Easy and saves a ton of time (and clicks!)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Seismic integration and templates. It saves me a lot of time when sending customer emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have control over the automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem was remembering to follow up with clients. SalesLoft takes out all the guesswork!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the switch and is easy once you're trained in!

What do you like best about the product?
Timezone prioritisation of contacts is excellent. It's very much an intuitive tool to use after a small amount of training.

Big fan of how the entire history of communication between a contact and my company is tracked within the companies workspace, enabling me to customise my outreach accordingly.

Great to see the metrics behind different email success - A\B testing of email templates is possible and makes it really useful to test and optimise email copy/templates.

Call recordings are fantastic - Makes it really easy to run back through, listen to the recordings, and share insights/tips with the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call data can be inaccurate from time to time. It sometimes can be confusing to know which number I am dialling, and which number I am dialling from.

'Mark as success' could be customisable, rather than just a generic indicator that some form of success has been achieved.

Should be easier to prioritise/minimise cadences that have uncompleted steps that you are no longer working on in the 'home' view. Would be better to see the cadence a rep is currently engaging with the most, at the top of their dashboard as this is typically the one they will be looking at first in their day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a multi-touch cadence organised and conducted efficiently. The contacts within a specific step in a cadence are organised according to time-zone is very useful for organising a sales rep's day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool - Would definitely recommend to others considering. Whether you are in a bigger team, or working on smaller outreach projects, it is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SalesLoft you can personalise emails at scale. You get analytics back to understand what works best and who is opening, to then prioritise your efforts. Must have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really i dislike at present. great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling out efforts to book more meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say grab this. Great tool and a must-have for any business development team.

Streamlined Our Outreach in a Simple to Use Flow

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build workflows or cadences is intuitive and doesn't require much thought. It's great that you can standardise the steps you are taking in order to contact prospects. It's much easier than working from a spreadsheet!

Knowing that people are reading/clicking email and visiting the website is handy as I can give them a call while they are reading our content and the platform is on their mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tag contacts as I don't want to run multiple cadences for different industries/personas. If I could tag them, have one master workflow that was standardised and then they would all receive different messaging/content depending on the industry/persona that would make my life would be a lot easier and I wouldn't end up with lots of cadences with just a handful of prospects in them.

Automation rules aren't clear either. I attended a webinar on how to build them into the flow and also office hours and it's not clear how they work so I've given up on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesloft we would have a disorganised outreach and we would be using multiple tools in order to email/call whereas with Salesloft we can do all of this in one platform.

I've looked into ways that you can manage this flow within tools like the CRM so we didn't have to buy additional tooling and it's just not as easy to set this up as it is within Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is going to be a great product if you are doing a high volume of outbound emails/calls and need your reps to stay focussed on generating revenue rather than doing admin.

What do you like best about the product?
- It helps me to organise my sales outreach. Pre-Salesloft, my prospects would often be forgotten about after 1/2 emails and as a result slip through the net.
- Me and my colleagues get to share cadences and workflows.
- I get analytics into which emails get highest open/response rates. (especially valuable for deciding on which messaging to run with)
- Integration with LinkedIn helps to easily use mutliple channels in outreach.
- Vidyard integration is helpful for me to make videos to run through proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The interface can be fairly slow to use, especially when adding people into cadences or moving people from 1 stage to another.
- Additional insight into clicks & opens would be helpful (i.e. which part of the email did they engage with most?)
- Lack of automation preventing you from contacting someone who has recently been contacted by a colleague.
- Better website tracking features would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Analytics into open/click/response rates help us to AB test.
- Structuring my outreach ensures we capture prospects later on in cadence.
- Attributing opportunities in CRM to type of outreach from Salesloft (this helps us validate who we should be targeting and what the messaging should be)
- Increasing our overall input metrics. Salesloft helps us to see how many people need to be prospected each day in order to hit metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely recommend using Salesloft - it will change the way you sell for the better.

Key to hitting your sales targets!

What do you like best about the product?
The software makes it extremely easy to build your own cadences and share these with teammates and colleagues. In terms of time management, it is also key, serving as a reminder for your daily tasks and a simple click to reschedule said tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality is not always great and requires a pretty great internet connection. There are ways around this such as routing the call through your desk phone but it hasn't been that effective for me and also entails the cost of two calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to stay on top of my tasks, to better manage my workload and also track my accounts a lot more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it lets you automate everything and really keeps you up to date on tasks management at hand. Lets me easily schedule emails and calls when I need it the most. Has incredibly improved my task management and reliance on data in order to improve my pipeline and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be better is the email tracking and call functionality. Sometimes it does not work well or guarantee the desired results. One issue that came up few times was the integration with gmail. When either Gmail updated their system, it took a couple of weeks for SalesLoft to update its platform and this caused Gmail to work really slow for a couple of weeks. Not ideal if you live on Gmail all day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time with email automation and cadence creation. Using Snippets and Templates, I'm able to quickly send emails and track the open rate and success rate of these.
I'm really making the most of my time. The benefits are infinite and can really be described in one word: Optimization. As sales reps all we have is time, SalesLoft lets us optimize our time by focusing on the important tasks at hand and saving time through automation and tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend using Salesloft as your Sales Automation tool. Could not speak higher about their commitment to innovation and a desire to always improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports/analytics tools and how it allows me to keep track of my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cadences are not flexible and in my experience sales is not a 1 size fits all, so I need to change them manually to suit my prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is a great help when you have KPIs to hit daily, it helps you be aware at all times, where you stand and how your tracking. Also, helps me not forget to touch base with prospects, makes it easier to organize and plan how to use my time.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is the modern tool for managing all the sales related activities. Since I have implemented this tool in my organization, I have observed a sharp trend in the progress of my sales. Not only I am capable of managing my sales pipeline, but I am ease to establish long lasting relations with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of times I have faced the issues in quality of the calls and also it is very difficult to import the contacts. Moreover I have found it one step behind in terms of integrations. However it has very good price and it will be a good solution for Omni channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has allowed me to overcome all the barriers that could cause hurdle in the way of sales generation. It is very simple tool and very easy to configure. I did not face any issue in its implementation and my team got use to it in a very short span of time.

This tool is very effective for those organization, which are looking for the one solution for managing the sales and also this tool will help you in managing the client relations. It is very cost controlled solution and you can develop more strong relations with your clients by using its messenger feature.
