A+ product for leading high velocity sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great product for high velocity sales teams. The cadence function is top notch and really allows our team to get quality insights into every step within our funnel
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing comes top of mind except for a smoother integration for tasks so that we can more easily the outcome of the calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesloft to track and manage our inside sales team on the activity and outcomes perspectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things which are liked by me and my organisation about salesloft are :

1.) with salesloft we are able to track , if any email has been opened and also viewed .So this thing seriously helped us a lot
2.) We also integrated salesloft with salesforce .
3.) One more best thing I liked about it is call and email coaching feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some point which I want to highlight -

1.) mass marketing is still a issue with salesloft
2.) It has some limited analytics
3.) Also please solve this problem -- cadences cannot be paused.

Other than this SalesLoft is going well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To track when, where emails are being read by prospects because this thing demonstrates a level of engagement.
To automate the process of sales which has a variety of different touches like email, LinkedIn and calls

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has the most user-friendly interface. Integrations into LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, and so on, make it easy to stay within one application. There are also real-time insights into prospect/contact actions within your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there really isn't much that I dislike. At times the dialer can be a little wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The ease of prospecting accounts
- Compared to other competitors the dashboard is super simple to figure out
- Access to analytics on email viewing, links clicked, forwarding, etc.

Automating the prospecting process
Having an easy to use task list
Syncing with salesforce
Tracking emails, opens, etc
Valuable SalesLoft virtual summit-took away a lot of great ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn integration could be cleaner, logging activity, etc.
No chat support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes a process I would be doing anyway, prospecting, and making it clear, easy, and automated.

Saves SO much time vs. sending individual emails, and going through tasks is so much easier and cleaner than salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at how much time you are spending on prospecting activities today-you will drastically reduce that time with SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it very easy to see who is reviewing our emails, what they are clicking and how long they are on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I am the one opening up emails that I sent, it will annoyingly keep popping up as if the prospect reviewed the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better able to insert templates and call from a different number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unfortunately, SalesLoft is not able to pull in all information from Salesforce CRM.

Streamline Outreach and Identify Growth Areas

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it pairs seamlessly with our CRM, Salesforce, and provides our Inside Sales team with a quick and efficient way to conducts outreach across our different territories in a cohesive way. It also gives us the ability to personalize outreach and try new things out with data tied to each decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like additional features or tools when looked at people on cadences. If you want to quickly see the last communication or response from a prospect, you have to click into their profile to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to just have a rough estimate of how well a campaign/cadence performed. Now we get to track that information and identify how prospects interact with our emails: open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. This is helpful on deciding what to do or not do. I'd really love to try out the AB testing portion, but we haven't gotten to do that in a targeted way just yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft has the tools to assist you with implementing a product that can transform how you conduct outreach. However, it's up to you to put in the work to use their tools in the most effective way. You absolutely could use this service as a way to quickly send out mass emails, but that's not what it's intended to do. If you are truly looking for improvement and how to drive an increase in conversion and leads, this is a great tool.

Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
I love working with the Salesloft team. I frequently get brought into user interviews and product feedback calls. Really appreciate the time they take the understand how their product can improve and review new features with us.

Our reps have always looked out for our best interest and they don't act like sleazy sales reps. They truly want what is best for you and are not looking to screw you over.

The product is constantly improving in ways that will really improve productivity. Salesloft is very focused on releasing features that users really need and releasing them in a way that provides the most thoughtful UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think support tickets can sometimes go in a circle until I get moved to tier 2, I tend to have to explain myself a few different times and they ask for information I have already given to them. I have mostly always been moved to tier 2. Support is quick to respond though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding of our successful cadences. Automating repetitive emails and snippets. Activity tracking.

Automation for our inbound funnel. This has helped us align with our "no lead left behind" philosophy and improve our conversion rate. The ability to book meetings directly on a users calendar has saved probably about 4 hours per week.

We are currently going through the process of implementing cadence standardization and revamping our outbound process. The ability to add Vidyard, Linkedin steps, A/B test, and even the ability to send at a prospects time zone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft and Outreach are pretty similar, but I do prefer Salesloft for ease of use but mostly for their team. They are my favorite vendor to work with.

Great platform overall, but could use some improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create templates, execute steps and stay organized. Booking meetings is easy and the dialer functionality works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email logging only logs to the first contact on the email and does not log activity to every contact in Salesforce. Also no ability to go back and manually log an email to SalesLoft or Salesforce.
Could be better functionality in connection with Salesforce - the sidebar that appears on a contact page is not comprehensive and you have to switch to SalesLoft to see all activity or to put in things like reminders or one off tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing cadence steps, tracking email open and click rates, identifying the most engaged prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No platform is going to be perfect. I have used Outreach, Hubspot and SalesLoft and they all have their nuances. SalesLoft takes user suggestions for improvements and I think eventually they will get to a good place. Definitely one of the best on the market for what they provide.

The webinars and content that is shared is extremely relevant in today's current environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Los of follow up emails and additional information shared, can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new creative and personable ways to prospect and engage with potential clients. Helps us think outside the box and other ideas that we generally might not have thought about.

If you need additional guidance on sales processes, new and fresh ideas on how to promote yourself and your business, and unique ways to speak with clients once they're on the phone or in your inbox, SalesLoft has the experience and tools to help you build your lead base and pipeline.
