I´m doing much more sales activities than even before.
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence feature is very helpfull to automate my customer´s interaction and feed them with my solutions information
What do you dislike about the product?
In general it is easy to use, I just found restrictions in the quantity of contacts that I can add to a cadence.
When I'm in people section and I select some contacts a message appears asking if I want to select the rest of my contacts but when I click in the select all XXX contacts and try to add them to the cadence another message appears requesting me to select fewer than 500 so I have to do it manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically I´m solving my prospecting challenges saving a lot of time that I can use to look for new opportunities. Also with the connection of Salesloft with our CRM we are now updating seamlessly our activities and anothe coleagues are aware of all the interaction has be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use Salesloft as it will help them to improve and organize much better the interaction with customers and to identify what customers/prospects are reviewing your information. Also with SalesLoft the whole team can reuse strategies from every memeber reducing the time to create sales strategies.

the integration with Salesforce and Gmail to have easy access to the contacts.

The search bar to find the contacts or accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly centralizing all email and call that are done with the customer during the whole life in a single place
This has been a great experience using SalesLoft and helps me keep up with my clients

The most I like about SalesLoft is how you can tell if a client opens your email.

Not much I don't like about it. It's a very smooth service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I have been having lately is it communicating with SalesForce to close out tasks.

I would highly recommend all sales company to integrate this into there system.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing and keeping track of all my prospects. I never forget a company or a person's contact information. Optimizing the sales process for our company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the data metrics are a bit off. I also wish SalesLoft shared best practices for setting up cadences and showing step by step how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of thousands of prospects and ensuring that each prospect gets touched regularly. I love being able to work out of one software and instantly get feedback when someone reads my email, responds, phone calls metrics, and other social media touches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales team to be able to work from one software and efficiently contact current/future prospects use SalesLoft!
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Once building out cadences, it is so easy to go through each step to get your desired metrics met. It is so simple to just click "next step" and send out the handful of e-mails in the next step with just one click, or to log a call by clicking the result of a call. There is also the self-dialer which I have not used too much yet, but it's awesome to be able to just call right from the computer with an automated number! It's also awesome that the logged calls and e-mails reflect in Salesforce because the two are connected. That is where our team tracks our daily metrics so it is super simple for us to see who has hit the number of calls or e-mails needed to be met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to customize each cadence can sometimes take a lot of time, but all in all helpful in the long run!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and efficient to use. I love it. If I could name one thing I wish salesloft had (and if it does, I just don't know!) are generic cadences related to the contacts we are trying to reach out to. I do enjoy customizing my own e-mails to make them more personalized for the specific person I'm reaching out to, but when it comes to e-mail blasts, having a universal template that has shown results for other sales reps would be super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Salesloft! It is so easy to use and truly makes the work day go by quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's okay, but i'm not sure how I feel about the dialer - We spoke to support about this and they told us that it was an issue with firewalls and this is not the case. This was their own team's inability to properly manage their dialer.
In comparison to Outreach it is pretty good, but both are similar in that their dialers are robotic slow and clunky.
Why does it feel like the platform is being used underwater? I'll never understand why it moves at such a snails pace. What is causing this to happen?

What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer, the clunkiness, everything feels like it's working in slow-motion - The dialer. It doesn't always work and then sometimes when you start the call the browser is slow, and so it slows down your call and makes you sound robotic. It's hardly helpful and makes it so that you're unable to properly do anything.
If you're going to have a company where you have a dialing platform as the Crux of your solution, how about you actually provide a dialer that actually works..and Support always blame you.. How is this helpful?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to personalise at scale, and also be able to chain tasks together and manage them through one centralised platform which is always useful.
We're currently going through a transformation at Sophos whereby we're looking at reviewing the merits of Outreach and it would be useful to consider SalesLoft if the dialer issues have been fixed finally.
Outreach isn't much better but if Sales Loft can solve our problems of working at pace with a dialer that ins't broke then that would terrific.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you ask them to give you a PoC for three months. I know that they don't like to do this because it exposes the clunkiness of the dialer way before you actually pay for it. They didn't let us know how bad the dialer was prior nor the clunkiness of the platform.
SalesLoft keeps me organized and allows me to be ready to set at least one meeting day!
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence set up, recording calls, analytics, accurate open and click rates. It really holds all of the KPI's for either an SDR/BDR, Inside Salesperson, or an Account Executive. This tool is crucial to my success day in and day out.

Really is the complete platform. Other than the glitch with the video messaging it is a phenomenal tool!

Overall I am staying organized by keeping prospects in correct cadences via products or vertical. So I can hammer home that same messaging without skipping a beat.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have never personally used outreach so not sure how it stacks up. But compared to groove and just a CRM like HubSpot and salesforce it really takes it to the next level. Along with the call recording, working remotely is nice because it's all there, and your manager cannot say anything. How did the call go? Well, let's listen...

The ability to build and maintain cadences allows me to out-bound prospect extremely effectively.

- Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the number of tasks I have to complete (although I know that's on me/team and how we build the cadence)
- Not being able to complete a task when it's not the right time or day in the cadence

- Outbound prospecting --> more sales opportunities
- Keeping track of more leads
- More outreach to leads that may have gone quiet or haven't responded in a while
- Overall, Salesloft motivates me to reach more prospects, customers and leads which leads to more opportunities and sales, which is the name of the game in our line of business.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a unique, user friendly tool that has helped me contact leads in a time and effort efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be lovely to have more features when setting up cadences. The way it is set up now is already amazing, but this has so much more potential that can be explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to set up cadences, thanks to which I could improve my organization and reach out to even more prospects and get more sales.

So much, where to begin? As a Sales Ops leader, SalesLoft is an integral part of our tech stack, due to its wide product variance and functionality, and has helped accelerate our sales process and save budget too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limited functionality on variables and automation rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, SalesLoft has helped on two fronts. For our sales development team, SL has helped increase our overall conversions -- response times, reply rates, meetings booked, etc. And on the sales leadership side, we've been able to provide a more cohesive engagement strategy as well as gain extremely valuable insights into how our reps are performing and how to help coach them -- specifically with conversation intelligence.

As an operations leader who constantly works with vendors and manages an orgs tech stack, SalesLoft has provided a phenomenal customer experience, not to mention they have a rock-solid product.
