What do you like best about the product?
It helps a ton when it comes to seeing which prospects visit our site or open my emails for outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Prospect's visiting the website isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having email templates for specific targets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Call on prospects who open emails.
Fast Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Having used both salesloft. I believe salesloft is easier to learn, has a smaller learning curve and faster adoption rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot right click and "open new tab" on any link, drastically slows down user interface. Should definitely fix that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our entire outbound campaign to build pipeline for our Revenue Organization through salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
anyone using an outbound team to source deals should be using software like this. I also recommend using there CS team to help review your cadences and emails.
Great tool that makes life easier, but some hiccups that need fixing
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to keep contacts organized automatically. Many of the features are very intuitive, allowing for broader outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often the LinkedIn plugin fails to load, or there are other glitches that make it hard to get into a groove of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping contacts organized and maintaining consistent messaging to prospects is the main problem that SalesLoft has helped us solve. A neat tool that the product offers is data analytics for reviewing the success of cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore all of the features, there's more offered here than you might notice originally
Work efficiently w/SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
Love the voicemail drop and the ability to create multiple cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
No calendar view of upcoming steps. The weekly snapshot is a step in the right direction but having a calendar view would allow me to manage my cadence more effectively and plan ahead based on upcoming events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with contacts on a weekly basis is critical to success and SalesLoft allows me to accomplish this with a custom cadence. There is a lot of time saved with the ability to email out and track how my contacts are engaging with the content sent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a more efficient way to manage a sales pipeline, SalesLoft is a great tool.
Game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and clean. Salesloft helps me stay organized and focused on my quota goal
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the search bar feature. It does not update/search in real-time and requires you to refresh the browser when trying to search for another account/contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my prospects in one channel has been extremely helpful. The activity history has allowed me to stay off SFDC and focus the majority of my prospecting efforts on SalesLoft
Unacceptable lack of support
What do you like best about the product?
This is really a good product, but the support is non-existant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Matt, our salesperson, was awesome. He seemed to have a good understanding of the product, and expertly highlighted how it would be a gamechanger for us. As soon as we signed on, we wanted to implement this but were told by Salesloft to "have patience", and someone would reach out to help set us up. That "someone" was Kristal, who was impolite (hanging up on us without resolving anything), training us to do things the wrong way (she taught my staff how to add tags, which deleted all the work we'd done until now) and leaving us hanging with a promise that we'd hear from "support".
We didn't.
At this point, all the work we've done, and logged in Salesloft, is gone. This morning, we were told that our inquiry had gone to spam and the issue would be dealt with now.
I have no doubt that Salesloft is a good product, but without support, our hands are tied and we can't use it. It's year-end, and this has set us back--I have salespeople trying to followup on leads, but all calls/emails from the past two weeks are gone. And not a word from Salesloft.

Conversation intelligence. Unfortunately, we can't use it....
SalesLoft - An ideal tool for greater productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
All features within SalesLoft are easily manageable, especially the cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything apparent that I dislike about SalesLoft. Once you become more knowledgeable on how to navigate around it, your productivity levels increase. I am assuming this varies for every individual utilizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is user-friendly. It is very responsive, meaning you can get things done quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is a useful tool.
Salesloft is an invaluable tool in my daily work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way Salesloft structures the daily tasks for me and the rest of my team. It enables me to execute on a task, like sending out my daily personalized emails, in a matter of minutes rather than hours. The overview Salesloft gives me on the contact history of a prospect before reaching out makes sure that I keep my message relevant. It also reduces the risk of me and my colleagues reaching out to the same contact. The integration with Salesforce has cut down on the time I’m spending doing admin and letting me spend more time interacting with our clients and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything but there are some added features and and additional integrations with, for example LinkedIn Sales Navigator that would be helpful to have. Also I would like to see a bit better integration with Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping track of my daily tasks I need to execute to qualify my leads. It gives me a better overview of my contacts. But most importantly, the Salesloft Analytics provides invaluable insights on how well my emails and other outreach are resonating with my prospects.
Overall Salesloft is an amazing time saver for me and the rest of our team and it's KEY to make our team successful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's an amazing tool and it has done wonders for our team's performance. I do recommend to keep the access of creating team cadences limited to a few key people. And that those key people keep the number of cadences as low as possible. You would want to make sure that the cadences you've created are used frequently by your individual users and that cadences that are not in use have been archived. The way the data and insights you get from the Analytics is more accurate. Do not import too many contacts at once. It will stack up.
SalesLoft makes outbounding easy
What do you like best about the product?
Through SalesLoft's cadences you can cluster similar prospects together and automate most of your outreach emails to be relevant to the industry or persona you're sending them to. This has helped me stream line my day to day so I'm not wasting time. I also think that the company website and LinkedIn integration to a contacts profile is really helpful. It makes pulling up relevant information for a cold call fast so that you can pump out a lot of calls without having to break your workflow. Lastly, the local dialer option has made my answer rate sky rocket. I don't really know why, and sometimes prospects catch on and get mad at you for it, but it works! It's definitely helped me get more prospects on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a contact object from within SalesLoft doesn't get saved. So to edit the contact you have to go back into SalesForce and make your edits there. I don't like that the analytics section often times bases their averages off of a seven day week, since I'm only calling the five work days. I also dislike how easy it is to forget to log a call. It's happened to me many times before, where I either forget to hit the log button or my internet goes out mid call and the conversation I had isn't recorded or I don't get credit for the dial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to increase my daily outbound numbers because calling through this system is much more effective than a spreadsheet. SalesLoft also makes it easy to leave notes for yourself after every call so that you pick up right where you left off when reaching out again. Lastly, SalesLoft has significantly improved my email prospecting. Through cadences and automation, I'm able to send out relevant and semi personalized content that catches my prospects eye without having to dedicate an entire work day to do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
