  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. I like that it's not overly complicated and users maintain a clear view on contacts, engagement and sequence level data. It's also super quick and easy toupdate contact information, edit sequences and templates - even while they are in use. Their newer AI tools are pretty usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
More in depth and granular reporting would be helpful. Their AI tools are interesting but could use more development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for contact managment and outboud cadences, solid tool.

Elevates Prospecting with Smart AI Features

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Salesloft, and how it tracks productivity. It's also nice having a platform that shows who has or has not opened your emails. A huge plus is the AI summary from recorded meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to share cadences across different teams. It may be just a security setting, but I am not able to share my cadences with a team that isn't in my division. Also, the initial setup took a while to work out the nuances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft for prospecting, tracking meetings, and AI of recorded meetings. It eases prospecting across accounts, tracks productivity, and reveals who opens emails. A huge plus is the AI summary from recorded meetings.

Easy Sales Cadences and Seamless Salesforce CRM Integration

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to manage sales cadences and plays, and the integration with Salesforce CRM is great, which makes life much easier for an SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering leads to avoid duplicate prospects wasn’t easy, especially when an organization has a lot of customization on the CRM side. This works best with a clean, well-maintained CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDRs receive a huge number of leads from different sources, and managing that queue manually can be troublesome. Salesloft helps filter leads, start cadences for them, and prioritize the ones that show engagement or have requested further meetings, etc.

It also supports overall cadence management for lead qualification and opportunity conversations. It integrates with email and Salesforce, tracks customer activity, and helps an SDR prioritize day-to-day work more effectively.

Salesloft Makes Day-to-Day Selling Easy and Organized in One Place

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesloft is how easy it makes day-to-day selling feel. Everything you need—emails, calls, follow-ups, and insights—lives in one place, so you can focus more on real conversations instead of managing tools.

It also helps you stay organized without sounding robotic. The cadences give structure, but there’s still enough flexibility to keep outreach personal and genuine. Plus, the insights from calls and activities actually help you understand what’s working and where to improve, rather than just showing numbers.

Overall, it feels like a tool that supports how salespeople naturally work, instead of forcing a process on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features come with a learning curve, especially for new users, and it can take a while to fully understand all the available options.

At times, the platform feels a bit overwhelming when you’re just trying to handle simple tasks quickly, like making small cadence edits or tracking one-off activities.

Email and activity syncing also isn’t always completely smooth, which can occasionally lead to confusion or require extra cleanup.

Customization is definitely powerful, but it isn’t always intuitive, so you may still need admin support even for smaller changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps solve the problem of scattered outreach and missed follow-ups by keeping everything in one place. For me, it saves time, keeps me organized, and helps ensure no prospect slips through the cracks. That way, I can spend less energy tracking tasks and more time having real conversations and closing deals.

What I dislike about Salesloft is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes some time to learn and use everything efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps solve the problem of staying organized and consistent with outreach. It keeps tasks, follow-ups, and communication in one place, which saves time and helps me stay focused, respond faster, and have more meaningful conversations with prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels quite outdated, almost as if you're browsing a very old website overloaded with text. At times, this can become quite tiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is useful for monitoring sales, particularly when it comes to tracking the prospects you are currently working with.

After Using Salesloft Across Multiple Organizations, This Renewal Changed Everything.

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve implemented and used Salesloft across multiple organizations over several years, and historically, the platform has performed well. The cadence engine, calling workflows, email capabilities, and usability have all been strengths. In the past, I also had positive account experiences. Previous renewal cycles included flexibility, collaboration, and reasonable discussion around changes or timing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our most recent renewal experience was very different from prior years. Salesloft now enforces its contractual auto-renewal terms extremely rigidly. In our case, even though we did not receive the renewal reminder email they referenced, were upfront about our situation, and requested restructuring, they treated the renewal as final with no flexibility on modifying features or users.

This was a material change from past years, where renewal discussions were possible even if timing wasn’t perfect. It felt like the approach shifted from “partner mindset” to strictly “contract enforcement,” and that was unexpected after years of goodwill and advocacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software itself does what it’s designed to do and can be a strong sales engagement platform. However, for anyone considering Salesloft, I strongly recommend:

- Track the renewal window meticulously
- Do not assume flexibility based on historical experiences
- Understand that auto-renewal is enforced even if circumstances change
- Be aware that changes in tech stack or business reality may not be accommodated

If your environment, budget, or platform needs are stable, Salesloft can work well. But if you anticipate change or value ongoing partnership flexibility, this is something to carefully evaluate.

Based on this recent experience, we do not plan to continue beyond our current contractual term and would be hesitant to recommend Salesloft moving forward.
