Staying Organized in a Fast-Paced Environment through Automation
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This is my one stop shop for all of my prospecting activities. The Artificial Intelligence allows my email campaigns to run smoothly through the entire lifecycle of my campaign. Whether I am making initial contact, following up on a replied email or even reengaging with a prospect, the AI takes care of all that for me. I love that I can set reminders, take notes, and keep track of my meetings all on one platform.
The live feed gives me real time data that I can use to respond to prospects who are actively engaging in my campaign. I also love that I can keep track of my analytics to see what areas I need to improve on. It lets me know what times of day I am most successful sending emails to different personas and when the best times to call are.
There are many times I have competing ideas for messaging in my campaign and I can't decide on which way to go. Thanks to SalesLoft I do not have to choose. I can run multiple variants within one cadence and based on the analytics, I can decide which messaging works the best.
I love the templates tool, it makes my job so much easier. When I receive an FAQ, I can use either a snippet or a template to answer the questions faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have is that support is done all through email. I am the type of person who loves to talk to a support person to fix the issue. This is more of a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows me to stay organized. I have always despised bouncing back and forth to my calendar, my notes tab, my emails and searching for a prospects information. SalesLoft has eliminated that pain for me. I call SalesLoft my one stop shop for all of my prospecting needs.

If you need a tool to run automation emails, gives you the ability track live data and keeps you organized, choose SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences make it so much easier to remain accountable to staying on top of your calling and emailing order. I am an organized person, but this brings organization within prospecting to a new level. Email tracking is a huge bonus to this platform - I am able to see who opens or clicks a link in my email, and from what location. The analytics behind email outcomes (open rates, click rates, reply rates) is a huge helped to ensure we are crafting quality emails that are residing well with our targeted audience. Definitely a platform I do not want to live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality on the dialer can sometimes be a little low, but this is likely due to my own network connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased time efficiency, increased organization, higher call volumes, and a better understanding of outreach analytics.

Intuitive, easy to set up, loaded with features and integrations. Easy to stand up and provides easy access for stakeholders to absorb as much information from cadences without disrupting users’ day to day. Best in class customer support with live daily open hours

Not a lot, analytics have improved significantly and excited to see where it goes

we're having issues with the calendar sync function currently. It's double booking clients.

Outreach cadence and success rates of those cadences. Touchpoints have become easier to visualize in client records.

Have templates ready when creating cadences and make sure the SL team has an AM assigned to your account

I am able to organize and execute a sales prospecting and follow up plan for my entire territory with accuracy and ease.
SalesLoft takes the guess work out of managing a territory with 600 + accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful the team has been with troubleshooting issues and walking me through processes that I am not as familiar with. Having SalesLoft as a tool to use while reaching out to prospective clients is something I didn't know was a possibility before my current job, and I am very grateful for it! It is very easy to navigate, and I am a big fan of scheduling emails at different times so I don't have to be constantly worried about checking in with enough people in a day. No matter what, knowing that I will be supported if I ever have an issue has been the best part of using SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload process of contacts or lists can get confusing, but it has also gotten easier to understand through attending Office Hours. I have also had some trouble with grouping people to create cadences, so I believe that the process for uploading groups of people rather than just individual contacts could be helpful. I included scheduled sends as a positive, but while creating cadences, sometimes knowing the time the first step will go out has been confusing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get real-time data on who my emails are reaching, which has helped me schedule calls at times where my prospects are most likely to be available. It is also very useful to be able to look back at old correspondences to be able to predict if the person I am contacting will be more likely to open the email I am sending. SalesLoft has saved a lot of time because I am able to still personalize my emails, but send out a higher quantity in less time.

Nothing i dislike in particular to be honest, may be slows down your gmail te first week.
But get fixed after a week too.

let go, you aske for a trial they propose some, it will help you understand how many hours you will win everyday thanks to sales loft.

The sales team there is fun and professional so you will definitely makea good impression in front of your manager if you are the one proposing the salesloft solution.
I like Sam Murell the most he got a great accent which makes me enjoy his presentations.
Having Salesloft is like having eggs for breakfast, if you are selling it is a must to be more competent and impress your colleagues with the results they have always dreamed about.
I am wondering if by making me write this they are not actuallly trying to see if they could hire me :).

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Salesloft is that I can proactively see any updates that the Salesloft team makes each day, week, or month. It is very helpful to see what enhancements are available to integrate and use. It makes my job a lot easier to manage when there is a helpful update that goes into production for our sales and marketing outreach. One of the best and most recent updates that went into production was the ability to send texts directly to our contacts, especially since 90% of our contacts are mobile. We are also able to track all texts in Salesforce as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a whole lot to dislike about Salesloft. It's easy to use and manage and integrates well with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems solved are seeing and tracking our sales and marketing outreach via email. It helps to see the effects of who is looking at what we send and it gives us great insight into our efforts. It is also good to know, in this ever-changing economy, if an email address gets rejected (bounced). We can immediately flag the account for follow up.
