SalesLoft was a great tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it clearly organises everything and help to structure my day a lot better. The program is designed to be very visual which makes it very user friendly.
I also like how the program integrates within Salesforce as well and this made it very easy when adding prospects into a cadence.
I also loved the Reminder section and I use this a lot whilst using Salesloft, a key benefit of using the reminder section is keeping on track of prospects in which I have had .

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes the program can be a bit slow and laggy but most of the time it runs well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing that Salesloft helps with helping to organise who I need to contact each day. As mentioned previously, because the program is so visual it helped me stay organised with my sales outreach.
I could not do my job without SalesLoft!
What do you like best about the product?
How every task & activity I need to do is easily organized. As a salesperson, it would truly be impossible to remember all the thousands of people I've reached out to without SalesLoft. I am grateful for the easy to use interface and efficient system! Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my InMails (LinkedIn messages) are too small on my screen or I have to click out of SalesLoft to send them.

How to organize all my prospects & outreach. Benefits are saved time & headache.
Salesloft makes building cadences quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build cadences in Salesloft, it really makes the prospecting process so much faster and more organized. Love the integration to SFDC too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration to LinkedIn was stronger, that adding connections could be done directly from Salesloft so it can automate that point of the cadence.

We Salesloft to build outbound cadences to reach out to prospects.

What I like best about Salesloft are its reporting/analytics capabilities.

Not particularly anything I dislike at this time.

We utilize Salesloft for our Sales Development Outreach and scheduling meetings are the benefits we've realized from utilizing the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'll keep it simple- Partner up and work with Salesloft. The platform is just outstanding.

True insights into salesperson activities, strategy, and call coaching. Having access to every engagement for a specific sales play allows for an agile approach to sales strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run a pilot ASAP. Understand the need of your business and engage your CRM teams with a bi-directional sync integration ASAP. This integration will unlock the true power of the reporting and end-to-end sales experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps all my contacts organized and helps me be efficient in tracking my productivity

I don't like that I have to reload it and uninstall it to my gmail account often

Keeping me accountable sending emails/making calls/tracking and seeing other peoples productivity against mine pushes me to do more!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save email templates and share them with my team, and they can do the same with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timezone integrations with Salesforce. For all I know this could be Salesforce's fault though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my calls into cadences. I did this manually at a previous job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need a dialer? Need an email tracker? Are you going to be prospecting more than 100 companies at a time? You'll need Salesloft.
Pretty good sales tool, but much room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to organize contacts and to set up personalized cadences. Sending a mass email is an invaluable capability. I also like that people are automatically removed if they want to be based on their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations that make the process more time-consuming. An example is not being able to organize people in alphabetical order. That would be a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been a ton of problems with Linkedin integration and the activity reports are often inaccurate.

The upsides about salesloft are the ability to see your cadences in one area

Not being able to do multiple filters for the people in your cadence.

Love this tool, used it in the past two companies - Helps with reporting, personalised automation, and time management

Not too much here, any roadblocks were removed from the great support I received

One to many reach outs - Campaign management. So much time saved with SalesLoft, helps organised a reps day.
