The Sales Follow-Up "Silver Bullet"

What do you like best about the product?
I love SalesLoft's ability to create an entire, automated system that ensures sales reps are following prescribed cadences maximized to increase sales engagement with prospects and customers. It's like you've taken the follow up of the best rep, automated parts of it and shared it with the larger team. Huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more robust analytics with drill-down metrics. I think most SalesLoft users expect this - which is why you'll often see both reps and management clicking on specific numbers within the analytics dash (i.e., contacts added - wish we could click in and see which ones were added).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has been our silver bullet for consistent, calculated follow up and we're seeing it help solve this very issue - inconsistent follow up across the team and with specific reps. We've been able to ensure each and every lead that comes via our inbound flow is able to worked until all opportunity has been exhausted.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is user-friendly. I love the live feed with all the filtering options to be able to target the right prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have become a great fan of this tool.

Consistent sales prospecting.

It is a great tool, user-friendly, easy to learn and train.

What do you like best about the product?
Having cadences in the team has been a great help and we are also very interested in the meeting feature. I think they have excellent account management and that is their strongest point.
What do you dislike about the product?
not all features are available for all email servers. I feel like there's a lot of potential in the tool but it is sometimes hard to navigate and use for its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SL for sales calls and also cadences. Cadences have been very useful in scaling our acquisition work.

Focused tool for managing sales cadences

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's cadences are excellent for planning and executing the targeted calling, emailing, and contacting sales prospects with a consistent methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and integration back to our Salesforce CRM has been very challenging to get clear reports that match numbers in the SalesLoft Dashboard. Their open office hours are helpful, but often conclude "you should submit that as a product request" or "we just don't see that as useful in the sales approach we follow".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to plan sales outreach campaigns targeted to MQL prospects identified through actions taken on larger direct email campaigns. It has allowed us to quickly follow up with prospects who express interest in initial email campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate the in-app reporting and what data integrations you will need.

can be a tad bit overwhelming for a newbie
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using it as a BDR tool, it has saved us some customizations in SFDC, we also looked into doing BDR specific integrations in SalesLoft to unburden our SFDC

Take advantage of the training in the Salesloft University and join their office hours when you have questions

SalesLoft comes in CLUTCH

What do you like best about the product?
TBH SalesLoft's Customer support is STELLAR
What do you dislike about the product?
They have 2 available times for Office hours each day (9am ET & 2pm ET) and the only down side is I'm on the West Coast and 6am PST is a bit early for an office hours for this coast, so there is only 1 time available for me to make it to office hours.

Even with that issue, I can always email their support team and have them respond within 24hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft solves so many problems, I don't even know how I would have set up this team without all their help!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used a bunch of different Sales Communication software and SalesLoft is by far the easiest to use!

Amazing tool for prospection

What do you like best about the product?
It's UX, it's super intuitive and I can build different cadences with different salesforce groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
integrations with salesforce, not 100% integrate with it, and I have to manually input some info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending multiple emails that were basically copy and past, now to a broader audience and with some personalized tags like name, app, etc.

Excellent Investment - Easy Prospecting and Organization. Highly Recommend!

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it incredibly easy to prospect. It allows me to keep all prospects organized, cadences are easy to execute, people are easy to import, and the extensions they have available are incredible. The owler extension and LinkedIn Navigator extension are tremendous helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a cadence can be tricky, but the excellent client service teams a ton with questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting has been amazing. I've increased my numbers in both calls and emails. Our entire sales team utilizes this tool and we'd be lost without it! Keeps everyone organized, we can communicate with each other and everything is pulled into Salesforce for executives to see. A must-have tool!

Utilize their webinars and office hours for support - you'll learn so much and it'll help you and your organization maximize the tool!

Easy to use, the best out there

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesloft for nearly a month and have used other competitors before.
It's a pretty complete platform. I love the analytics part - compared to other competitors I find Salesloft can breakdown pretty much any CR, statistic or any kind of data to give a full overview of what's happening and understanding results from an analytical point of view.
Very easy to use, simple UX and a good overview of due tasks - extremely easy to navigate and snappy compared to other platforms.
The customer journey is really good with a lot of support and the implementation journey is really smooth and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not customizable (e.g. tasks names) - but I was told it's something that is in the roadmap for future updates so I hope that comes soon. It would make the platform pretty complete.
Customer support sometimes is not that great when it comes to technical settings, which can slow things down considerably (but that was just my experience with 1 support team, I am sure they are not all like that).
The fact that the whole CSM team (implementation consultants, support and customer success) are based in the US makes it a bit tricky if you are based in Europe and need immediate assistance. But after all the platform is very easy to navigate and fix yourself if you have a spare couple hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the SDR work a lot quicker and smoother. Analytics really help to understand what is working, what is not and Why.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a look at what is out there, you will most likely end up getting salesloft. Just be sure to ask all the questions you might have about customization if it's a big thing for you.
