Resolved our issues with prospecting in sales.
What do you like best about the product?
I love to have easy and simple contacts with email and calling. It is very simple to contact with extensions along with a huge control pad. Each contact 's info before me has helped in order to enhance the approach of mine to the consumer as well as to understand the role of theirs and wherever they're in the company of theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am hoping that SalesLoft is able to link up with more SalesForce features as well as convert them into SalesLoft's dashboard. I'd love to find out SaleLoft contained from our SalesForce info, current assets and the contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, we solve prospecting troubles. With multitask, we're in a position to reach a lot more customers more quickly as well as easier. The capacity to find out the views and responses of my e mails is a huge stage in our knowledge of our translation of reactions and templates.

The ease and the ease with which to call and email is amazing. It is very simple to phone with extensions along with a major switch pad. What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to track if customers viewed or clicked. That really helps me in approaching the customers afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only send 1000 mails at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great that it is connected to sales force and that all the emails are tracked. It is great that I can also log calls and so on. I love the direct link to the customers sales force entry. It is well designed.

It is a great tool for your daily sales life! I totally recommend it!
Great tool for organization and follow up
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sales loft is being able to set up a cadence in advance, putting your prospects into it, and not having to keep track of who you have attempted to contact and what step they are on. Salesloft does it all for you and it frees up a ton of mental space
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, and its not a big one, is that I cant put auto generated things such as names and company names in the subject lines of emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest problem solved is keeping prospects from falling through the cracks so to speak. not forgetting to email that one person, or forgetting which step youve completed for a prospect. The benifit is i can sit down to my laptop, open salesloft, and it just tells me where i am with each person, and gives me a handy to do list.
I love Salesloft for organizing my day to day workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft allows me to bring in live feedback to see what prospects have clicked, opened, or replied to my emails. It makes it so easy to track their engagement. I also love the ability to create cadences and how seamless the integration with Salesforce is. It allows me to easily mass import contacts and accounts while also tracking my activity levels with said integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes I have bad call quality and prospects are unable to hear me. Sometimes calls will also not be logged or the call recording link will be missing. However, this does not happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving with Salesloft is time management problems. This tool really allows me to prepare a "plan of attack" when it comes to strategically and effectively reaching out to interested prospects.

If you need to be consistent and need to make sure that you can manage a large group of business, this is the best tool I have encounter so far

Analytics are excellent but could be slightly improved with some more flexibility.

We are a marketing department that took on an SDR function that was new to the business. SalesLoft is extremely helpful in ensuring we are getting the most out of the platform and offer a lot of best practice insights. Since taking up SalesLoft our lead generation has improved and the tool has been extremely useful in helping our department manage a new SDR function.

This is a great tool end to end, the sales process was the best against competitors, the set-up was really simple and the day-to-day usage has helped us as a department increase our lead gen and appointment setting for the business. There's a lot of automation that makes management of sales development much simpler.

I like that it integrates with salesforce and I like the cadences feature. This program helps to streamline the sales process without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could send photos over SalesLoft sms but that is not the end of the world. I would also like to see it integrate with Unbabel.

It keeps you organized so you don't lose track of things and it allows us to be very streamlined with our outreach. If we didn't use SalesLoft we would be wasting a lot of time by having to do everything manually.
