Great technology, even better people
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft cares a lot about their customers and it shows by how they treat you. Not uncommon for executives and others in the business to reach out to ensure they hitting the mark for you. Highly responsive and friendly team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Years ago there were occasional service disruptions (few and far between) but haven't seen anything like that in quite some time. Back end platform is pretty solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes our sales team more efficient, organized, and personal in our outreach to customers. While the platform has good automation features, I appreciate how it helps us be more human, delivering personalization at scale. And it's a fun platform to use. Looks good and well organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If considering SalesLoft and other alternative, trial them. You'll get a better understanding of product usability, but even more, what it's like to work with the people on their teams.
Help me stay on top of my outreach and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize each cadence exactly how I'd like it. Salesloft help me stay on top of my outreach and I can quantify with quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the 'Analytics' tab confusing and I have a hard time navigating to find mine or my peers metrics sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk outreach with quality. I would not be able to deliver the amount of emails I do and get the same reach as I do without Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hold trainings with the team before letting ppl use it by themselves.
Best solution to automate prospecting and market penetration.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use the platform and create different cadences. The integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a game-changer since you can automate the adding of different personas in the prospect's company.
Also, the fact that you have different activities sources is very positive.
Also, the fact that you have different activities sources is very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just in English so snippets and templates can be just configured to be sent in English, not in Spanish. Would help a lot to be able to select different languages and automate the sending of the different mails during different days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving, avoiding duplications, mail personalisation, prospect organisation, calling with more structure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If what you're looking for is to automate and get deepness with your prospects, Salesloft can help you with that.
Normally other solution would look similar, but this brings to another.
SalesLoft Integrates email and phone to track all communication activities in one platform and use engagement to trigger the next activity. Users can automatically execute call lists, making those sales calls more efficient and simple with less time and effort. It even auto-populates prospect time zones so users can call at the right time to increase connections and provide better engagement. Simple voice drop and built-in call recording is also available and help make sales calls easier and more convenient.
Each organization has different needs and needs an application that can be personalized for their size, type of staff members and clients, and the particular industry they are in. For these reasons, no system can offer perfect functionality off-the-shelf.

great!
What do you like best about the product?
super easy to use. you don't need a ton of training in order to get your feet wet
What do you dislike about the product?
cookie accuracy (only sometimes) No software is perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
salesloft works for me. it helps support me with the use of templates and email tracking
Helpful & Complete tool for Sales People.
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy integration with Salesforce and other prospection tools (Sales Navigator, Owler, Vidyard, LeadIq, etc)
- I love dashboards, you can track every activity, every information, where you are in your cadences, your priorities for the day, "on-live" tracker, etc.
- Support team very responsive and always open to suggestions.
- They try to improve the solution constantly and try to have something visually good and pleasant.
Today, I think it's THE Sales platform to use, it's very completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike.
Maybe can be great to simplify the Analytics Dashboard to have something more visual, pedagogue.
Lot of my emails bounced, means that they are automatically removed from my cadence. It is more admin for me, to find a new email address, then put back the contact in the cadence. Can be helpful to have an area where a bounced contact would "live" so we can refer back to it later and action from that.

Less admin, win a lot of time every day, increase selling activities (calls, e-mails, LinkedIn msg/invitation, etc), increase productivity, numbers of meetings and pipeline.
Super smooth and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it us to go through cadences! Can get through it super easily without almost no manual efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Only this is that when I click on one of my reminders I can't open it in a new window, so everytime I check off a reminder I have to manually go back and click on a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a much smoother way to go through cadences. I have never experienced it like that before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth it and it helped our SDRS be more on top of what they are doing.
Fantastic Sales engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track and keep my outreach organized with steps. (e.g. e-mail, calls, Linkedin messages).
All my outreach is gathered in one place and creating multiple cadences is very simple.
The analytics is easy to understand and well built.
It also has integrations with the other software that we use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be quite manual in case you get a lot of bounced emails from your campaigns.
Would love it if there's a quicker way to mass-edit those and retry.
The dialler was also quite tricky to set up and get working smoothly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've saved countless hours working with Salesloft compared to my earlier days with other tools.
It's also helping me test and tailor messaging to my prospects

Salesloft works like a charm together with tools like LeadIQ.
Optimizing the correct prospecting tool with Salesforce will save you hours of time.

