SalesLoft has provided structure into my everyday working and i absolutely love it!
What do you like best about the product?
1. the designing of cadences is what i like best. My role is that of a business development associate. So i need to reach out a large number of prospects on a daily basis in order to achieve my goal. Sales loft helps me break down my lists into smaller ones and provides me with a definitive action steps everyday. This helps me be methodical and not frantically wonder who i need to contact. Also like the feature where someone is automatically removed once they reply to the email making it easier for you to reach out to the others that have not.
2. I also love the feature where you can send emails to a person on the same thread making it seem that we have been closely writing to them alone and making it feel personal. love the automated email sending feature too!

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently salesloft only takes in data from CSV format. It would be great to have other formats as well like Excel. Also, we can only maps a few fields on sales loft. Sometimes it is important to see more details pertaining to an account such as their revenue band, or let's say if they have both mobile and direct number to have them both imported and mapped simultaneously from the CSV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SalesLoft Brings Automating Cadences and Integrations to Life
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to import contacts from SalesForce to Salesloft as well as from other lead sourcing tools. The Chrome browser extension makes it simple to add virtually anyone to an outbound cadence, and alert me in the even the lead is already in an active cadence or communication with another sales rep. I like the fact we can have individual cadences as well as team cadences to drive communication and share effective campaigns across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a built in lead database. I find it necessary to have a third party app that SalesLoft is integrated with to make for an effective triad. That said, they do what they do best, and leave the data management and maintenance to others who do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't had any problems with SalesLoft. Definitely more automated and systematic outreach has resulted in more touch points and more meetings as a result.

The calls can be forwarded to my #. I also like the local dial feature

I can't text using it. Receiving calls without caller ID is difficult

The user friendly prompts that come with salesloft.

What I dislike the least is there aren't enough tutorial videos but there has been an increase in youtube videos for me to research and see how others operate the system.

Business problems solved are business development related from filtering to making direct calls and emails with prospects

SL is great, highly recommended and easy to operate.

The ability to create unique cadences that fit my style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call function is not perfect. I always have SL dial out to my office or cell phone. Also, sending emails from SL isn't perfect because of formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the common problem of forgetting my daily tasks. It also helps me remember to reach out to contacts that pushed me off 6 mos. ago.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all of the training at the beginning and then challenge yourself. Try to make as many calls/send as many emails as possible. The tool pays for itself quickly in the way of getting people on the phone and working through your pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's main operation is sales management through telephone call services, which can be freely saved and recorded for playback, review and subsequent tagging. Recordings are easy to schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does not work explicitly for automated sales administration, but neither does it integrate properly with service records based on human resource management, so follow-ups to vendors must be manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We believe that the labeling system within the phone calls is one of the best to separate and specify which calls are more important than others, which helps us a lot with customer identification or technical assistance sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft can be very cost-effective in the area of coaching, since its call analysis system allows calls to be recorded, so that communication can be direct. It is also recommended for dealing with clients on the phone.

A MUST for any BDR/SDR Team Salesforce Tech Stack !!!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to learn coming from another tool- I would say the learning curve being small, allowing the "new guy" me being able to hit the ground with easy to find and follow videos + help guides is a Huge advantage. BD's and Sales Leaders depend on the Admins / Sales Ops Leaders to build / maintain and train on these tools in the stack SalesLoft for sure allows for the Admins so learn the tool fast !! The Customer Success Teams are sweet and smart too !! They not only know SalesLoft, they are Salesforce savvy too--!!! I also love that you can plug in rules, and trigger things back in Salesforce like uncheck boxes etc too !! AND --> the availability of plug ins that are compatible like ORUM are unbelievable too!!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only "dislike" is that sometimes it moves too fast... lol -- I really don't have a dislike. It will do exactly what you tell it to do- just like a Salesforce rule or automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate sequences based on many factors and events with just a few actions each week. Many of our events are repeat items and we have them pre-built now. SalesLoft has also shown us the most successful times to call so we know when to call and what times of the day to use for meetings internally as these are not good dial times. The analytics tools have shown us which email templates get opened, replied to the most as well. We are able to make adjustments each week based on the data SalesLoft gives us !! We just started using Conversation Intelligence Module and have been making adjusments to our call scripts too-- SalesLoft has an amazing set of tools if you look into them use them!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a Champion on the BDR/SDR team and Sales Team to help you test new functions as well as help with bug fixes.

An excellent automated sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is excellent for building and scaling your high-frequency or repeatable email cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft could do a better job of building a variety of integrations with other sales/marketing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to scale our sales outreach on a minimal budget with minimal sales personelle. Salesloft allows our 2 person team to do the work of a normal 10 person sales team.
I enjoy salesloft, tracking open rate, clicks, and sorting tasks is beneficial to me.

Sometimes I get an error when I import contacts as well as sometimes the account is not able to be linked to the contact which makes it hard to mass email contacts within that account because they don't pop up.

when using salesloft you can seee how long you have been prospecting and gives you insight into who is a good lead or not
