Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
I love working with the Salesloft team. I frequently get brought into user interviews and product feedback calls. Really appreciate the time they take the understand how their product can improve and review new features with us.

Our reps have always looked out for our best interest and they don't act like sleazy sales reps. They truly want what is best for you and are not looking to screw you over.

The product is constantly improving in ways that will really improve productivity. Salesloft is very focused on releasing features that users really need and releasing them in a way that provides the most thoughtful UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think support tickets can sometimes go in a circle until I get moved to tier 2, I tend to have to explain myself a few different times and they ask for information I have already given to them. I have mostly always been moved to tier 2. Support is quick to respond though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better understanding of our successful cadences. Automating repetitive emails and snippets. Activity tracking.

Automation for our inbound funnel. This has helped us align with our "no lead left behind" philosophy and improve our conversion rate. The ability to book meetings directly on a users calendar has saved probably about 4 hours per week.

We are currently going through the process of implementing cadence standardization and revamping our outbound process. The ability to add Vidyard, Linkedin steps, A/B test, and even the ability to send at a prospects time zone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft and Outreach are pretty similar, but I do prefer Salesloft for ease of use but mostly for their team. They are my favorite vendor to work with.

Great platform overall, but could use some improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create templates, execute steps and stay organized. Booking meetings is easy and the dialer functionality works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email logging only logs to the first contact on the email and does not log activity to every contact in Salesforce. Also no ability to go back and manually log an email to SalesLoft or Salesforce.
Could be better functionality in connection with Salesforce - the sidebar that appears on a contact page is not comprehensive and you have to switch to SalesLoft to see all activity or to put in things like reminders or one off tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing cadence steps, tracking email open and click rates, identifying the most engaged prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No platform is going to be perfect. I have used Outreach, Hubspot and SalesLoft and they all have their nuances. SalesLoft takes user suggestions for improvements and I think eventually they will get to a good place. Definitely one of the best on the market for what they provide.

The webinars and content that is shared is extremely relevant in today's current environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Los of follow up emails and additional information shared, can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new creative and personable ways to prospect and engage with potential clients. Helps us think outside the box and other ideas that we generally might not have thought about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need additional guidance on sales processes, new and fresh ideas on how to promote yourself and your business, and unique ways to speak with clients once they're on the phone or in your inbox, SalesLoft has the experience and tools to help you build your lead base and pipeline.

The right tool for a post covid world

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track Bus Dev and Sales across all engagement. Understand level of effort equally across roles to determine best practices and coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found what I dislike or would recommend improvement. I will say there is so much functionality, certain sales people like to tweak features versus aggressively engaging with prospects. "Anything worth knowing is outside" is what I constantly repeat. But it's safer inside - for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving bus dev and sales a roadmap of what to say, to whom, when every day. It solves the problem of very tactical daily call execution.

What do you like best about the product?
One source of truth for primary sales initiatives to live in, be recorded, and sync with SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only improvement I can see would be navigating the different tabs of actions. Some of the pages you are brought to after an action aren't very logical to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for both high volume and personalized outreach for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in the process of implementing the solution. At all times during the acquisition process, we had support with information that helped in decision making. We are excited to start seeing the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything we dislike at this point and I'm planning to update this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our expectation is to standardize our interaction process with our prospects and increase the volume of prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love applying contacts into a cadence. It's great knowing that they will not fall through the cracks. I press a button everyday and hundreds of contacts will be getting a quality touch and call to action.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send larger attachments through SL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love contacting so many people on a constant consistent basis.

Great Sales Engagement Platform

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft enables our business development and sales team to increase their efficiency when it comes to outreach. By streamlining email, calls, and LinkedIn messages, our sales team can prioritize cadences and different campaigns to fit their daily routines. The integration with SalesForce is also robust with a lot of customizations. We can also implement multiple automation rules to help keep our data clean while reducing manual steps in the prospecting stage. The integrations with G2, Everstring, LinkedIn helps to keep relevant data in one place. If there are any questions, the support team is really helpful in providing best practices and solutions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow management is not as strong as competitors. Additional integrations with different marketing tools will also be helpful to streamline the overall process of loading contacts and prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to streamline our sales engagement by implementing a tool to create cadences, allow BDR's to manage their prospects and create opportunities. With the success of our BDR team, we have recently added our sales team to the platform to manage their opportunities as well.

Not all integrations are available to us without upgrading
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time we save by the organization alone is immeasurable. All of the things we do with SalesLoft we previously did using spreadsheets and manual processes. It was terrible and time consuming and we occasionally lost track of leads and leadlists after short periods of time because the numbers would build up. We never lose track of leads anymore once they hit cadences and we can move them through from start to finish as intended with ease. we love the ability to split test and understand what works and what doesn't from a template perspective and see if we need to adjust messaging or update subject lines. We've benefited from being able to to better analyze our data, see which team members are performing the best during a certain time frame, and decide what we need to coach on and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team conducting outbound cadences, it's really a no brainer to use SalesLoft to stay organized, track your steps, and now manage your entire deal lifecycle. They continue to innovate and add partners into their ecosystem year after year with fresh new ideas that make their product better. The value is there and it's apparent very early.
