Excellent Prioritizer, Organizer, and Time-Saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, as a way to organize and prioritize each day's tasks as well as "drip" email campaigns. The analytics are also an excellent tool to analyze performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
That Management at my company does not realize the value of SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to organize/prioritize my leads and then how often to email/call each one.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy is to create and run cadences and track the effectiveness in real-time, I like that SalesLoft sends notification of who clicked and replied via the mobile and web app. I like the integration with Salesforce and Gmail i.e that you don't need to be in SalesLoft to send emails you can do it through Gmail and loft the same, I love the reporting part of SalesLoft and last but not the least the UI the web app is intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live feed feature on the home screen of my web app does not work for me properly and I have to track the cadences separately and for some reason, I am not able to make calls from my mobile app, I would like it even better if I weren't facing these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating and tracking prospects as per different personas and analyzing the effectiveness of different outreach methods and the effectiveness of various messaging form them. The Cadences help with the same It helps to see how many people clicked when the attachment was a video vs factsheet and other similar parameters

What do you like best about the product?
I like cadences the best, and being able to run through 100s of leads quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like losing prospects in cadences sometimes and forgetting to properly follow up with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get through a lot more prospects in my day, meaning more demos as well

What do you like best about the product?
simplicity and tracking of daily tasks, templates, and snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
automation rules are too difficult to create and require expensive consulting hours. The power dailer is also quite basic and can't call more than one person at a time. Also if you go on vacation you can't pause a cadence, why not?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you are strictly a quantitative sales org and don't care for personalization, they are better tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set up multiple sales cadences and then you are able add prospects in and it keeps track of where you are and what you need to do next to manage your activities, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great tool, I think there are a lot of features and functionalities that I don't know how to use or need for my particular type of sale but for what I use it for, it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage a large number of prospects quickly and easily and can automate both the initial prospecting cycle as well as following up with those I am nurturing.I can log in and know what I need to do for the day without spending a lot of time getting organized. Prior to SalesLoft, it became difficult to manage this and frequently would forget a next step or touch point, and consistency in the sales cycle was not measurable.

I can have all the information I need on a prospect in one place and I linked to sources such as Salesfoce and LinkedIn.

Sometimes the updates are slow, so I have to refresh the page

What do you like best about the product?
The feature around automation and comms strategy nurturing the dialer and in honest so many great features hard to choose one.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot send automated emails on the weekend

What do you like best about the product?
it makes emailing your customers so much easier, and i love that it shows you how often they open and click on the email
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can be hard to navigate because there's so many options, but i will get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
now im able to mass email my customers so much easier. i can also track how many times ive reached out to them and since it integrates with my email, it automatically removes them from my calling list so i wont reach out to them again by accident.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you aren't using it now, why? use this product!!! it will be a game changer for keeping everything organized. i promse you won't regret it!

Powerful sales management product

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has helped us in overcoming the communication barriers, now we can easily send text messages to our clients and even we can dial them with much speed. We are not bound to dial either from the mobile or desktop. This dialing feature does not bind us and we can dial any number from anywhere and also it provides us facility to record the voice mails. Its email is very effective and very speedy, we are sending many emails on daily basis to our numerous customers. It is really working fantastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this tool for last year it is working great I have no big issue with its services. I like its all features and functionalities. So, there is nothing to dislike about this sales software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful software, variety of templates are available, which have saved our time in thinking and designing new emails. Further its email automation strategy has added a great value in our business and I can easily configure and trigger the emails. SalesLoft has taught us how to manage the client relations and we can easily track our each step that was taken to fill the sales pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft has brought transparency in my processes and saved my time too. I am capable of managing our inbound prospects that are controlled by the buyer signals. I suggest this tool to other all organizations which are looking for an excellent sales management tool.
