Invaluable resource for our team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get large volumes of highly targeted activity out to prospects and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of anything negative here...

Salesloft has helped our sales team to dramatically improve our prospecting and outreach efficiency.
A tool that helps you test different ideas for email cadences - a requirement in a sales environment
What do you like best about the product?
Personalised emails are what prospects appreciate (and respond to). With a tool like SalesLoft you are able to do that without having to spend hours with manual data entry - love the tool and could not imagine my day without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with SugarCRM needs to be optimised - more a matter of needing to work on this integration than a problem with SalesLoft itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to write each email myself, am now able to have my templates in different languages (cover German, Spanish and English languages)

What do you like best about the product?
As someone formerly in sales (and now in marketing using Salesloft to help enable the sales team) I like:
- The ease of use
- Tracking abilities that sync to Salesforce
- Ability to add templates & snippets for different campaigns / ABM initiatives
- The real-time insights it provides sales that can be actioned on

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality has gotten a lot better since I first started using Salesloft over 5 years ago - but there's still a few areas I'd like Salesloft to continue to improve upon to get better insights into what's working best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it's allowing us to have easier access to enable sales with information on campaign & lead followup in a system they actually use & can adapt.
The best prospecting tool (if you can afford it)
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft gives you all the prospecting possibilities you need and of course a salesforce integration which is really valuable / and also a perfect linkedin & sales navigator integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the major drawback is its complexity.There are a lot of options which can be a bit stressful when you discover the tool. And it's a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me to have a really good follow on every mailing cadences I create. It reduces a lot the amount of mistake you do. The recording function of the calls made is really cool too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford this tool it's probably the best you can find on the market right now. It's really easy to use and customer centric, don't hesitate to try it
Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic logging of all activity (calls, emails, notes, Linked In Sales Navigator) to Salesforce. Call recordings. Easy to edit Contact and Account data that'll sync back to Salesforce within minutes. Much easier to use than Salesforce.
Best thing is cadences. Love it. I am able to set up a sequence of events like email a prospect and then same day follow them on Linked In, the next day I call them, the day after I email again and text them. It's really nice to set up a regular cadence and then just add a prospect to the list. The system reminds me of what I need to do next and gives me context so that I can connect seamlessly with them. I really enjoy using SalesLoft.

I'm pretty satisfied and haven't found anything that stands out that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More easily log to SFDC. Reminders of what I need to do next, so I don't have to think as much about it. I let the system remind me of what step I'm on with a prospect. I'm much more efficient with my prospecting. I save a ton of time. I can get much more done in a day or a Power Hour with SalesLoft than without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Less expensive than Outreach, very similar feature set, excellent support, knowledgeable sales staff. Fantastic purchasing and customer experience. highly recommended
A very good sales engagement and acceleration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, SalesLoft is an easy platform to work with.
In addition, their customer success and implementation teams are doing a very good job and provide great support and service.
The implementation was easy and the daily use is very intuitive (for the admins and other users) .
There's a good integration with Salesforce, Slack and other sales tools.
We currently use the platform for our direct sellers and SDRs.

Currently nothing major. We didn't like that you can't do automation rules during the weekends but now it's been solved.

- General Sales Engagement with prospects across many roles (AEs, SDRs, AMs)

A very good solution when the sales team is mature and relatively large.
Best Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is great for our medium sized sales team. We can increase our dials and emails per day and have improved our day to day efficiency. Like that we can share email templates within our team and AB test. Plenty of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement would be to allow for linkedin integration if not on a team sales navigator account. Another improvement would be to improve salesforce integration as we use this daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our SDR productivity. Our SDRs are able to work remotely after we installed SalesLoft.

connecting and linking accounts to make sure contacting everyone at company that has been imported

Salesloft has helped me as someone disorganized keep everything in one spot and complete my work more efficiently and effectively

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics help me to see and measure successful cadences and outreach, and cadences are easily built out and measured. I also really enjoy the Conversation Intelligence feature and the ability to measure cadences vs one another in an overall view. The call recording feature is great for coaching and accountability of employees and allows us to help one another when needed. Implementation was also very smooth and the platform works well with some other services we utilize such as LinkedIn, Gmail, Sendoso, and Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of a while to learn the intricacies, but it's not overwhelmingly difficult. Also, sometimes my phone number shows up as a scam caller, but it seems to be done by only google's caller ID, not universally. Also, I'm not a big fan of the fact that there is no Android app for me to use in a similar way to how some of my colleagues use the iOS app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My calls tend to go by quicker with the dialer and my voicemails can be pre-recorded, to save time. A/B testing in cadences can be done easily, and automatically, which helps to measure successes and failures. It also helps to show marketing what phrasing and terminology is working and what phrasing and terminology are not working. We also had a former employee who was not performing their job as expected, and Salesloft was able to provide the data and information to address the issues and hold the individual accountable to their actions or lackthereof.
