Prospecting made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates with dynamic fields make it easy for me to send multiple emails to different prospects in a matter of minutes, and all activity syncs with SalesForce automatically!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email application needs an "undo" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a lot of people in limited time is a benefit to me.

It's a must have for prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about SalesLoft is the accessibility and cadence build out, it's a life saver. I like that it can integrate with every system that I currently work with and it simplifies tracking. Another thing I love is the free data information/tips and tricks in SalesLoft U. I think it is a game changer to not only offer this platform but provide PROVEN analytics on how to improve.

The analytics feature of SalesLoft is honestly amazing for me. It provides excellent feedback and great data for what is working and what needs more improvement.

Another feature I like about SalesLoft is the ability to add a variant email in a cadence. This is important for me because it allows me to see what emails are grabbing peoples attention and which ones aren't.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about SalesLoft is how wonky it can be at times. More recently I'm getting phantom notifications of emails activity. I'm not sure if this is a system issue or what but it can get very annoying.

Another issue I have with SalesLoft is that the calling feature is not compatible with my Mac. I'm not quite sure if it has to do with our telecom provider, I'll have to double check on that, but I wish I could utilize the call feature.

A last issue I have with SalesLoft is maybe too much data. It can be over whelming at times and possibly not as accurate. An example is sometimes I am not sending a starting a cadence until mid week due to research. The data will show that most of my emails are opened, clicked or replied during the time slots in mid week. Something minor but it could be deceiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I have been solving with SalesLoft is who are not replying to my emails. If I have a low reply rate then I know that I am doing something wrong and that is where SalesLoft U comes in for me. I would also like to shout out my rep, Keith Cordeiro, who has been a huge help in my development.

SalesLoft U is not just a "help" guide on how to navigate through SaleaLoft it is a wonderful asset that can help an individual unlike their full sales hunting potential. I reference the information in SalesLoft U quite often. The two tools that have helped me the most are tips for optimizing B2B emails and how to improve your reply rate. After reading through them I saw an uptick in opens and replies throughout my cadence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any business development reps out there that not only want to enhance your outreach but also IMPROVE, SalesLoft is the exact software you need. It integrates with most CRM systems but I feel the dashboard has a sleeker look than other CRM systems out there. If I was developing a BDR department I would highly recommend SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly platform-- easy to set up cadence, easy to push it out, easy to share with others on team, great analytics. Great integration with SFDC.
For the Sales User it is a swift, nimble tool that does not take away from my sales push; it serves me well and is not a huge time suck to be effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to complain about here really with Salesloft
One issue I bumped into recently is embedding photos--keeps going to a link which is not ideal.
In my previous job we used Salesloft but we also used SugarCRM -- which I prefer, personally. The challenge was there was no integration. I would reccommend to any company to integrate these two tools so that your sales team can be fully enabled. I DO LOVE THE SFDC integration <3!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence of outbound, integration to SFDC, time savings, visibility of history with a contact so I can have a quick, contextual conversation spontaneously; the automation more than pays for itself right there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the integrations to your CRM for best results. Utilize Analytics for performance reviews and managing with remote employees is very effective for motivation and KPI achievement

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft cares a lot about their customers and it shows by how they treat you. Not uncommon for executives and others in the business to reach out to ensure they hitting the mark for you. Highly responsive and friendly team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Years ago there were occasional service disruptions (few and far between) but haven't seen anything like that in quite some time. Back end platform is pretty solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft makes our sales team more efficient, organized, and personal in our outreach to customers. While the platform has good automation features, I appreciate how it helps us be more human, delivering personalization at scale. And it's a fun platform to use. Looks good and well organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If considering SalesLoft and other alternative, trial them. You'll get a better understanding of product usability, but even more, what it's like to work with the people on their teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize each cadence exactly how I'd like it. Salesloft help me stay on top of my outreach and I can quantify with quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the 'Analytics' tab confusing and I have a hard time navigating to find mine or my peers metrics sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk outreach with quality. I would not be able to deliver the amount of emails I do and get the same reach as I do without Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hold trainings with the team before letting ppl use it by themselves.

Best solution to automate prospecting and market penetration.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use the platform and create different cadences. The integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a game-changer since you can automate the adding of different personas in the prospect's company.
Also, the fact that you have different activities sources is very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just in English so snippets and templates can be just configured to be sent in English, not in Spanish. Would help a lot to be able to select different languages and automate the sending of the different mails during different days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving, avoiding duplications, mail personalisation, prospect organisation, calling with more structure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If what you're looking for is to automate and get deepness with your prospects, Salesloft can help you with that.
Normally other solution would look similar, but this brings to another.
SalesLoft Integrates email and phone to track all communication activities in one platform and use engagement to trigger the next activity. Users can automatically execute call lists, making those sales calls more efficient and simple with less time and effort. It even auto-populates prospect time zones so users can call at the right time to increase connections and provide better engagement. Simple voice drop and built-in call recording is also available and help make sales calls easier and more convenient.
Each organization has different needs and needs an application that can be personalized for their size, type of staff members and clients, and the particular industry they are in. For these reasons, no system can offer perfect functionality off-the-shelf.

cookie accuracy (only sometimes) No software is perfect!

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy integration with Salesforce and other prospection tools (Sales Navigator, Owler, Vidyard, LeadIq, etc)
- I love dashboards, you can track every activity, every information, where you are in your cadences, your priorities for the day, "on-live" tracker, etc.
- Support team very responsive and always open to suggestions.
- They try to improve the solution constantly and try to have something visually good and pleasant.
Today, I think it's THE Sales platform to use, it's very completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike.
Maybe can be great to simplify the Analytics Dashboard to have something more visual, pedagogue.
Lot of my emails bounced, means that they are automatically removed from my cadence. It is more admin for me, to find a new email address, then put back the contact in the cadence. Can be helpful to have an area where a bounced contact would "live" so we can refer back to it later and action from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less admin, win a lot of time every day, increase selling activities (calls, e-mails, LinkedIn msg/invitation, etc), increase productivity, numbers of meetings and pipeline.

Super smooth and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it us to go through cadences! Can get through it super easily without almost no manual efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Only this is that when I click on one of my reminders I can't open it in a new window, so everytime I check off a reminder I have to manually go back and click on a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a much smoother way to go through cadences. I have never experienced it like that before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth it and it helped our SDRS be more on top of what they are doing.

Fantastic Sales engagement tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track and keep my outreach organized with steps. (e.g. e-mail, calls, Linkedin messages).
All my outreach is gathered in one place and creating multiple cadences is very simple.
The analytics is easy to understand and well built.
It also has integrations with the other software that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be quite manual in case you get a lot of bounced emails from your campaigns.
Would love it if there's a quicker way to mass-edit those and retry.
The dialler was also quite tricky to set up and get working smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've saved countless hours working with Salesloft compared to my earlier days with other tools.
It's also helping me test and tailor messaging to my prospects

Salesloft works like a charm together with tools like LeadIQ.
Optimizing the correct prospecting tool with Salesforce will save you hours of time.
