Best New Business Sales Platform

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and accessible all the buttons are.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when i tried to update profile information, it would switch back to the old info due to it being connected to SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesloft developers thought about processes. How do I work when I contact prospects? What are the steps that I take? What is the most convenient way to work through a list? How do I not forget to keep trying to call this prospect every week?
Salesloft helps you by taking all that organisational burden off your shoulders, so you can finally throw away those manually updated spreadsheets. Working within Salesloft is also a much faster and smoother experience than SFDC (lightning) could ever provide. I would not want to work without it anymore!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit unclear to me what happens when I edit/update a template or step, but I can not really think of something that I dislike about SalesLoft...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of keeping track of your outreach campaigns and call lists was completely solved by SalesLoft. The seamless SFDC integration makes it easy to collaborate with other parts of your organization. I have been able to reduce the time and effort for calling and emailing lists of prospects tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to streamline and organise your call lists and outreach campaigns as a sales person, this is your solution. All the analytics actually make working on lists SO MUCH FUN!

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation intelligence (Speech recognition can get better). Sometimes, the software does not recognize other accents of English spoken and might be a challenge as it tends to identify the speech as different words. This is something that can definitely get better over time.

Also, I would love to have a feature that recognizes different accents and alters the text accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesLoft for Outbound Lead Generation, Sales Automation, Conversation intelligence, and training.

Easy to use and powerful...even with no training (but get training if you can)

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and systematic way of approaching outbound activity and tracking. Once you understand the psychology of the tool, it's easy to parallelise your activities and scale your outbounding quickly. Love that you can also share cadences across teams and have centrally administered cadences, so you get the best of what is working in your company, globally. We use Google Suite and the integration there is excellent. It also therefore acts like a health monitor for my business - taking the pulse, watching the levels, letting me know when attention is needed. If you are not using something like this and your competitors are...your in trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things. The pipeline of bringing contacts from Zoominfo, to Salesforce is quite slow and clunky and limited to 25 contacts at a time. This is not Salesloft fault but it has a knock on effect of taking a while to assemble a cadence. The alternative is you don't use Zoominfo but if you have poor data in Salesforce, then you just inherit that - so the ability to get good data into Salesloft is fundamental here and I am sure they are working on / thinking of ways of making this as smooth and simple as possible but as I say this is not really a Salesloft problem, it just becomes a Salesloft problem unless you have good data. I would prefer if I could see the open rates of all cadences from the summary list of my cadences rather than having to go into each one. As I said, small things. Overall it is an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more people faster and learning from that, iterating and improving quickly. I don't know how you could be an effective sales person without this, particularly in this new climate.

the ease of using the system and that you can collaborate linkedin and phone calls too

the layout sometimes looks a bit messy, not sure how to manually log emails to salesforce without responding to the client

benefits are definately the time i am saving automating my emails

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is really easy to use and helps me in my sales day-to-day. It's easy to manage cadences and has helped me engage some hard to find prospects

Sometimes it can be a little slow. Integrations are still a work in progress, but looking forward to having all the small issues ironed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for me to target prospects with personalized messaging, without having to spend hours individually reaching out

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see how many opens of an email and if on multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
If I accidentally don't send an email from salesloft or forget to switch to "Lofting" in gmail, or if someone starts an engagement with me, I have no way of logging these in Salesloft
If I don't want to go fully into a conversation history but just copy text from a preview, I can't and it goes into the full email and I lose the text I highlighted. Also, if someone has a title more than about 10 characters, which most people do, it gets cut off and I need to go into Salesforce in order to see what the full title is.
Also... one of my coworkers reached out to our CSM to ask for some help and it took over a week for him to hear back, and I don't know they were able to assist with what he needed helk on.

Nice automated Sales Cadence Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has some set and forget features for cadences, especially for email prospecting. I Also like how it helps me stay organized. The automated features help me reach more prospects every day, which allow me to uncover new opportunities. Additionally, some of the pipeline forecast tools give easier visibility into what things look like for this quarter and next quarter. I think it has potential to transform prospecting, by automating the process more. I also like how it provides a framework for organizing email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much manual input the dialer requires, I wish it was more automated, as it has cost me some productivity as of late, but we are working on fixing this. IT also is extremely manual to call people, as there was no implementation on automatically getting people into salesloft, and we have to manually upload lists to use the dialer, which should have been done automatically. Some of the features don't really apply to our industry such as the send a video feature, due to the fact that the industry is very data security focused. I also feel like too much time was pend on this during training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to nurture prospects, and find new opportunities for my company. It helps us keep track of things that otherwise may have fallen through the cracks. Additionally, it offers a more organized systematic way to prospect through cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is enabling our SDR teams to book more meetings - and as a net result win more new business. The platform has increased the number of interactions we can have with out target buyers by automatically sending out personalised, and tailored messages on our behalf. Our SDR's are able to manage the tasks within each of the cadences swiftly and effectively which has allowed us to increase the KPI's around calls/emails on a daily basis. There is a linear relationship between increased sales activity, and overall sales performance and so the platform is really paying dividends.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, yet to find a chink in the platforms armour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having inherited a disjointed sales process, Salesloft is allowing us to standardise the sales process, whilst also increasing the number of interactions with our key target decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to see my stats easily and change time frames and different members of my team for a comparison. I also love that it shows me of a live feed of people interacting with my emails. It helps me to target my prospecting a bit more throughout the day. The cadence building functionality is really easy to use. It's easy to create something that is tailored to a certain group. I also love that you can view a preview of the email when building a cadence and immediately have it sent to your email to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the integration with Salesforce isn't the greatest. It makes things run a bit slow. Also, can't figure out why this would happen but on the extension, you are not able to insert calendar times into an email but you are if you send the email through Salesloft. It would be nice to be able to insert them directly through Salesforce. When looking at stats of what I've completed each day, I wish there was a different way to organize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Salesloft to keep track of our activities throughout the day. It also is primarily used to build cadences and email templates. The cadence building feature has allowed us to easily create cadences to be able to target certain groups of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend really learning about all the features SalesLoft has to offer. There's certain days I come across something new I never knew was there that has helped me a bunch on day to day activities.
