Easy to Use Sales Engagement Platform that continues to provide value

What do you like best about the product?
I like SalesLoft's interface and approach to engagement. Templates, snippets, and cadences are all intuitive and easy to use. The builders allow enough flexibility to build something unique to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some clunkiness with automation rules in the past not working as expected. I'd also like to see the double image in outlook fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving demand generation and BDR outreach with SalesLoft. SalesLoft has allowed us visibility where there previously was none into metrics, activities, and successes are BDRs are having.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to easily add steps to my cadences
I can easily embed Vidyard videos into my cadence for prospecting (Vidyard widget is INSIDE Salesloft)
I feel confident leaning on the support team to help me get the most out of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see video views directly in salesloft and use that information to trigger another campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting many personas at the same company - time savings of hours per week if not more
Sending 1:Many video messages and making it look like a personalized video

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloning of cadences, but they can be hard to find in the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is hard to find cadences.

I am blasting updates to my partners and clients and it is an easy way to get my messages out

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track effectiveness of outreach, and organize cadences to ensure you are maximizing your activity across your territory effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but will be curious to see how Salesloft can continue to innovate to align more with "personalized" outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft provides deeper visibility into the effectiveness of your outreach at the individual, team or organizational level. Additionally, it solves many traditional administrative/organizational headaches that can come with attaining a Sales Quota.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft keeps me on task. As a full-cycle rep I have to prospect and this tool helps me stay in a groove when I am spending time reaching out to cold or warm prospects. I also like the data I receive on a cadence. It helps me adjust and improve when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to really personalize outreach with this tool when you are running at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of outreach. I have been able to stay in front of more people since I have started using this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the right people using this platform. They have to buy-in. Don't force it on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create cadences, live feed, simple interface

Some audio issues occasionally, however, this might be due to poor internet connection

Identifying what emails work best for me. The ability to take notes on the go is useful when calling prospects many times
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time creating email cadences, include calls in any campaign, utilize reporting and live feed to identify best practices. Use note function to keep informed, listen to recordings for further areas of improvement

Great to to scale your personalized outreach efforts!

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of the tool is fascinating. Additionally, the ability to customize an email on the last minute before sending it out allows you to add a last-minute email opener. SalesLoft's font look natural on emails, hence, recipients are more likely to read your email as it looks humanized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't show you who opened your email exactly. They do allow you to restrict your team's IP address to not count as an open but that doesn't always work especially if the email is opened from the phone and not using wifi.

Another thing I dislike is that it only integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you have a team plan with the latter (but this may be a drawback from LinkedIn's side)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to personalize emails at scale! Benefits include unlocking enterprise client meetings.

Nothing that I can think of. Possibly a better way to review / use others templates / cadences.

Quantity, being able to scale the outreach significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Logging calls and emails including dispositions and recordings effortlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics in tool can be better. Export data is not exact to the in-tool data. No native BI integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary gap we wanted to fill first was getting insight into which contacts we were engaging on which accounts and how we were engaging them. Making it possible to easily log & record calls + emails in SalesLoft and getting that data moved into our CRM gives the leadership team insight into our success and territory penetration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. Best overall package and value for sales engagement including call/meeting recording. No other solution is all-inclusive. You'd have to spend 2-3x as much getting a combination of technology + spend more time integrating them all.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Low sound quality
- Mobile app needs a lot of improvement, I can only use it to check info on my leads, but I cannot login any action
- Waste time jumping from cadence to cadence. I miss an option to access a queue with all the calls that are pending regardless of their cadence.
- There should be more connectivity with Linkedin: send messages and invites directly from SL
- The pending actions should appear by order of priority (based on their due date)
Include the possibility of copying cadences like they were templates, in order to allow to create similar cadences with a few changes
- There should be an option to automatically skip calls when the lead doesn't have phone information
- Further personalisation by gender and language would be fantastic
- I think the availability functionality is a good idea, but I would love it to be something like Calendly, which I use a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Allows me to manage a high number of leads, keeping track of all of them
- Allows me to evaluate the efficiency of my cadences and templates
- Allows me to see what leads are most interested at every given moment
I save so much time, but at the same time, I feel like I could be saving even a little bit more
