Using SalesLoft to Prospect and Follow Up

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set up cadences and multiple email templates that I can schedule to be delivered whenever I want to! I also like the ability to upload contacts from Salesforce to start them on a prospecting cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls don't go through and emails don't populate graphics when I need to send out emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending creative emails to new prospects and keeping track of following up with those prospects to try to generate interest in our software. I have gotten interest from prospects that I may not have ever reached before. I have been able to schedule more demos because of SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the function that allows you to see when someone clicks/ opens your email
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like everything about Salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows for me to keep track of my prospects by putting them on a cadence. Then it helps me to prioritize which prospects should be getting the bulk of my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although SalesLoft is the only platform I have used for outbound sales engagement.. I love the functionality & all the success that comes with it. If your ADR/SDR team is not using a sales engagement platform, you are doing it wrong!

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has had SalesLoft for a while for, you guessed it, sales teams. I have heard the praises in the halls, but have yet to try it myself. 

Until a few months ago.

Our team was given SalesLoft access to streamline out external client outreach. The SalesForce integration was straightforward, not clunky and seamlessly imported my book of business from SalesForce to SalesLoft. From there, you can easily set up outreach cadences, import team templates and easily sort/filter by client type, DNC or even last contact. Now I have a one stop shop to seamlessly reach out to my clients in a tactful way without anyone slipping through the cracks.

I do enjoy the add-on within SalesForce which then carries the work over into SalesLoft, so it gives you the flexibility to work within whichever interface you're comfortable with. Since given access and minimal training (none needed, really) I was off to the races and life has been easier since. Although I am in Client Success, we use this tool every day to make our lives easier and ensure our clients are having a stellar client experience. 

Work smarter not harder, folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing I can say is that I am disappointed I didn't try it earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline client communication, SalesForce integration and makes my day to day easier.

Everything you’d need to have a successful work day in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I think the two things I love the most about SalesLoft is I have the capability to set up automated emails for different times. That comes in handy when I need to speak my clients in China/Australia. And my second favorite thing is the statistics you guys have within the system. All of these helps me to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I don’t like about Salesloft but if I had to say, I’d say the calling feature of Salesloft can sometimes be faulty. I sometimes call and it doesn’t go through or the audio sounds horrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I’ve gained from using Salesloft are it keeps everything in place for me. The task portion keeps me on top of my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can automate cadences, and remove people when they bounce or reply. I also like setting up custom alerts when people get on our website or open emails, because I know when they are looking at their computer and thinking about us. I also like the ability to use salesloft through Outlook and Salesforce. I like that you can include attachments. I also love the button to send yourself a preview.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's difficult to include an image in your custom signature (sends as an attachment, which makes it easy to be sent to spam folders). I also dislike but understand why the emails have to trickle out slowly. I don't like that I can't create a cadence with no steps. I wish I were able to include screen shots and images in the bodies of messages without them being sent as attachments. I also dislike that even though I have account pages set to show 100 contacts per page, they only show 25 until I click 'show 100' again. I also wish there were a way to remove all bounced contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm reaching more people with less effort. I'm realizing what frequency and time of day get the most responses. I'm realizing what subject lines get the most attention. I'm learning who is reading everything i send, even if they aren't responding. I'm spending more time prospecting and less time messing with outlook. I'm getting more sales meetings and revenue as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It makes your day to day a lot easier. It makes you spend time in better places, it gives you great insight on who isn't worth reaching out to and who is worth the extra nudges. As a sales manager, it's also a great way to track how much volume your team is sending out! The data insights it provides are arguably one of the most important features.

What do you like best about the product?
-I love how easy the cadences make following up with prospects
- Cadence builder is easy to use
- Great how you can keep templates and snippets all in one place
- Integration with calendars is fab and makes booking in calls with prospects easier
- Helps stay on top of tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
- The main disadvantages are just
- the inability to put a link to MS Teams meeting in the calendar (lack of integration)
- sometimes it can get a little overwhelming the number of new features they add (reminders and tasks?) is it needed.
- The meeting time buffer is only 15mins, ideally would love a 30 and 60min option between meetings especially when booking product demonstrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of prospects. Follow ups and just staying consistent with daily sales activity
The integration with LinkedIn means we can use different prospecting methods all in one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a brilliant sales enablement tool and I am so glad that we have it!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's robust cadence/sequence solution is just the beginning: seamlessly record and analyze calls and meetings; manage deals; call dialer included; automation capabilities; and more.

Also, great customer service didn't stop after purchase, the onboarding process and customer support has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only CRM they directly integrate with (at this time) is Salesforce but they have integrations with multiple Connectors that made it quick work to integrate our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining sales engagement at a 10x rate. We're reaching more prospects, more frequently, with greater personalization than ever before - which has resulted in immediate pipeline for our business.

sometimes the excel document doesn't always upload the info as planned and i need to change it to fit the system

sending mass emails at once. its super easy and quick to learn

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to keep track of it all. Managing leads is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it is great. I really like how easy it is to use.

It makes it easier for me to follow up. I no longer forget to follow up on certain days. Cadences make my life much easier.

It solves the problem of who to call next, single prospect view - activities, tasks, engagement! Love the hot leads, live website tracking functionality

I'd say that Salesloft could do better with Analytics.

The ability to sort your call lists, helps me to stay organized and manage my day/week.

Great tool for prospecting, just ensure you're okay with the analytics portion.
