What do you like best about the product?
Especially lately, SalesLoft is updating many existing features and continuously adding new ones! There is a section where you can see all the updates and it is very nicely made - clear and informative. Also their support is great; their customer managers are responsive, patient, available, informative and always try to solve issues and suggest new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, especially related to usage analytics and cadences, are not as user friendly and simple to use or understand, but it seems that they are aware of it as they always collect feedback and run workshop sessions where they address the topics and give updates in case they are or will be working on solving these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach through multiple channels - phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video msg with Vidyard integration etc., cadences set up & management, campaigns execution, performance management...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In comparison to other tools in the same category, SalesLoft is one of the best ones. There are some features that need improvement but some of these are the same as their competition face and, in general, it seems that the company is actively working on UX improvements. They are also listening to clients feedback and the support is one of the best ones I experienced.

SalesLoft is an essential tool for our BDR team. Our onboarding was quick, the platform is intuitive and saw an immediate return on our investment.

The support team generally quick, but works only through email and not over phone calls.

Pausing and skipping steps in cadences, removing contacts.

Not able to have translated templates (need to create 1 template and 1 cadence per language) + the tags are not translated.

Reach more people with personalized emails + easier to organize sale's time

The tool was very easy to implement. Since we have it, Sales have gained inefficiency and are easily following the processes.

The ability to automate some things, collaborate within the team and get a great overview of where reps need help and where they are excelling
Simple but Comprehensive, Flexible and Easy to Adopt
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences allow us to drive best practices in our outbound prospecting as well as gain KPI's and insights across the various teams, territories and medium of communication. Alongside this, the ability to manage mutliple cadences, either in the platform or via the Salesloft Connect for Salesforce, gives our teams the flexibility to focus on what is most relevant to each of them, when they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with salesforce, while good, could be improved by embedding more of the salesloft UI within Salesforce (cadence step and next steps for example). Alongside this, we struggle with the account management within Salesloft due to our Salesforce accounts being similar, but across multiple countries, which all combine into one account in Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to salesloft, we had no structure or visibility of the outbound prospecting - how many calls per lead, emails per lead, etc. It was impossible to standardise our prospecting methodology, but continue to allow flexibility in messaging. Salesloft has also provided us with some key automation, using standard functionality which reduces the time it takes for an SDR to book meetings and complete the data necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
High reccomended for both admin's and users.
For admins: the resources available, customer success team, support team and ongoing webinars and content, is phenomenal.
For users: it's easy to adopt, flexible enough to do what you need, and helps drive activity levels and engagement of your prospect.

Sales loft in instrumental to the success of my business
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & onboarding for new starters is the most important thing, conversation intelligence is very helpful for coaching. Having all the SDR's work being done in one place for efficiency. The fact I did $10 million in pipeline generation in 12 months including booking 30 meetings in one week also was pretty exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could do with more insight but not the end of the world. Reps ease of use is more important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built an Outsourced Sales Development agency using SalesLoft as its core piece of infrastructure. Everything our reps do sits in SalesLoft so they're able to achieve the highest level of quality output in the most efficient way possible.
Easy to implement, enabled sales team to increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to connect to salesforce enabling us to maintain salesforce as the source of truth. The teams using it have found it easy to iterate on templates and create easy to use cadences for managing leads. We've also found it incredibly useful to have the activity sync going to salesforce which can then be analysed from within our data warehouse and displayed in dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to be able to better automate when leads open emails and don't reply they move to another cadence, other than that we haven't had any issues with Salesloft!

Salesloft has enabled us to scale our outreach, resulting in us reaching more people with our team increasing the effectiveness of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is very intuitive, things (buttons) are where you'd expect them to be which makes using SalesLoft easy.
The verity of integrations make the platform very powerful and allows you to drive a great deal of efficiency when using it.
Easy to dive into your day, know exactly what you have lined up and where you need to focus your effort.
Support is AMAZING, very quick to respond and happy to go over and above for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics. I think there is still some work to be done here, its difficult to report on email flows within cadences (step by step) or compare cadences against one another.
