Great for keeping you focused on personalised steps for big accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It batches all your tasks together for you, creating better efficiencies in your workflow.

If you are sending more generic emails for follow-ups it can feel very manual clicking through each stage.

Numerous advantages:

Only one client can be contacted at a time - do not send multiple emails through the same client record.

Complete - several characteristics - In-depth analysis with our successes and areas for improvement - compare with team members - analyze our cadences - conversion rate - deliverability - click rate - open rate

Changing dates for a step in cadence is easy, scheduling emails to go out later, reminders

Changing from one step in the cadence to another is cumbersome and dealing with duplicate profiles for prospects is basically impossible

Sales loft lets me easily check on last touch points with a prospect, instead of having to go look for last email or call (or manually typing them into Salesfore). The integration with SF is a lifesaver and the amount of time it saves is much more than I first imagined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not using something in conjunction with your CRM, add SalesLoft to free up time in your day for more important things!

Still have to bounce between SL and SFDC, depending on the field, etc.

Outbounding with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can reach out to multiple contacts drastically helps me and my team. It is a seamless product and having the ability to dial out of my phone while I am working remote has drastically increased the quality and connection of the calls.
At the same time I do not feel that it has hindered me in anyway from making my outreach be personalized. I have been able to make about 80% of my emails automated but still able to easily get that 20% of personalization in there which really helps keep all my emails authentic.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much that I dislike about Salesloft but there is a few things that I would want to add or change. For instance when you want to work fast it takes an extra step to looks at the notes that you have previously logged when you are working out of a cadence. If you could see the notes on the main screen of a contact I believe it would increase productivity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping keep people organized and run specific plays for various contacts that make sense. You are able to automate how things are mapped from the CRM to Salesloft which saves time for myself and my other team members.
Being able to track and A/B test which email and open rates has really helped identify what is resonating with my prospects.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you were looking at buying Salesloft I would recommend that you have a built out outbound engine already and use Salesloft to increase the productivity of that engine.
Ease of use and Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to launch Cadences with multiple steps of varying platforms (email, phone, LinkedIn).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have "scheduled" a set of emails to go out and that would typically be the next morning. I have found that the next time I go to send a chunk of emails out, the default has been to the same time frame from the previous example. I would prefer it default to "NOW."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of my outreach is hands-down the best feature. Simplifying my tasks is a major plus and I would find it hard to go back to traditional email and phone calls. The benefits of simple "click and do action" versus opening different software or pulling out my physical phone... makes things so much easier and time-efficient.
Salesloft Review (SDR Perspective)
What do you like best about the product?
Essentially every part of my job can be completed within SalesLoft. The integration with Salesforce makes working between the two platforms a breeze. Email notifications when prospects click, share, and open emails is an asset to any SDR. The Live Feed feature has also been super helpful, allowing me to see which of my prospects are interacting with shared content, our companies website, etc. A full days work can be completed without ever leaving SalesLoft and I think that's what I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving prospects to a different cadence step could be a little easier. Often times I'll have a lead list of just email addresses and no phone numbers, but don't want to create an entirely new cadence. Manually skipping through the steps is a hassle, but it's certainly avoidable if you don't mind building new cadences. Other than that there aren't many things I dislike about SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone working in technology knows how annoying it can be to bounce around from application to application, platform to platform, etc.. SalesLoft makes it so easy to get everything done in one place. Just as I mentioned above, the features in SalesLoft are constantly developing and exceeding expectations, which makes my job that much easier.

I wish there were more bots that would hop up and show short tutorials - Whilst I trust it will to the job right I am not confident enough to use it as often as I would like.
