Monitor your buyers and clients.
What do you like best about the product?
A simple way to keep monitor of potential buyers and clients. Great, with this lately improved aspect I could always track and know whether a buyer has opened our email or perhaps actually clicked on an url I sent. it is a genuine coup in the game and once It is implemented, it actually caught our company's interest. Tracking and automatic e mail registration works good and I believe that the tracking factor, or perhaps at least the manner in which notifications are actually displayed, is actually much better than on any various other platform I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to record a call or perhaps get into a take note, go to the connections selection. It will be easier in case you did it from the "Activities" tab. I think that is probably the worst side I have ever seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem of ours, and one we're attempting to solve, is actually to view whether the prospect has opened the email or perhaps simply discovered it, and sometimes more in case he's clicked on the link which was sent to enhance the interaction. Right now, with this particular tool, I can see benefits that are many in enhancing interaction with one of our important clientele with whom our EHR staff is constantly in touch.

In the event that you would like to implement SalesLoft in the company of yours, here's my advice: SalesLoft nowadays is actually among the best resources I've utilized in my pro sales experiences.
The best solution in the space (from an end user perspective)
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the most user-friendly solution in the space by far. I have used Salesloft in the past and its direct competitor most recently, and Salesloft ease of use and quality of integration is infinitely better
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality could be better, but as at the time I used an alternative telephony system it wasn't a huge problem for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft made it a lot easier for me to organise my day, I knew who I was reaching out to, when and how. Before Salesloft I was running on about 4/5 different Salesforce reports daily to keep up with my activities and know what I needed to do, which can be very confusing and makes you waste time with all the back and forth. It also completely removed the time I was wasting with manual activity entry on Salesforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really look deep into how your lead generation and sales organisation works. Xactly had implemented really well because it considered the workflow of SDR at the organisation so it could be replicated with the solution. Do not try to make your organisation fit the software, but the software fir the organisation. It's been developed with flexibility in mind

The easy of use of the UI, as well as the organization I am able to put together for my day

Some customization to the way notifications and pop ups are shown

I am able to organize my leads to call much easier than SalesForce
Creepy and not perfect, but still pretty cool
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking is really great, once you get used to it it's hard not to use SLoft for messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've gotten responses that don't show up as tracked, contacts that get my non S Loft messages but get caught in SPAM when Lofted, and finally - when pushing out a high # of messages at a targeted time, it's slow. 8 am start time could be anywhere from 8am - 5pm that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to see who opends up prospecting messaged but even more exciting to see how many reads / opens a message gets when you're working on an active sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is really nice, I think it always runs well. Puts people in the right time zone, readjusts email schedules for the right time. It's also integrated well with Salesforce. The activity section is also great for telling me who is interacting with my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation so I can focus on email personalization and not spend the time just sending and keeping track of which steps my prospects are on. Save a ton of time, prioritizes and organizes my whole sales pipeline.
SalesLoft has changed the way we operate
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the ability to tag people. It's an incredible way to quickly sort and target groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have 7 SalesLoft instances and unfortunately we have to sign in and out in order to switch. I wish that we could maneuver between them more easily.

We are trying to ensure a specific plan with every account and every prospect. SalesLoft makes it easy to strategize plan and execute

SalesLoft is easy to use and keep organized, very few issues in my experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization. In my sales role there is a large amount of outreach, both email and by phone. Being able to pop into SalesLoft and easily identify my tasks for the day is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. I have had a few instances when I have tried to dial and get nothing, just silence. The next time I try that number a few days later it works fine. These issues are few and far between, and may be soft phone issues on my end, but that's really the only issue I experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational skills. SalesLoft does the work for me. As I mentioned before if I was responsible to keeping track of my own outreach, who to call and email and when, I would be lost. I would have contacts that go way to long without outreach because there are just too many in my cadence to track on my own.

This is a great CRM, very little to no issues in my 9 months as a user.
Great platform and flexibility for startup
What do you like best about the product?
Our use case with Salesloft primarily focuses on the cadence and their conversations tool. Whether it's an Account Executive's own cadence or a marketing cadence, it's our go-to for email engagement. The Conversations component was an easy add-on and quickly became part of our onboarding, call review, etc. Overall, it fits our needs as a very small sales/marketing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
If the Conversation Intelligence tool offered a little more insight via analytics, it could be way more helpful. There's no way to see trends across calls, which is really where this goes from a repository to helping us create insights across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft let's our small but mighty team do more with less. We don't have the resources to have a team of SDRs doing outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all sales activities in one platform that then engages and pushes those to our company's CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that the platform doesn't currently have which would be helpful for our team, such as the ability to throttle a certain amount of people per day in a cadence automatically, specified business hours that emails will deliver between and if not delivered during that window but scheduled they would send the next day during business hours, automatic exclusion of federal holiday days to deliver emails, easier ways to set rules for cadences being used by different groups, excluding people from being allowed to be added into multiple cadences at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our problem of activity tracking and being able to push them to our CRM for historical tracking of activities and pushing along our sales cycle. We're also able to use Chorus through SalesLoft now that we are tracking our recorded calls and pushing them into the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend looking into other sales engagement systems in comparison to SalesLoft when considering purchasing. That way you can get a full feel of what SalesLoft has to offer compared to others, and what is most important to your org.
