Very easy to use UI, everything is accessible and very little hassle.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tabs, they're easy to use and I know exactly where everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sales loft doesn't have a progressive cadence report. So once my cadence is done I have to go straight to the start instead of continuing with the next contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates I am able to reach out to so many more of my prospects and get more feedback from them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM I have used in a very long time. It's modern and fresh.
Outstanding Business Development Process Controls
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a sturdy Business Development Process control software, that is easy access, learn, use and analyze for Reps and Mangers. It works, plain & simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best Practices, FAQs, Tips & Tricks could be a little stronger - but that will evolve quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into Lead generation process : it keeps everyone in lockstep

Test it - it works
Decent Sales Automation Tool Hindered by SalesForce
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SalesLoft provides me a to-do list of each day for calls and emails I have to make. Makes it a lot easier to automatically calculate and set those up rather than setting manual reminders and tasklists.
It also keeps me honest in that regards. It will call out if I have overdue cadences so I can't let things slide.
Makes for sending out multiple emails a very streamlined process.
Provides a lot of services that we were previously using in one software. We used to have one tool for calling, another for sending emails with email templates, and yet another for managing tasks. Salesloft consolidates that into one place so I'm not having to spend several minutes managing each software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think this may moreso be a problem with our workflows and build of Salesforce but Salesloft doesn't play nice with Salesforce as much as I would like it to. Each time I select a new task, whether it's a call or email, the page has to reload. Even if I'm selecting the same contact, it still has to load that contact's page in order to send. Can bog you down when you have a lot of leads to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we solved was consolidating a lot of our Sales software. Definitely realize the benefits from doing that. We used Cirrus for email before which was TOTAL JUNK. Salesloft is a dream compared to that. Salesloft makes creating and sending email templates so much easier.
Another benefit is just streamlining the day-to-day tasks. Salesloft makes it much easier to run through calls and cuts out a lot of the clicking around I used to have to do.
A big benefit that I came across late into using Salesloft is it's email sending capabilities. The tasklist in Salesloft makes it so much more easier to send out multiple emails at once instead of using the sidebar in Salesforce. I can just hit a button and it sends them out rather than waiting for each individual page to reload.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for sales teams. The main thing is it provides calling and emailing and makes those both a quick and easy process. I don't blame Salesloft for the trouble we have with the Salesforce integration. I think that's more of a Salesforce issue and how much of a frankenstein it can end up being. Bottomline, it works a lot better than the system we had before.
The best sales enablement tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I have to hand about half of my SDR career to SalesLoft, as without it I wouldn't have completed half what I needed to do in order to hit my targets. Effective planning is key to being a high performing salesperson, and SalesLoft handles that part for you.
The platform is also very customisable, so you can add in a lot of variations to your templates and cadences, which helps with scalable personalisation. The automation rules and conditioning also help with this, and essentially helps you build workflows for every eventuality in a lead's lifecycle.
The reporting aspect is also a lifesaver, and makes A/B testing different messaging a lot easier than manual logging.
On top of that, it's all super easy to use and I'd highly recommend SalesLoft to anyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to reallocate leads between reps without a CSV sometimes. An easier reallocation or change of ownership would be a big help, as it often involves going outside of the system to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has saved our time on manual work, leading to increased time on core selling activities like calling, emailing and social engagements.
It's also saved a lot of time on reporting.

Go for it - great tool.
Well organized, intuitive and helpful sales organization software
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the email tracking features, great to see when individuals have been browsing content and links before reaching out over the phone. Cadence setup makes keeping on task easy and efficient. Its great being able to access and customize others cadence setups within you organization.
Although I do not use them frequently templates are well setup and organized. Analytics can be used to make comparisons in performance and output which is great to compare yourself to last weeks, months or others performance in your organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although the feature generally works well it would be great to reduce inaccurate spam opens, find a way to reduce the ability of email recipients to see tracking information. Not sure if this would be possible. At times dialler is not accurate (calling Virginia and call id comes in from Ireland ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence organization is key, great to organize and automate emailing, place contacts and leads into profile cadences based off their profiles, content accessed ect. Has really improved my time management and need to check status in salesforce as often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great product, be sure to become familiar with all the features and benefits of the product before beginning. I have saved a large amount of time in my daily tasks due to its emailing capabilities, cadence setup, connection to outgoing phone communication (Zoom). Its great to get everything organized and to stay on task through connection and email tracking information. Be sure to have a some time to get familiar with all features, each one is valuable in its own way. Love being able to preform most if not all my daily tasks in one browser tab.
Lots to take in, use everything thats made available.

