the hardest parts of selling. SL helps reps get started and stay on track. SL also helps stay consistent with messaging across our sales teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have all of the connections up and running between SL and salesforce. This is a big key to realizing all the benefits of SL

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is so easy to use compared to other tools. Also for AE's it's awesome to be able to listen to calls, prospect, and manage deals in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
don't really dislike anything. It's the best sales platform on the market

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly navigate through my daily tasks and review notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when there is an automation rule that sometimes takes my lead out of cadence and I do not like that you cannot add a lead back into a cadence and choose the date they left off at. For example, I have taken leads out in error mid-way into the cadence and when I add them back in, it will automatically start from Day 1 of the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am avoiding leads falling through the cracks and nurturing accounts consistently.

Please see what I dislike about the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails are a force multiplier for me. I have so much more reach across my prospect and customer lists - I get far more accomplished with my day.

I love calling from within SalesLoft and the automation to move to the next step in my cadence.

Salesforce integration is a must have feature.

The automation makes me FAR more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really say I dislike anything. The tool has helped me to dramatically up my game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It multiplies my time - I get so much more done with my day. I have generated sales with automated emails from SalesLoft being the trigger that got my customer/prospect to act.

More contact, more opportunities, more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to maximize your time and multiply your efforts, SalesLoft is the tool for you. It multiplies my efforts, and works when I am asleep.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has a broad suite of tools that give just about every level of the sales team what they need. They also have strong CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is getting better at creating a cohesive experience between all the elements, I'd like to see that continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day-to-day contact management and tracking, as well as sales coaching and opportunity management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The team there is incredibly helpful and responsive. Give Salesloft a shot if you're looking to help your Sales team manage their work.

I noticed I received too many read receipt notifications.

Touching more clients but actually scheduling meetings with them.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can see who has opened my emails in real time. I also like that it's easy to use, and that I can easily see contact info at the side of my Gmail browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dis-like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to be able to see who was opening the emails in real time; especially with older leads so I can call them ASAP. I have found that by calling people quickly, I am top of mind, and am more likely to get a conversation than if I just call them out of the blue.
