The tool you didn't know you needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who reads emails and revisits them
What do you dislike about the product?
Training wise, wish there was a fast track
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transparency gives us a deeper level of engagement with our prospects, to then personalize the most engaged, and keep the others in a separate cadence.
Great outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allow me to prioritize my outreach in a very organized way. It's great for keeping track of multiple different cadences and the follow up on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to say about downsides. The only thing that comes to mind is the lack of true integration with Sales Navigator. It used to allow you to use InMail templates. You can still send InMail directly from SalesLoft but there are no templates or dynamic fields, aside from a 'notes' section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've completly solved the problem of keeping track of follow up for multiple prospect types and sources. Now we're able to precisely cater our outreach based on user activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft's ROI is directly correlated to the level of support given to the users. It is only as good as the copy and scripts, that being said both of those can be improved with the data SalesLoft provides.
Salesloft is a crucial tool for both SDRs and Account Executives
What do you like best about the product?
-Scheduling links
-Cadence and the ability to A/B test
-Easy connection to salesforce
-I have been using Salesloft since I started as an SDR in 2018, and still use Salesloft in my AE role now. Big fan of scheduling links as well!
-It's my company phone!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see would be the ability to build a call list of people that exist in different cadences. Sometimes I just want to do a power hour and don't want to have to click around into all the different cadences when I'd rather be dialing. Are there any plans to add a master call list in the future? In addition, I think it is awesome that you created a SalesLoft University but you should really be issuing digital badges for completions within the university so that users would have something to publish on their LinkedIn. Would be a great marketing tool for you to use learners as brand ambassadors!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft saves me a ton of time with all the email integrations in GMail. The ability to use a general scheduling link or the ability to insert times directly into an email has made scheduling meetings or finding times that work so much easier. In my AE role I use Salesloft cadences to automatically load folks into cadences after they fill out forms on our site. The automation features help me sort through and get responses quicker. I have also built-in call steps to combine automation and personal outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is a critical sales engagement tool. I found when I was an SDR I lived in the Salesloft dashboard. Through my transition to becoming an AE, I have been finding more and more ways to incorporate SalesLoft into my day to day. There are incredible automation features that you should take advantage of as well.
Great product, great service
What do you like best about the product?
Service has been great from sales, to onboarding, to day to day usage. Everyone I've interacted with at the company has been really friendly, helpful, and shared great insights. The product is easy to use and adds a lot of value to the sales function, allowing me and my team to craft and schedule great cadences and get an easy view into the performance of our Deals (opportunities). The Tasks feature in Deals is nice too, and in my experience
What do you dislike about the product?
No major negative points. Sometimes Salesloft un-syncs with gmail which can be frustrating. Also, it would be great to see emails queued through Salesloft somewhere in Gmail. I remember Boomerang allowed you to see this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, I'm able to reach a greater number of targets more efficiently than before, and get clear, straightforward analytics on my and my team's efforts.
SalesLoft is an excellent product! I love the automatic dialer. I'm able to make a lot more calls!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic dialer, and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. It works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the e-mails are sent to peoples spam folders. The number one benefit is being able to make loads of calls, without dialing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch a demonstration first, so that you can understand how it works.
Salesloft... the organized magical tool for ANYONE in sales
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft (as says int he title) keeps me incredibly organized. I love to feel like I can see all of my tasks in one place. Not only is it organized, but I'm also able to fly through phone calls, easily access salesforce information/notes, and dial without actually dialing. Before I know it, I'm 50 calls in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there's necessarily anything that I don't like about Salesloft. I think the worst part is not having automatic refresh for the home page. Sometimes I add in more people to the cadences and have to refresh every time that I do in order to start on that person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized is the biggest one that is everything to me. I also like that once I complete a step, I don't have to worry about when I will reach out to them again. They will simply pop up for me on the correct due date in which I won't even think twice about the last time I contacted them... because I don't have to. If I did want to know, I could easily find out within the cadence step on that very person. The integrations is another major bonus. I have salesforce, LinkedIn, and everything that I need also linked within the platform which is a major plus. If I ever were to move to another company that didn't have Salesloft I would feel lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. If you want EVERYTHING that you need in one place, Salesloft is the only option.
A Sales Engagement Platform that Drives Results
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is an easy to use and feature-rich Sales Engagement platform that helps organizations generate pipeline and manage key relationships. They offer excellent training resources and on-going professional webinars/content that make it easy to increase your knowledge of the platform. From a managerial perspective, you have complete visibility of all your user's activity and metrics so you can stay on top of your team—the analytics are top-notch. The Cadence system is intuitive and offers features and tools that help you stay on top of your prospects. Automation is easy to configure and link with your CRM of choice. SalesLoft has changed the way our team operates and has helped our team hit and exceed our numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no integration with our marketing tools to complete the ecosystem. The application operates slowly at times of intense load. The LinkedIn integration could use an overhaul to take advantage of social selling to a greater degree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Revenue Generation
- Brand Visibility
The platform has helped us generate more pipe and ultimately stay organized with our prospects.

Increases the productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and analytics. Also the email sending process is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't get an idea if the salesforce account went out of my name and it still shows in my cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SL is helping increase the productivity and making the daily workflow very easy when it comes to the cold calling.
Great Tool with a need of a few bug fixes rarely. Overall very usefull.
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence method and analytics about trends that work in a marketing campaign help majorly in engaging with a massive list of contacts and gives room for trying out different marketing approaches and then testing them. One button use makes it really easy to carry out daily tasks. Very good dialer and messaging system as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs that sometimes require complete cleaning of history. have to login multiple times. not the best integration for salesforce when accounts have multiple contacts as there is no way to separate contacts automatically from the accounts. Extention disappearing at times causes issues and there is a lengthy process to get them back. Call analytics help a lot with knowing what works and what other people are finding success with. It doesn't give you any guidance as per how to lay the overall contacts in different cadences neumarically so we can have an estimate towards how much activity we can do per day. Needs to have a built in email verification system to check and filter out bad emails as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of keeping track of a long list of contacts. Campaign automation. Email cadences very useful. Logs are very useful to view the past activity and judge the next actions. Templates come in handy. Improvement on features is there. Very helpful support and training team. Would like it to have a rating system based on lead interaction. Should have some built in resource to verify phone number validity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
absolutely a great resource to use to make following up easy. very useful to launch different marketing campaigns and do AB testing
SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
Their teams are invested in your success. All of their teams from Account managers to office hours teams are there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
relevant data hidden behind raw numbers. Analytics overview for example will show graphs of relevant opens, replies and the quantity, but those dashboards are dead ends and cannot take you to or highlight the records they're displaying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My bdr team is able to manage all of their outbound processes from a single pane of glass and the insights for their activities are very helpful in identifying where to spend my time when it comes to coaching
Recommendations to others considering the product:
as salesloft grows it will begin to compete with existing crm platforms like salesforce. you will find overlaps and data gaps. i would recommend choosing one platform instead of managing two in order to use one or two features.
