Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
There are two features that are my favorite. 1. Analytics 2. Cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot see my To Dos for future dates. Since I place leads into a cadence that has a preset duty on each assigned day. I would like to be able to check what my To Dos are projected for tomorrow or on Friday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track my success against my performance. It removes the additional step of measuring analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like about Salesloft. It's user friendly and easy to train new people how to use. Sharing email templates and tracking their opens/clicks/replies is easy and incredibly helpful! We love being able to pull custom fields from Salesforce in as dynamic fields to our emails to make our wording as personalized (and accurate) as possible on a scalable level. The integration with Vidyard is also really helpful and makes it easy to insert videos into our emails. Our users love that it reminds them when it's time to follow up and what to say. As a manager, I love that it encourages the team to plan/write all their communication out from the start, making it more likely that they will follow through on each step. Salesloft came through in a big way for us during COVID when we wanted to send out free resources to anyone that we'd reached in the 12 months prior. That would've taken weeks or months before, but with Salesloft we got everything out in a week and with no frustration for our sales people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. I wish their tech team would initiate zoom or phone calls faster in the ticketing process. They prefer to email about issues, but after 4+ emails back and forth it can become frustrating and hard to remember what the conversation is about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now track opens/clicks/replies much more closely for email communication with potential clients. It's easier to see what cadences are working and why!

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up and following through with cadences - very efficient and time saving to work through touch points and record progress. Calling and email directly through the platform is the best feature. Storing templates in the email component is also fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Before I got the hang of it it was confusing switching between salesforce and loft all the time, but now I basically only work out of Salesloft which is more straightforward. Sometimes you can lose track of contacts who get bumped out of the cadence if their email bounces / as soon as you connect so I need to keep track of these in a separate program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more time efficient, making sure I am reaching out to people at the right time by following a detailed cadence to ensure my chances of connecting and securing a meeting.

Reliable, Intuitive, Insightful - The core of any sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to effectively manage and organize my sales outreach. It's a tool that is extremely simple to use, provides solid engagement insights, and has worked unbelievably well for me in the last 1.5+ years. With rich integrations, I have been able to use it with my CRM, video messaging tools, and many others - allowing me to have a central location for my outreach. It's also very easy to train others on this platform given the intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is a SalesLoft issue or not, but my text sometimes comes out in different font sizes. Not a frequent occurrence, but happens from time to time. In addition, the LinkedIn integration can be finicky sometimes - leading to the wrong prospect being shown on their contact record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is giving me the visibility that I need to determine who is actually engaging with my emails. It gives me a data-driven approach to prioritize prospects based on their engagement levels. It also allows records my short voice calls, allowing me to self-reflect on my cold call approach. I also can use SalesLoft's team cadence feature to share my best performing cadences, effectively equipping my team with greater success in their respective outreach. In addition, I can view the history of a contact to follow old conversations and understand what type of email caught their attention, what lost their interest, why certain things didn't progress, and much more. It's a repository of rich sales history that equips reps with the right knowledge in order to drive interest in the future.

If you're looking for a tool that can give you first hand visibility on your teams outreach, this is the tool for you. It equips them with the ability to manage and organize their prospects in a seamless manner. I'd highly recommend it for any organization trying to sell in the modern era - as this type of visibility is what will help drive success and guidance.

Minor limitations on syncing contacts from Salesforce.

Efficiencies have been gained, and our team has a streamlined way of documenting tracking and working through a large account base.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the local presence feature the best! It seems like I get more traction with my leads when they recognize a familiar area code. Another thing I really enjoy are the automatic recorded calls. This gives me an easier way to manage my customer approach and perfect my craftsmanship.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not any major problems/issues with the SalesLoft platform. I'd just be "nitpicking" at this point. I wish there was a way the system automatically recognized if numbers from leads were mobile numbers or office numbers without us having to edit them within the profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I can see immediate impact with include quicker response time and ability to reach point of contacts through the click to dial feature and local presence. Another benefit of SalesLoft is the step by step cadence that has been implemented to keep my workload more organized. I find that very helpful!

Its an easy-to-use platform that simplifies the work! It doesn't matter what position within business you're currently in, SalesLoft offers great analytics, as well as, overall functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to start using and to improve. The integration with salesforce works fine and really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think should be a way to change the e-mail information once the email bounces. Another thing is the convertion rate should consider one person as one, I mean, even if you send 10 emails to the same person and this person is 100% convertion rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using to sales prospection and help me a lot to create a lot os sequences because it is really quickly to built and it is an easygoing tool.
Good Outreach Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it extremely easy to manage workflows on a daily basis. The organization of this tool makes it very easy, to stay on top of things and get things done in a timely manner. Reminders and tasks are great ways to keep things in order in addition running your cadence steps. In addition the call features of Salesloft are much better then what we have experienced in the past. Between call recording and live studio it makes it very easy to listen to previous calls and grow as an outbound rep. Additionally the reports feature is something we access quite a bit to gain insights into what we can improve on and what steps of the cadences are working better then others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't too much about it I disliked. For our company we were using it as a CRM for Outbound reps which it does a pretty good job at but some other integrations would make our lives even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above the call coaching is something that got very easy with Salesloft. Also the live feed feature is something that is awesome to see, as it allows you to see what prospects are viewing your email and how many times, as well as, prospects that are visiting your website.
