SalesLoft is easy to use and keep organized, very few issues in my experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization. In my sales role there is a large amount of outreach, both email and by phone. Being able to pop into SalesLoft and easily identify my tasks for the day is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. I have had a few instances when I have tried to dial and get nothing, just silence. The next time I try that number a few days later it works fine. These issues are few and far between, and may be soft phone issues on my end, but that's really the only issue I experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational skills. SalesLoft does the work for me. As I mentioned before if I was responsible to keeping track of my own outreach, who to call and email and when, I would be lost. I would have contacts that go way to long without outreach because there are just too many in my cadence to track on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great CRM, very little to no issues in my 9 months as a user.
Great platform and flexibility for startup
What do you like best about the product?
Our use case with Salesloft primarily focuses on the cadence and their conversations tool. Whether it's an Account Executive's own cadence or a marketing cadence, it's our go-to for email engagement. The Conversations component was an easy add-on and quickly became part of our onboarding, call review, etc. Overall, it fits our needs as a very small sales/marketing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
If the Conversation Intelligence tool offered a little more insight via analytics, it could be way more helpful. There's no way to see trends across calls, which is really where this goes from a repository to helping us create insights across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft let's our small but mighty team do more with less. We don't have the resources to have a team of SDRs doing outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all sales activities in one platform that then engages and pushes those to our company's CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that the platform doesn't currently have which would be helpful for our team, such as the ability to throttle a certain amount of people per day in a cadence automatically, specified business hours that emails will deliver between and if not delivered during that window but scheduled they would send the next day during business hours, automatic exclusion of federal holiday days to deliver emails, easier ways to set rules for cadences being used by different groups, excluding people from being allowed to be added into multiple cadences at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our problem of activity tracking and being able to push them to our CRM for historical tracking of activities and pushing along our sales cycle. We're also able to use Chorus through SalesLoft now that we are tracking our recorded calls and pushing them into the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend looking into other sales engagement systems in comparison to SalesLoft when considering purchasing. That way you can get a full feel of what SalesLoft has to offer compared to others, and what is most important to your org.

What do you like best about the product?
Building cadences, clear metrics on and for my team, regular product updates with clear enhancements. It's about the knowledge on what works best, at what time of the day and who's most engaged at a moment in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
all good for now, nothing really disliking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally found a way to measure the activities of our team. Secondly we interact much quicker with the right leads. This has given us clear result improvements even in tough times like the ones we know now.
Working with social media has been easier with SalesLoft.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of SalesNavigator makes working with InMail and LinkedIn much easier, a really helpful integration that I understand my reps value. Also very helpful is actually the reporting purpose, which enables me to effectively evaluate the work of the product sales representatives of mine and see what procedures could be made better. It also enables me to realize what actually works as well as enables me to look for exchange rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I believe that the interface is a bit perplexing as well as the colors are very bright for the taste of mine. Nevertheless, it is a little criticism and I love the layout, so I've a lot less problems with the styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be in a position to support the team of mine. I've a complete introduction of my team's perform and just how I can better support the business of theirs. I can help to save time. The motivational tool has turned into an excellent chance to save much time on messages and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For very best benefits, it will be advantageous to have Leadiq and Salesforce to get great recommendations. With the rhythm feature you are able to save a great deal of time.
A great tool for seamless communication with clients or prospects
What do you like best about the product?
The sending/tracking feature. I love being able to see the email pop up in my "sent" messages and track the opens, clicks and replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can be confusing until you become familiar with the product.

Communicating with specific groups of people for specific reasons, tracking their responses, clicks and opens.
Good software, but could use some tweaks

I like that I can automate cadences and processes within the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the dashboard so much for the people/leads. It would nice to have it customizable to make the information shown more relevant. There is a huge space for linkedin integration, but I don't personally use that so I wish that I could switch that out for different information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say just automating all my e-mails is a huge time saver. Even if I don't look at that person that day or contact they're all going through the cadence and getting the touches I need with no work. Even old leads that I don't want to spend time on can get attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the most effective technology I've been given for sales prospecting.
The analytics are SO useful in analyzing which emails are (and are not) generating interest, vetting individuals who may require additional follow up, and keeping my outreach systematic, yet thoughtful.

What do you dislike about the product?
If one person from a company responds to an email, it would be helpful if all individuals at this organization would be unsubscribed from the outreach cadence. This is the only nitpick critique that comes to mind - ultimately not a burden to remove others from a cadence.

Salesloft has given me back hours in my day due to the organized, systematic outreach that I've been able to set up through the platform.
I can spend more time following up with individuals who are frequently opening my emails, and less time with those who are not engaging.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tags had more features. I wish there was a way I could have contacts move to certain variant steps based on their title, industry, or tag. I wish there was better integration with Salesforce, you can import contacts into Salesloft from Salesforce, but you cant import contacts from Salesloft into Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature on SalesLoft is how easy it can make contacting huge amounts of people. The customization of cadences and how poeple can be moved around based on thie rinterest is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I am not liking is to get SalesLoft activity tracking to match our pattern. SalesLoft makes it possible, and their built in tracking is preferred, but lots of logic steps are needed to match a customer activity tracking in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving! The biggest issue I was facing was due to the lead flow taking way to many steps in our system, SalesLoft really streamed lined things and gives me more time to focus on larger deal.s
