All The Sales Tools I Need ... In One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Automated cadence tasks, email click tracking, and recorded voicemails
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is lacking and the countries it's capable of dialing needs to be expanded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifying prospecting and organisation of campaigns
Easy to create cadences, great UX and UI, integrates with all of the tools I use (SFDC, SalesNav)

The user experience is great. Salesloft makes it easy to create cadences, copy cadences, and import contacts.
I rely on Salesloft to organize my day as a sales rep. Who I need to call, email, send a LinkedIn message, ect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better deliverability of emails. Not sure if this is our companies issue because we're required to include a link at the bottom of our emails to "opt out."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline generation, close-won deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing a cadence through Salesloft is much better than managing through tasks on a CRM, etc. Keeps steps very clean, simple to use. Connects with CRMs, easy to push/update leads from one platform to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design/user experience could be tweaked in some aspects; when searching a lead within Salesloft and want to edit/add to a cadence, some of the buttons could be a bit more intuitive for example. Nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I was putting through leads using tasks on our CRM, always manually changing the date on the tasks, etc. Very time consuming to do this manually. Also had to copy and paste emails manually (the email for the correct step in the cadence) for each lead. With Salesloft, you can push through leads with pre-drafted emails in different cadences by the day, just by clicking a button. You can track which cadences are the most successful and it even lets you know if the prospect has replied so that you don't accidentally push them to the next step. Salesloft can also push these emails to your CRM (instead of entering them manually). The list goes on but this has definitely improved productivity and has taken out the hours spent on the manual tasks between connecting with clients!

Really practical for organizing group email sends. Very practical email cadence tracking.

First handling a bit complicated without training

Salesloft has helped our entire team streamline campaigns. It helps me organize my email data/results to easily present to leadership upon request. Since each template records it's own data, it's easy to see what works and what doesn't.

Learn how to create templates and use the loft it button in SF to quickly send targeted emails
Salesloft is - in short, the single most powerful tool we've used to date.

Hands down the customer service and response speed.

Theres not much to dislike about Salesloft so far.

Cadences and high velocity outreach. We have solved the scalability of a call center.

Trial it out against Outreach or Lightning Dialer, or whoever you're using. Call Salesloft, talk with their people and get top know their support and culture. If you do both those things, then you'll be convinced.

Email cadences are awesome - utilize them as much as you can!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the on boarding of the tool with the company. It was a seamless process and it was easily integrated with our Salesforce system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a certain limitation to you to understand how your sales organization is structure before you integrate the tool. It is best to first define and agree on the stages and the type of go-to-market strategy your company would like to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of sales engagement and reaching out to potential customers we think we can help them solve the biggest problems with our tool.

I would recommend to understand the needs for your company and sales engagements before choosing SalesLoft. It is important for you to define the stages, go to market strategy and your outbound sales strategy.
A better buying/selling experience
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has bolstered the internal execution of our sales and customer followup systems. We still have many areas to grow in but we noticed an immediate tightening of our systems upon implementation and are excited to know it can scale with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an integration with our ERP/CRM, GlobalShop. We have to run separate dashboards and migrating information back and forth takes much more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping us keep up with opportunities they may otherwise fall through the proverbial cracks. We've seen a more timely engagement with both prospects and current customers with a clean interface. The email tracking has been a lifesaver and is the most utilized tool right at this stage.

If you're struggling with thorough customer or lead followup and communicating a cohesive tone for your brand throughout your sales team, SalesLoft can absolutely help.
