Can’t imagine my day to day without it
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of when to complete a certain task (call, email, LinkedIn add)
What do you dislike about the product?
More of an annoyance than anything, but there's an occasional glitch. typically uninstalling and reinstalling the software fixes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging activity, cadence creation and execution, call recordings, call coaching, reporting for end of day activity and efficiency score

Overall, I really do like this product. Support has been super helpful if I ever need anything, too!
Great tool for managing campaigns and contacts
What do you like best about the product?
The connection between Gmail make it an easy tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact managing is not as intuitive as it seems to be, you need to go through so much clicks for programming a cadence and for importing contacts and manage them...

contacting clients and programming cadences, marketing campaigns of one shot are easy going

What do you like best about the product?
The overall visibility from the Dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to Queue tasks is biggest dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve prospects from falling through the cracks and being forgotten about. It is very beneficial to see all the activity of your prospects from the dashboard and the live web-tracking feature is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform for bigger companies but not the best for Small to medium sized.
Organized Outreach With SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Organized and impactful analytics and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at the moment. Phone calls can Be a little choppy sometimes but happens rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach in a organized and efficient way. The major benefit is a single source to look at all of my current prospecting targets and activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the best balance of ease of implementation & learning, sales UX, manager reporting/analytics, and advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting & analytics is good enough for really high-level insights but to get really deep, a BI tool or excel work is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing sales team efficiency and productivity. SalesLoft is the lifeblood of our sales stack and how the team organizes their entire prospecting strategy.
Salesloft makes us better
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps my reps know when to call and who to call next. We have to call fast and often to succeed on a daily basis. Without Salesloft, we would not be able to keep it all straight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure we are utilizing it to its full potential. Salesloft is currently helping us fix that issue. Thank you Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a more than 30% in year over year growth in the number of qualified opportunities we are sending to the sales team. Our conversation rates have increased in the past year by more than 10%.
Using SalesLoft to Prospect and Follow Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set up cadences and multiple email templates that I can schedule to be delivered whenever I want to! I also like the ability to upload contacts from Salesforce to start them on a prospecting cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls don't go through and emails don't populate graphics when I need to send out emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending creative emails to new prospects and keeping track of following up with those prospects to try to generate interest in our software. I have gotten interest from prospects that I may not have ever reached before. I have been able to schedule more demos because of SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the function that allows you to see when someone clicks/ opens your email

Nothing, I like everything about Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows for me to keep track of my prospects by putting them on a cadence. Then it helps me to prioritize which prospects should be getting the bulk of my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although SalesLoft is the only platform I have used for outbound sales engagement.. I love the functionality & all the success that comes with it. If your ADR/SDR team is not using a sales engagement platform, you are doing it wrong!

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has had SalesLoft for a while for, you guessed it, sales teams. I have heard the praises in the halls, but have yet to try it myself.
Until a few months ago.
Our team was given SalesLoft access to streamline out external client outreach. The SalesForce integration was straightforward, not clunky and seamlessly imported my book of business from SalesForce to SalesLoft. From there, you can easily set up outreach cadences, import team templates and easily sort/filter by client type, DNC or even last contact. Now I have a one stop shop to seamlessly reach out to my clients in a tactful way without anyone slipping through the cracks.
I do enjoy the add-on within SalesForce which then carries the work over into SalesLoft, so it gives you the flexibility to work within whichever interface you're comfortable with. Since given access and minimal training (none needed, really) I was off to the races and life has been easier since. Although I am in Client Success, we use this tool every day to make our lives easier and ensure our clients are having a stellar client experience.