Easy organization, and fast dialer.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy to keep all of my contacts into one place. It allows me to contact 100+ contacts per day easily. You're able to create email and call "cadences", to keep consistent contact with prospects. Makes day to day activities easy and organized. It allows me to contact more people, more often to have greater success.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here! I'm very impressed with the software so far. It really makes things easier on us day to day and saves a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft helps with organization, gives me more time back in the day. helps to differentiate contacts with ease! I am able to contact more people than the average sales rep, and organize contacts accordingly to help with
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the most efficient tool you can have for keeping contact lists, and consistent contact.
We built THE MACHINE: Powered by SalesLoft.
What do you like best about the product?
In setting up what we have dubbed "THE MACHINE," SalesLoft has been a critical component for us. A leader in our company had used it at a previous organization and knew how powerful it could be. We got everything set up and configured within 2-3 weeks and were off to the races. Shoutout to Shaundai and Chris. SalesLoft, our BDR command center, has supported our success and continued momentum as we build the BD side of our business. And not to mention, integrating with Salesforce was easy and that made my job in Ops much easier.
I love the organization of everything our team needs to accomplish, and it makes firing off emails and making cold-calls much easier. From a management perspective, the numbers are clear as to what is and is not being completed by our team. And, the analytics are helpful for seeing what all it takes to generate sales qualified leads for our AE's to close.

Two small areas of improvement would be:
1. Allow for "scheduling" contacts one time at the beginning of each week vs having to put 10-15 contacts into everyone's cadence each day. This will not be nearly as feasible as we scale our operation. (However, I have found a workaround by enrolling contacts in a cadence and then manually adjusting their first step date to whatever day of the week I want)
2. Make it easier to adjust step dates for sick days, holidays, etc. (vs now manually going into each cadence, by each rep and pushing all actions. Again, not scalable or a good use of time in the future)
Both of these are definitely manageable for our team now, but could pose inefficiencies in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SalesLoft, we didn't really have an outreach strategy (or inbound engagement for that matter) for generating new business from scratch. Now, we are able to effectively target the personas we need to in an organized, repeatable fashion and have the data to back it up. SalesLoft is the backbone of our BD function, and now THE MACHINE is much closer to running itself.
We've benefited from more discovery calls, demos, and sales qualified leads being pushed through our pipeline. We are seeing more momentum at the top of the funnel than ever before. And, we are finally telling a much better story of the engagements and action we are putting into the entire sales pipeline from cold call to closed deal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to get an outline of your project plan and why you are implementing something like SalesLoft. You will need to have the appropriate resources, content, tool connections, and discipline for it to be an effective tool. If you are thoughtful in how you approach implementing the tool, it will be massively helpful. Otherwise, like any tool, garbage in is garbage out, and the results will not reflect positively on laziness, lack of preparation, or lack of process adherence.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
marketing cadances and dialer are so easy to use and improve efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to change the person that a cadence is assigned to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ensuring the sales cycle is complete; nothing falling through the cracks, no one missing follow ups
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you need marketing emails and an effeciant dialer, sales loft is the way to go
Excellent automated prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the cadence feature excellent in automating your outreach with Salesloft, but the tracking and analytics it provides to sales leadership is invaluable as you look to see what's working/not working. It's flexible enough to where you can automate your message or fit prospects into a cadence and customize your outreach to each contact. It seamlessly integrates with your other platforms like Salesforce, Outlook, LinkedIn, etc. making it incredibly easy to use alongside your other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many downsides outside the fact that Enterprise prospecting teams may not find as much value in this as it doesn't quite fit with those prospecting methods. Other than that, the tool is invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been able to save a whole lot of time with manual prospecting efforts as well as utilize their analytics function to find out what's working and what's not working.
Love SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow allows a seller to structure there day in a way that wouldn't be possible without this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike, although I do have some suggested product improvements. (i.e. A trigger that adds a call step in a cadence when someone views an email)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow. Increased production. Laser focused on their day to day objectives.
