Easy to Use, But Sometimes Clumsy

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy to automate your sales outreach across multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, SalesLoft requires you to import contacts from Salesforce, which is different from Yesware which just works with any email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've completely automated a few of our renewal process which is nice. Our teams are sending less manual follow ups which is always a plus.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the best features is the ability to customize your outreach and move things around. The UI is clean/
What do you dislike about the product?
My complaints is that navigating back and forth between cadences is not streamlined. Biggest problem I've had is that you can not PAUSE a cadence and then turn it back on for it to continue. You have to remove all the people from the cadence... it just keeps going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've definitely closed deals because of salesloft, but we only use it for sending large batches of emails. Many tools can do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have SFDC and just need a tool to send emails make sure you look at all options. If you need something in addition to SFDC to track mass cold calls for a large team, emails, performance metrics etc than salesloft is great.

Well worth the investment! I would tell every potential user to choose Salesloft and implement it into their sales force! Ask anyone else who uses it and they will probably tell you the same thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create cadences, mass email automatically and track the efficiency of my messaging. I also like to see what emails were read, how many times, and if they were forwarded.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. It's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: Integration with SalesForce. Ease of use for cadence creation, use, calls, etc.

It's a great way to create cadences, mass emails, and track messaging efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to build cadences for outreach with prospects, batch email outreach is easy, tracking/logging calls, analytics to show how i'm trending and how to compare to others in my company and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of video integration and inability to get additional data on email views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to intentionally and persistently connect with my prospects. best is automating my outreach with cadences, which enables me to stay in front of prospects without the need to track separately. SFDC integration is key to avoid duplication of data entry. call recording also allows for coaching opportunities with leadership as we prospect during an unprecedented time for sales with the pandemic. we are continually iterating and trying to learn how we can differentiate our outreach and leverage analytics is a part of that to understand where we have success versus where there are gaps. this enables us to identify, from a process improvement perspective, to continue best practices but also pivot as needed from things that aren't working.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i would highly recommend as it's intuitive and has great built in workflows to help automate many outreach tasks you complete in day to day prospecting. i like the integration with salesforce as it removes the need to duplicate data entry. i also like the LinkedIn feature as you're searching for contacts at prospects. cadences are one of my favorite features because it builds a consistent outreach campaign where you can pre-build varied "touches" with phone calls, emails, LI activities, etc.

Ease of use, integration with other platforms and scope of automation are amazing.

Duplicates are difficult to screen at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, time savings, analytics on lead conversions. All have been improved by salesloft.

Stop considering it and implement it asap!

What do you like best about the product?
It provides our teams an easy and efficient way to follow-up on all leads and manage our opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using for about 6 months and haven't had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has enabled us to easily and consistently follow-up on all of our marketing leads. It also has provided our reps the ability to follow cadences for the different types of outbound and inbound prospecting we do on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines my prospecting for multiple emails and phone cadences based on the leads I get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I've imported contacts from Salesforce leads to SalesLoft, I can't call them from Salesforce. I have to be in SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now calling my prospects 10x faster than with Salesforce alone. It has formed an extremely productive prospecting habit.

Try it for 1 week you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the email tracking. It does more than just track when it was opened. It shows how many times, if it was shared and where.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mail merge would allow larger contact lists

Knowing when a customer is in front of their computer checking emails is HUGE

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences, ability to send template emails and schedule the emails. Ability to text and call and email from the same place. The activity tracker seeing who opened which emails and when and how many clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
the reminders suck, they can be optimized to show up promptly. I would usually add reminders to remind me to call or text or email someone, but they just go into a reminders list - it would be more helpful if they can pop up as notifications or sent to me in a text or email to remind me to get a task done. I hate the text messenger because you have to write everything in one line and cannot see your entire message prior to sending in order to edit it or make sure its correct. I also hate the the texts only show up as a small notification in the top notification bell, they can be better utilized if they can come to our phone or through the salesloft app. that way we can text and send texts from the phone when were away from the computer.
the app sucks, can be better utilized. When i make a call from the application, the note section will disappear if i dont keep clickin on my phone to keep it from going idle.. i usually lose any notes i type down while talking to clients because i get engaged in the conversation and then the note pop up that allows me to enter the disposition or sentiment disappear. Also the salesloft app can be used better to search for contacts and use the text messaging service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing day to day communications with clients and making sure I am staying on top of my work. I also manage the relationship and see my notes and calls and texts all in one timeline which is great and easy to refer to when i get a call back or have another touch point with clients
