Effortless Contact Management, Chrome Extension Could Be Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Easily managing large number of contacts, salesloft make it very streamlined
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about SF but one thing I'd like them to improve is their chrome extensions sometimes takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, all in one sales team must have tool.
Effortless to Use, Needs Improved Security
What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesloft extremely easy to set up, which made getting started with it hassle-free. The call logging feature is really beneficial, especially because it integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing me to keep track of conversations effectively. I am particularly impressed by the high call quality and reliable connectivity that Salesloft provides, which enhances my ability to make better conversions. The software's call features, such as the ability to mute calls effortlessly and the option to handle three-way calls, are quite useful in my day-to-day operations. Furthermore, having all my contacts integrated into Salesloft is a major advantage because it ensures that I have access to critical data without the risk of losing important information. Overall, these aspects of Salesloft make it a highly valuable tool for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about security issues with Salesloft. Recently, there has been a security breach, and I believe that this is an area that needs urgent attention. Furthermore, I have noticed downtime issues, which are disruptive and need to be reduced. Improving the security of the firmware and addressing downtime would enhance my overall experience using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft for logging calls and CRM integration, enhancing call quality and connectivity, which benefits me in making better conversions. All contacts are integrated, preventing their loss.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is - Cadence Automation, Conversation Intelligence, Deal Management tracking pipeline progress and forecasts outcomes. I love the AI-Powered Recommendations that prioritizes tasks and suggests next steps. So many Integrations! Works with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and probably some more that I'm missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that fact that I have email sending limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft remains a top-tier choice for our organization since we started seeking a comprehensive sales engagement platform. Its strengths in automation, AI insights, and CRM integration make it a powerful tool for scaling our sales operations. Our team has seen an uptick in new appointments scheduled and we have a few closed won opportunities. Better collaboration with our has seen an uptick as well.
Automated Outreach with Dynamics Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesloft as my primary tool for creating cadences and prospect calling for the past year. I find Salesloft incredibly helpful for automating email cadences, which enables me to focus on other important tasks by taking the manual labor out of emailing. The cold calling feature is a game-changer as it allows me to reach prospects directly, which is especially crucial since many emails tend to get lost in inboxes. This has significantly improved my lead generation efforts. I also value Salesloft's integration with Microsoft Dynamics, which facilitates direct calls through Salesloft, further enhancing efficiency. The setup process was straightforward, aided by Salesloft's supportive team. The cadence feature, email click reports, and dashboards for calls, emails, and opportunities are absolutely indispensable to my daily operations. The automation capabilities and real-time dashboards provide unique selling points that would motivate me to purchase Salesloft again, as they have notably improved my team's overall performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the Salesloft Google Chrome extension has bugs that need to be fixed by the Salesloft team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesloft automates my email cadence, enhances lead generation through cold calls, and integrates seamlessly with Dynamics, improving my team’s performance.
Great for Sales Management, But Onboarding Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really apreciate the possibility to manage my routine of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complete the initial cadence independently, without any assistance.

Salesloft has been helpful for engaging with leads after trade shows, which is especially valuable when we are short on time. I find it very effective in these situations.
All-in-One Sales Management, But Texting UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage all my cadences, leads and details under one profile that syncs perfectly within our team. I can navigate as the administrator all through-out my sales reps activity logs. It's an incredible platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text messaging UI needs a bit of work. You can only text via Mobile Number and some of my lead dumps auto select as Office.

Dialer, and lead sorting.

This powerful combination ensures that I can maintain contact with multiple prospects daily without the need for manual tracking, which is a compelling aspect. Overall, these features make me compelled to purchase Salesloft again, as it substantially contributes to my work efficiency and organization.

I wish there was a little bit more flexibility in creating cadences.

I've been using it for about a year and a half and appreciate how it stands out as a significant time saver in my routine. Initially, there were minor challenges with the setup process, but once I devoted the necessary attention, everything fell into place nicely after a few weeks. Salesloft notably helps me streamline my workflow by allowing me to manage my sales pipeline efficiently in one area, making it incredibly easy to update current opportunities, notes, comments, next steps, and dates. This feature alone saves me a substantial amount of time and enables me to keep an eye on all my opportunities in one place, thereby supporting my role in ensuring all opportunities are within reach. Additionally, Salesloft seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, which is essential for my work. The capability of Salesloft to help me keep track of current and future opportunities that lead to sales significantly contributes to my earnings and is a compelling reason why I would choose it again. I especially enjoy how the pipeline opportunities updating feature saves me a lot of time while helping me maintain oversight over all my sales prospects. Overall, I appreciate Salesloft's ability to provide visibility and control over my sales pipeline, which becomes particularly valuable in converting opportunities into sales, thus boosting my productivity and income.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some minor challenges in the beginning with getting everything set up in Salesloft. It requires some time and dedication initially to configure properly. Additionally, there are one or two aspects that could enhance automation to better fit our processes at Quadient, but I am aware that my team is working on those improvements.

I find Salesloft is a time saver, allowing me to manage sales opportunities efficiently, update notes, and keep track of next steps seamlessly, enhancing my productivity and contributing to my sales success.
Effortless Communication and Cadence Management—Smooth Experience for Years
What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful for making calls, sending emails, and managing messages. I also appreciate being able to keep track of my Cadences. I've been using it for the past three years and haven't had any complaints so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really any downside to mention. The process is quite smooth overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I struggled to keep track of my calls, emails, and other outreach efforts. Salesloft brings everything together in a single dashboard, which has made it much easier for me to achieve my goals efficiently.
Efficient Multichannel Flow and speed of use
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow that one can leave in a cadence. In a single cadence, touches can be made to contacts from different channels such as LinkedIn, email, and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are more than 500 contacts exported, I cannot add them in a single export to a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me sweep all the contacts that need to be contacted in an efficient way.
