What do you like best about the product?
very user friendly, support team is very helpful

the way the connection is with Salesforce can be challenging at times

i do not currently have any problems with SalesLoft

Email cadences are awesome - utilize them as much as you can!
Strengthen your sales organization with automation and sales engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the on boarding of the tool with the company. It was a seamless process and it was easily integrated with our Salesforce system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a certain limitation to you to understand how your sales organization is structure before you integrate the tool. It is best to first define and agree on the stages and the type of go-to-market strategy your company would like to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of sales engagement and reaching out to potential customers we think we can help them solve the biggest problems with our tool.

I would recommend to understand the needs for your company and sales engagements before choosing SalesLoft. It is important for you to define the stages, go to market strategy and your outbound sales strategy.
A better buying/selling experience
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has bolstered the internal execution of our sales and customer followup systems. We still have many areas to grow in but we noticed an immediate tightening of our systems upon implementation and are excited to know it can scale with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an integration with our ERP/CRM, GlobalShop. We have to run separate dashboards and migrating information back and forth takes much more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping us keep up with opportunities they may otherwise fall through the proverbial cracks. We've seen a more timely engagement with both prospects and current customers with a clean interface. The email tracking has been a lifesaver and is the most utilized tool right at this stage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're struggling with thorough customer or lead followup and communicating a cohesive tone for your brand throughout your sales team, SalesLoft can absolutely help.
Great system on a upward trajectory
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest challenges I had before SalesLoft was consistency in my outreach to prospects in my accounts. I would usually try leads for about a week (maybe 2) before moving on to the next account. SalesLoft helps me to manage consistent outreach to prospects over time using their Cadences.
My team and I are able to have more conversations with more prospects over time because of the structure SalesLoft cadences gives us. The best practices and guidance from the SalesLoft CS team (and our implementation partner!) have really helped us to maxmise the effectiveness of our cadence building and reviewing
The view into hot leads and hot accounts also guides me to where I should be focusing in on when having 121's with my team.
One of the best things about SalesLoft is that they are continually improving the product and give every user the option to submit feedback very easily via the app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is limited in what I want to be able to see. It would be great if there was some configuration options to create custom reports which show me only the fields I would like to see so I can make easier comparisons without having to scroll across to look at 3 columns of data which aren't next to each other.
It would also be very useful to be able to drill down into certain analytics to find out what is driving the data behind it. For example, find out which prospects we're having positive conversations with by clicking into the numbers in the analytics screen so I could know that BDR1 had 5 positive conversations with Mr Prospect, Mrs Lead and Dr Suspect.

Now that we're having more conversations with more prospects, we're starting to see a more predictable pipeline of business development generated opportunities for the sales team to start working on.

When implementing SalesLoft, be open to as much as you can and learn their best practices to make it be successful for you. Be engaged by asking lots of questions, engage your end users in the implementation process.
Good! but need some tweaks, especially when integration with other platforms

Automation, this platform is helping me to get more discovery calls and better conversion rates.

Contacts pulled from lead IQ have several problems and bounce rates are very high. For example, I got more than 70% of bounced emails in my last cadence

What do you like best about the product?
The power that SalesLoft gives you as someone working in Sales Development is immense. It's the number one tool that I use as an SDR and something that I access on a daily basis. Using SalesLoft to write out and organize my cadences and add contacts from different organizations that I find from LinkedIn, is how I book almost all of my meetings for my Account Executives.
The best features of SalesLoft is the Gmail integration -- it allows me to quickly add pre-written templates responses when I am dealing with inbound leads, and I love the feature of being able to add calendar links where prospects can book time directly in my calendar.
I would highly recommend SalesLoft as a sales development tool to anyone who is in the sales profession. It can be set up for success in any industry that is B2B orientated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having a limitation of 1000 contacts only, when importing new contacts from a CSV file can be slightly frustrating. Other than that there are no negative comments that I have about SalesLoft at this time.

The other feature that I enjoy about SalesLoft is the reporting and analytics functionality. The graphs that are produced that track emails sent, open rates and click rates are awesome and it both helps keep me accountable and gives me the ability to show my progress and success with my managers.
Having the activity stream that shows which of my prospects open my emails, clicked them and then aggregates a "Hot Leads" section, is a helpful tool to book more meetings.

If you want to book meetings, organize your contacts and prospects better and be more successful at Sales, you should highly consider using SalesLoft.

I wish that uploading someone into salesloft automatically updated/uploaded them into salesforce. I also wish the logic for cadence responses/views/conversations could be more customized. Have a rule where someone views/responds to an email and is automatically moved to a different personal cadence.