Account Executive First Hand Account of SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft does a great job of organizing my prospecting and enabling me to get away from how I used to run campaigns with excel spreadsheets when I got into sales 5 years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes but I would really enjoy if when I clicked on an account SalesLoft had the ability to organize my contacts into an org chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of not being operationally efficient with my outreach and eliminating the amount of clicks it take me to run campaigns. The key benefit is getting time back in my day to focus on researching my accounts and finding the correct content for the emails to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to do the trainings so you understand all of the available features that you can leverage to you success. Also, if you have a questions then ask it to your dedicated rep. They do a great job of getting you answers and letting you know about new features to come!
SDR new to SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how configurable the interface is. You can move things around so that it is optimized for your daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the meeting links could be more configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency when it comes to addressing more leads. We have seen that we are able to track all of our leads through the buyer's journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great. You should use it.
Business Development
What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless- truly it makes my life easier and for many reasons. My organization has looked into using similar tools/competing products and I strongly requested keeping Salesloft. In the times I have had issues, easily I'm able to connect with customer support to get questions answered. The usability and design is simple - competing products require digging and a lot of 'guess work' that is not needed with Salesloft. Simply put, I find that it's easier to get up and running with Salesloft in comparison to competitors solutions.
Salesloft integrates well with ALL other tools that I use in my process, serving as a central repository for me to collect continuous notes and easily toggle/multi-task... Without much further 'work' needed I can quickly view my notes taken in application and run my steps from one integrated tool to the next. Quite frankly I work my entire day through Salesloft. Salesloft is an integral part of my outreach and sales process.
LOCAL DIALING- I LOVE. I took it for granted, but with other tools tested I sometimes had to do extra steps for EACH call made to match area code. In a time where people do not often answer the phone, local dialing significantly improves pick-up rate. I appreciate such little work being needed to have 'local dialing'.
I can say from experience that in trying other tools it was a hassle with the lack of integrations/lack of ability to make other competing products a 'central repository' for my day to day (there were work arounds, but it was tedious in comparison)-- Salesloft makes my job easier and things get completed quicker. I'm really a huge fan. I'd recommend it's use at any sales organization I go to.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it's probably an administrative/credits thing -- when we 'lose credits' and no longer being able to dial out of salesloft kind of stinks. In reality I realize it's probably a 'sales' thing on your end, running out of dialer credits kind of shuts us all down -- bringing back to local dialing appreciation -- I say this because I (like most folks on team) do not sit in area that I call into.. When dialers are down (due to no more credits) I am less likely to call from my own phone that does not match area code.
I'm not sure if there is a work around or how this works, but it would be nice if it's a situation where management needs to 'approve' so we can continue dialing out of salesloft -- if that could be bypassed and we (customer) could square up with extra charges without effecting productivity.
^^^ I say all that - but in truth it does seem like my manager announces 'salesloft down' and quickly gets it fixed with someone at salesloft team.. So not a HUGE burden, but it does feel like it happens often.
Other than that my only other dislike is that I cannot 'edit' steps in team cadences- I'm sure that effects #'s management and marketing might be interested in more than me. Not a huge issue and I have made my own personal work arounds for this, not sure many other folks on my team care to actually to the time to make changes to stuff like that..

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above - same as my dislike and like answer truly.
Problems = Salesloft dialer 'no more credits' causing brief period of down time/productivity for me and team (because we do appreciate the local dialer ability that other phones do not provide)
Also, not being able to edit team cadences (either at all or without effecting entire group)
Benefits= my work life is generally easier and more seamless. I am able to integrate other tools that matter to my process, without sacrificing time and productivity.. because of this Salesloft has become my central repository in a way - it provides a platform for me to work through all 'work prospecting things'.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - there's not a better tool I've used.
- Make a few cadences to run potential prospects through so you can thoroughly appreciate how it makes life easier.
>> Make one 'cadence entirely emails' - you will see how nice it is to do the 'front' work that you will later reap benefits from. You make initial steps, but later make hundreds of 'steps' by simply clicking a button.
^ You can mass send what looks like individual personalized emails to hundreds of people at a time... and whats even better you can monitor the activity of the emails sent - how many times clicked/if it was forwarded/where it was opened -- to gauge potenital interest (regardless of if folks respond to your email or not)
>>Make a cadence that is entirely calls or both calls and emails -- and turn on your 'local dialer' if your area code does not match prospects # area code. You WILL see a significant increase in connects thanks to this dialer.
>> While using this platform - USE it... Meaning take notes on each prospects 'profile' so you do not have to do mental work later - it will save you time and productivity!! Also- in using it as a central repository- have your prospect profile up while completing tasks for them, try toggling and clicking on items available to you while you are completing prospect task (i.e. looking at relevant info in notes section of salesloft you took, clicking into their profile within your organizations CRM that might have relevant info, clicking onto their linkedin account to see if theres anything you can pull from there into an email or a call conversation) -- DOING SO allows you to multi-task so you can be confident, educated, and prepared.
