Ease of use and Speed

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to launch Cadences with multiple steps of varying platforms (email, phone, LinkedIn).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have "scheduled" a set of emails to go out and that would typically be the next morning. I have found that the next time I go to send a chunk of emails out, the default has been to the same time frame from the previous example. I would prefer it default to "NOW."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of my outreach is hands-down the best feature. Simplifying my tasks is a major plus and I would find it hard to go back to traditional email and phone calls. The benefits of simple "click and do action" versus opening different software or pulling out my physical phone... makes things so much easier and time-efficient.

Salesloft Review (SDR Perspective)

What do you like best about the product?
Essentially every part of my job can be completed within SalesLoft. The integration with Salesforce makes working between the two platforms a breeze. Email notifications when prospects click, share, and open emails is an asset to any SDR. The Live Feed feature has also been super helpful, allowing me to see which of my prospects are interacting with shared content, our companies website, etc. A full days work can be completed without ever leaving SalesLoft and I think that's what I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving prospects to a different cadence step could be a little easier. Often times I'll have a lead list of just email addresses and no phone numbers, but don't want to create an entirely new cadence. Manually skipping through the steps is a hassle, but it's certainly avoidable if you don't mind building new cadences. Other than that there aren't many things I dislike about SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone working in technology knows how annoying it can be to bounce around from application to application, platform to platform, etc.. SalesLoft makes it so easy to get everything done in one place. Just as I mentioned above, the features in SalesLoft are constantly developing and exceeding expectations, which makes my job that much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how smart the platform is. I trust it more than others that I have used many years ago
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more bots that would hop up and show short tutorials - Whilst I trust it will to the job right I am not confident enough to use it as often as I would like.
Also, SFDC can sometimes block contacts that are no longer blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to new customers to try and get a call set up.
Reach out to customers who I haven't spoken to in 60 days
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an excellent solution that can save you time.

Salesloft Keeps Sales Reps & SDRs Organized and Productive

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to leverage & share cadences between team members or functional groups. The email open and reply tracking is also very helpful. URL based meeting scheduling functionality is also critically important for simplifying meeting bookings, and product demos. The all-in-one interface for calling and emailing streamlines my day to day and helps keep me on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio on voice calls is sometimes difficult to hear prospects, or for them to hear me.
The system can sometimes be a bit buggy after logging and completing actions, which requires me to refresh the system.

I wish my version had AI-based conversation intelligence / insights / recommendations or the ability to embed a separate tool like GONG so that I could get insights into the words that are helping book meetings, or get replies.

The insights from reply rates and open rates are good - but not very telling as cadences and emails are often customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the problem of having multiple systems (phone, email, research via LinkedIn Sales Nav, Insights & Tech Stack) with an all in one interface. It significantly reduces the time spent researching and reaching out to prospects during cold and warm outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial run and invest in setting it up with the appropriate cadences to make sure your team is successful to hit the ground running.

What do you like best about the product?
The SalesLoft cadences helps me manage my prospecting so that I don't forget to keep up with contacts. The ability to automate emails in a cadence is super helpful as well. Cadences are easy to set up and manage. Being able to link my Outlook calendar so prospects can book a call has been helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a 200 email/day limit that is sometimes restrictive if I want to send an email out to my contacts for an upcoming event. I am not sure if that is a company specific limit or a SL limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to have a clean, up to date prospect list and allows me to strategically prospect. It saves time and keeps me organized. By creating different cadences I can tailor my prospecting to various verticals or for specific solutions. My prospecting is much more targeted while also simplified with SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive, with lots of tooling to ensure efficient personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's been perfect! I've never used such a well-designed outbound solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incredibly easy to use, which makes personalization easy and exceptional results when it comes to booking net-new-meetings. Would highly recommend this solution for every Saas sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Tells me what I need to do and when to reach out to people! it acts as my personal assistant reminding me why in reaching out and when. Cadences for timely follow ups on engaged marketing content is key and also have a few cadences to choose from to ensire that the messaging os best the prospects situation
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI a bit clunky sometimes. I also find that it is hard to change people out of candence it needs to be clearer, also I think that the process of copying peoples cadences a bit clunky. Sometimes it doesnt remove people from cadence when they have replied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management,
templates - automation.
Streamlined messaging that matches marketing campaigns
Be able to measure data on what outreach is working and to ensure it is being used across SD orgs
