A tool to save a salesperson time!

What do you like best about the product?
Saves me a huge amount of time, when communicating with my clients about product releases, upcoming events etc. The structure of a Salesloft cadence, also makes it extremely easy to track communications. Overall, Salesloft helps me to make informed decisions about what the next step with a customer should be.

I really like how I can send all communications directly to our Salesforce.com platform, this happens as you are sending an email, requires zero manual effort. It means I can rest assured, that there is always a centralized historical record of all interactions with a customer account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of much, it's an easy-to-use/easy-to-understand tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As described above:
- Time-saving
- Communications tracking
- Customer intelligence
- Identifying successful email templates vs non-successful ones.
- Keeping everything centralized in our CRM, automatically with zero manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to run my day using Salesforce tasks. After a year and a half, I primarily run my sales motions using Salesloft cadences. I looked at all my activity metrics and they're way up year over year due to SL Cadences. They make me more efficient and help me hold myself accountable for activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only minor gripes I have with Salesloft like not being able to group all tasks from all cadences by time zone. If you have multiple cadences you have to navigate into each.

I wish if there is some features that system go check your email box on real time and remove the person from Cadence if you already had an conversation with client.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to copy and share cadences with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be confusing and too busy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping me not have to do mail mergers in Outlook! I've seen many of my customers reply back to my emails and that has lead to sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft enables your sales team to be more productive. Gives you the ability to reach out and connect with your customers and partners much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I love the ability to see how my team is performing at a glance. Not only can I see the activity (calls, emails), I can also see how the actions are performing. It allows me to review the efficacy of my team members and of the templates we have provided to them.

Seeing success from a statistics perspective is helpful.

Additionally, as someone who is internally competitive, I like being able to see how I am performing against the team.

Finally, the ease with which I can create and share templates makes SalesLoft a key tool n my day to day use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's a dislike but I would love to be able to see how effective attachments are. Meaning, if I include a presentation, I'd love to see how much time was spent on each page of that presentation and the overall engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at this time.

Using as many features as possible! A few key ones I've been using recently are texting, listening in on calls by team members and listening to my own calls to confirm follow up actions.

Recognizing timezone automatically using city/country details and utilizing it for sending emails

Deep Analytics
Account-based, People-based, Cadence-based stats are useful.

User friendly
Easy to use UI, UX. Simple and intuitive.

Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Owler, Twitter help in account/people insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with HubSpot (through Piesync)
Difficulty in lead creation within Salesloft from HubSpot, Contact to Account matching errors for leads automatically created from HubSpot. Need better native CRM integrations for non-Salesforce users.

Needs better tracking
Click tracking, Live website tracking almost always showing false positives - Clicks/Live website tracking from servers being recorded.

Cancelling scheduled emails
Cancelling emails once scheduled or making changes to its time should be available within the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AEs/ BDRs use Salesloft for Outbound Sales Engagement - Calls, Emails etc.

I use it for running marketing nurture campaigns to outbound accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well it integrates with Salesforce. I can pull up the dialer easily along with all my cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my conversations don't post. This means I can't go back and listen to calls I want to analyze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with more prospects and opportunities. I've enjoyed the easy logging of calls and activities.

Follow up with my clients, being able to define how many times Im going to touch a lead, never forgetting to get in touch with leads

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality for SDR, AE, Manager, etc. all rolled into an intuitive system which allows for unified outreach and message management.

Our SDR's can use it to increase output and efficiency in setting meetings. Our reps use it to continue to add value and build relationships around existing accounts. All the while our management team can easily track activity and efficiencies to make optimizations in messaging and GTM motions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do with their were a few more customization options for automated rules and process to better allow for specific workflow functionalities. All tools I have used in the space have these limitations and SalesLoft is the best fit for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating SDR and AE efforts across geos while keeping messaging consistent and optimized for best results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure what ever solution you vet can meet all the needs and fit within your existing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft Cadences and Templates have helped us grow our business over the past couple of years. Having the ability to create Team Templates has saved us a lot of time in getting the right messages to the right customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Template editor could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was the turn around time from Marketing for value content. With Salesloft we are able to create content from our approved marketing programs and target specific messages to the proper customers. Our business is segmented into customer types and not all messages are the same to all of our clients. The benefit we realize is increased communications and opportunities, leading to increased revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what your plan is before you make the decision to go with any cadence selling model. You will need your marketing department support for content and a very good Salesforce.com admin if you are planning on connecting the software to your CRM.
