What do you like best about the product?
The cadences allow me to do my job and not worry about over calling or over reaching out. The easy to use email templates and snippets make it easy to personalize an email quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as of right now, the system works exactly how i would want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft gives us the ability to see real time analytics on what is working and what is not. Also, salesloft records your conversations so no more writing pages of notes or wondering what was said.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you have had any deals fall through because of under/ over communication or poor note taking by an AE i would take a look

An SDR Staple!

  • September 01, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesloft is easily customizable and it is easy to navigate. I have been making cadences for months, and it is very easy to share the cadence with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there wasn't a limit on how many messages one can send every day. I understand the reason behind limiting, but 1000 is not enough. Customer support also takes too long to get back to you when theres an issue — too much back and forth emailing and waiting for a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send messages to a large amount of prospects has been accomplished using Salesforce. It has truly become a tool that I use every single day, and an integral part of the sales process for me and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails, easy to make calls, keep track of activity, plan future activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a SalesLoft add-on in Outlook which is great, but when using the "Loft It" button to send an email so that it tracks within SalesLoft, it takes too long to send and if you switch to a different screen while it is sending, the operation will fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time restraint. I am able to send automated emails (with areas for personalization such as name, company, and many others), easily make calls, see all activity between any sales reps at my company and this prospect or client, etc. Great way to do more prospecting as an individual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love it! Has capabilities around individual and group productivity.

Salesloft Review - Inside Sales

  • September 01, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline all my prospecting efforts from a single source of truth.
Relentless motivation to push my creativity level in calls / emails.
Cadence / Actions / Steps - Being idiot-prrof.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of tasks urges me to do more, and sometimes I tend to cross the line of being persistent vs annoying.
Painful manual hand offs to notify Salesloft Admin, about a rule setting or amending an existing rule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily touch accounts have increased by 250% compared to the previous manual process.
Email templates & messaging have drastically increased both in quantity & quality.
Being able to be laser focussed as opposed to going all over the places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must-have tool for strategic prospecting. You get to define, measure, report, and eventually succeed in any type or form of the sales cycle, you might have internally.

Great automation tool for sellers

  • August 31, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Once you sync Salesloft with your Salesforce contacts, its really simple to build out automated prospecting campaigns so that you can continue on with other selling activities like meetings or phone calls while the prospecting gets done behind the scenes. The email tracking feature is great too because it allows you to see how many times an email was opened or responded to. It give you some input on who seems to be more interested in your messaging and give you the opportunity to reach out to that person in a direct follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think Im using the tool to its full capabilities simply because its so expansive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated prospecting, and driving attendance to virtual events and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording every call so that I can go back and listen to them before another call and make sure any details are included.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could think of not liking is the formatting for emails didn't match exactly to my Outlook format but I was able to adjust it to look more like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to quickly and easily import new prospects, organize them into cadences and then perform outreach with different mediums to reach them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tabs, they're easy to use and I know exactly where everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sales loft doesn't have a progressive cadence report. So once my cadence is done I have to go straight to the start instead of continuing with the next contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates I am able to reach out to so many more of my prospects and get more feedback from them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM I have used in a very long time. It's modern and fresh.

Decent Sales Automation Tool Hindered by SalesForce

  • August 28, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SalesLoft provides me a to-do list of each day for calls and emails I have to make. Makes it a lot easier to automatically calculate and set those up rather than setting manual reminders and tasklists.

It also keeps me honest in that regards. It will call out if I have overdue cadences so I can't let things slide.

Makes for sending out multiple emails a very streamlined process.

Provides a lot of services that we were previously using in one software. We used to have one tool for calling, another for sending emails with email templates, and yet another for managing tasks. Salesloft consolidates that into one place so I'm not having to spend several minutes managing each software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this may moreso be a problem with our workflows and build of Salesforce but Salesloft doesn't play nice with Salesforce as much as I would like it to. Each time I select a new task, whether it's a call or email, the page has to reload. Even if I'm selecting the same contact, it still has to load that contact's page in order to send. Can bog you down when you have a lot of leads to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we solved was consolidating a lot of our Sales software. Definitely realize the benefits from doing that. We used Cirrus for email before which was TOTAL JUNK. Salesloft is a dream compared to that. Salesloft makes creating and sending email templates so much easier.

Another benefit is just streamlining the day-to-day tasks. Salesloft makes it much easier to run through calls and cuts out a lot of the clicking around I used to have to do.

A big benefit that I came across late into using Salesloft is it's email sending capabilities. The tasklist in Salesloft makes it so much more easier to send out multiple emails at once instead of using the sidebar in Salesforce. I can just hit a button and it sends them out rather than waiting for each individual page to reload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for sales teams. The main thing is it provides calling and emailing and makes those both a quick and easy process. I don't blame Salesloft for the trouble we have with the Salesforce integration. I think that's more of a Salesforce issue and how much of a frankenstein it can end up being. Bottomline, it works a lot better than the system we had before.
