I Cannot Live Without Salesloft!
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft helps keep me organized, on top of my activity, and saves me HOURS of time by automating steps while reducing their monotony.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about SalesLoft is that sometimes the analytics behind e-mail clicks, opens, and web visits is inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, I have solved the problem of hating cold calling. The dialer tool, along with the ability to pre-record voicemails that can be dropped has been a huge time saver for me, and allows me to complete my daily required dials very quickly.

SalesLoft is a game changer, I highly recommend.

How easy it is to navigate the tool and how easy it is to allow our reps to stay organized.

At times it can be a challenge to get everything synced up

It helps our reps stay on track, organized and the ability to effectively prospect into companies. The benefits come with the data it provides. It allows us to decide what is working and what isn't so we can make those changes if needed based on data vs a gut feeling.

The ability to send multiple emails but still customise each one

What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to do tables and they don't look right. A better way to add and edit tables in the body of the email will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach more of my customers in shorter time - able to create more touchpoints quickly and also gain metrics on which email templates are resonating better with clients.

I love how intuitive salesloft is. It makes prospecting a much simpler experience by integrating seamlessly with so many other resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a high internet bandwidth. If you are using it and working from home with more than one person, it’s likely you’ll have problems.

SalesLoft is an amazing software.
What do you like best about the product?
The things that I love in sales loft are it's automation, It's reliability to work and easy to use. SalesLoft is an amazing software. You have access to all the contacting links available at one place like. You can call and send emails at one place. The cadence steps help you work more efficient. You do not have to make sticky accounts or spread sheets to keep notes instead cadence does that for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, there is nothing special to dislike about salesloft but there is always some room for improvement. I believe salesloft needs to have the option to remove contacts from your name at one go. Moreover, there should be an option to send bulk emails as it makes work easier and saves a lot of time. The response from emails was very positive once the emails were sent in bulk. There should be an option to send bulk emails. Apart from this the layout of the software needs some improvement as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has literally made my daily work quite easier and very efficient. The best thing about salesloft is that you can work smarter rather than working harder. I have doubled my sales targets after we have started working on salesloft due to the effectiveness and smartness. Cadence is the best thing that I have experienced with salesloft so far.

A must use software if you're looking around and if you haven't look into anything untill now, Very easy to use and a reliable system to run your daily work flow

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for viewing call/email history. The dialing function allows you to make calls faster. Pace function allows you to easily manage the scanning steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibility of unsubscribing from the email gives potential customers the impression that all consolidation ranges are sent in bulk, which is not the case. I want to be able to quickly change the timing of email/phone reminders in the same view (reminder and timing combined).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use SalesLoft throughout the organization. We use it for dialing functionality to facilitate call and pace management, email tracking and analysis/reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once potential customers are identified in the company, it is very useful to manage the pace and coverage. If you can paste rich graphics into the template without having to attach and insert photos, so much the better.

I like having my calls recorded so that I can go back and use the transcripts as notes for my opps. I also like being able to reference the analytics for dials and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish is was easier to search and find other people's successful cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem or question of wondering if customers are opening my emails. It's been beneficial for me to know what works and what doesn't with respect to customer outreach.

I would highly recommend using Salesloft as a sales tool. It's extremely effective!
