What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Salesloft is everything is done easily. You don't have to worry about your daily activities, with Salesloft you just run all your cadences or workflow then you can move on to your other tasks. You don't also need to worry about your metrics, Salesloft has analytics in it and you don't need to hassle yourself from making your reports. It's a hassle free tool for sales people like me. You can send hundreds of emails and follow ups in just one move of your fingers, and the results of my work is very incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is, it's going to make you look lazy. Everything you need is there, and you run them easily that makes you finish your work as soon as possible, then do nothing if you have done all your tasks for the day. You'll just wait for email responses. That's how good the tool is, no matter how hardworking you are, with Salesloft it makes everything easy for you and you'll have so much free time for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps you to finish all your work quickly. Everyone knows that one of Businesses issues is Time Management. If you don't have Salesloft, reporting, and sending emails can be manually done since other Sales CRM's out there doesn't have the same features. The benefits of Salesloft is it makes your work efficiently and it saves a lot of your time to get done all your remaining tasks for the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I can say is read all the reviews you may find about a specific tool you want to use, and if it's consistently getting good reviews then you're on the right track. Just like Salesloft, it's getting good reviews. If you're working on Sales or if you're having a business and wants to grow your reach, then salesloft is the perfect tool for you.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to stay on stop of my proactive outreach campaign steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I will remove someone from a cadence and they will still receive a automatic email. I would also like the process of creating a cadence to more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping regular contact with prospects. The automatic cadences are helping gain a greater outreach whilst saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps build good relationship by having end to end sales training for the new normal. It's easy to use and straight forward.

It's new tool and not completely tested yet. It may take some time to get things going with it to show expected results.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to setup means widespread adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is making sure nothing falls of our radar. A close second is easily split testing strategies.

Ask for a free trial of the software and you'll see how much easier it is to use than the alternatives.

The bad signal and connections when we call.
Integration with SalesNavigator could be much better.

Contact with clients, activity tracking and place where we can keep all the information.

Better integration with Sales Navigator and notifications with a lead is duplicated.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft supports me in organizing communications well in advance of when they need to happen. I know what I've sent to each prospect and what needs to be sent next. Managing my cadences allows me to improve my efficiency. I also LOVE the scheduling tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the metrics reports are a little clumsy to actually use in informing best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't lost track of prospects anymore---they are all captured in communications cadences. And when I ask for a meeting, my prospects can choose the time that works best from my calendar---ending the back and forth that can clog up a sales cycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When considering how to build a sales system, it's important to build in a tracking system. That's what Salesloft does for us. By putting this information into Salesloft, we free up our brain for strategic thinking tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates with dynamic fields make it easy for me to send multiple emails to different prospects in a matter of minutes, and all activity syncs with SalesForce automatically!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email application needs an "undo" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a lot of people in limited time is a benefit to me.

It's a must have for prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about SalesLoft is the accessibility and cadence build out, it's a life saver. I like that it can integrate with every system that I currently work with and it simplifies tracking. Another thing I love is the free data information/tips and tricks in SalesLoft U. I think it is a game changer to not only offer this platform but provide PROVEN analytics on how to improve.

The analytics feature of SalesLoft is honestly amazing for me. It provides excellent feedback and great data for what is working and what needs more improvement.

Another feature I like about SalesLoft is the ability to add a variant email in a cadence. This is important for me because it allows me to see what emails are grabbing peoples attention and which ones aren't.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about SalesLoft is how wonky it can be at times. More recently I'm getting phantom notifications of emails activity. I'm not sure if this is a system issue or what but it can get very annoying.

Another issue I have with SalesLoft is that the calling feature is not compatible with my Mac. I'm not quite sure if it has to do with our telecom provider, I'll have to double check on that, but I wish I could utilize the call feature.

A last issue I have with SalesLoft is maybe too much data. It can be over whelming at times and possibly not as accurate. An example is sometimes I am not sending a starting a cadence until mid week due to research. The data will show that most of my emails are opened, clicked or replied during the time slots in mid week. Something minor but it could be deceiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I have been solving with SalesLoft is who are not replying to my emails. If I have a low reply rate then I know that I am doing something wrong and that is where SalesLoft U comes in for me. I would also like to shout out my rep, Keith Cordeiro, who has been a huge help in my development.

SalesLoft U is not just a "help" guide on how to navigate through SaleaLoft it is a wonderful asset that can help an individual unlike their full sales hunting potential. I reference the information in SalesLoft U quite often. The two tools that have helped me the most are tips for optimizing B2B emails and how to improve your reply rate. After reading through them I saw an uptick in opens and replies throughout my cadence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any business development reps out there that not only want to enhance your outreach but also IMPROVE, SalesLoft is the exact software you need. It integrates with most CRM systems but I feel the dashboard has a sleeker look than other CRM systems out there. If I was developing a BDR department I would highly recommend SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly platform-- easy to set up cadence, easy to push it out, easy to share with others on team, great analytics. Great integration with SFDC.
For the Sales User it is a swift, nimble tool that does not take away from my sales push; it serves me well and is not a huge time suck to be effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to complain about here really with Salesloft
One issue I bumped into recently is embedding photos--keeps going to a link which is not ideal.
In my previous job we used Salesloft but we also used SugarCRM -- which I prefer, personally. The challenge was there was no integration. I would reccommend to any company to integrate these two tools so that your sales team can be fully enabled. I DO LOVE THE SFDC integration <3!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence of outbound, integration to SFDC, time savings, visibility of history with a contact so I can have a quick, contextual conversation spontaneously; the automation more than pays for itself right there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the integrations to your CRM for best results. Utilize Analytics for performance reviews and managing with remote employees is very effective for motivation and KPI achievement
