A must have for any company doing cold outreach

What do you like best about the product?
the cadences make it super simple to organize your calling lists
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the connection over the internet is poor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
greater call volumes which lead to more initial meetings booked
Recommendations to others considering the product:
better customer support. I would suggest having specific customer service reps assigned to accounts. It gets really frustrating trying to solve a problem with several different people and explaining the problem each time.

Also there should be a better way to organize email templates. The list format available makes it disorganized if you have several. Folders should be an option

Salesloft: Making Lead Management a Breeze since 2011

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform. Following up with leads has been so easy. I have increased my pipeline and increased my meetings since starting Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to be that person, but I do not thing there is one aspect that I don't like about the platform. I think if it had a better Salesforce integration, but overall this product has been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my problem of leads going cold. I can work on personalizing emails and see what works based off of the data that Salesloft provides. As I mentioned before, my meetings have been increasing, which has led to a better pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is a great tool to help make cold calling, prospecting, and lead management a breeze. With Salesloft, I no longer have to set daily tasks in Salesforce and can see the insight of how much of impact my emails are making. Salesloft is pushing me to be better at sales overall.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to craft emails that are more personalized, but can still send them in mass quantities. I enjoy how easily it fuses with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information from salesforce doesnt transfer correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how long it takes me to send a high amount of personalized emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try sales with is, and you wont try it without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly segment and put together a cadence, track progress, steps, responses, replies, and the ability to easily view analytics and access call recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for adding accounts from SFDC to SalesLoft can be a little cumbersome, but it's easy to do. I also sometimes get frustrated when I need to revise steps in a cadence but every member is listed as 'Completed' even though I want to add more steps to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking of our efforts, statistics on our effectiveness, and ease of tracing our conversations over time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of cadence capabilities - they save a lot of time and take some of the messy work out of reporting on your efforts.

A better way to find opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tight integration with SF, allowing us to track prospects throughout the entire cadence. Before SalesLoft, we would reach out to prospects a few times and then they would slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely helpful if we could view more company data on the person detail page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient, personalized outreach at scale.

2.5x in opps generated on a weekly basis per rep.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool would be much less effective if not paired with SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most is may the automation rules which allow many things between Salesloft and your CRM.
If you link the fields it could update your CRM depending on the behavior of your lead.

The multi touch points is also a good feature, even if you can' t personnalise the connection request on linkdin.

The gmail widget is really hepfull too. You can create a lead from your gmail, an event on your calendar.
Then, you can have an all in one tool which allow you to connect with propsect by linkedin, mail and phone as they can offer you a licence with this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things like : you can't modify the sentence to opt out.
Also change the small text you send when you invite someone on linkedin from Salesloft.

It's not so easy to share good practice between people. I mean when we are five to 10 people in the same team it's ok.

But when you have to scale not as easy for the end users and managers.

Per exemple, as a manager, you know your reply rate by templates/ cadence, by account but when you are looking for the same date per industry, per persona, it's not as easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track SDR & AE tasks, iterate, analyse and select the best cadence, template whatever.

Before Salesloft, only one people managed the outbound content but if there is only one people who manage it, there had to be less iterations. We change for Salesloft as we need to have autonomous SDR & Sales Rep.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you only have on market and few personas it is the best tool to use. It looks complicate to scale your Sales Machine with but Salesloft is enough till your serie A.

I wish that it was easier to remove people from cadences during the call step.

An extra lead flow engine to build in your free time

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to set up campaigns for different types of prospects and drop them into lead funnels and have my SDR's do the leg work, while the leads rollll in.
Creating templates around my work help save cycles on tasks I have to do multiple times over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Loft and salesforce is decent. Wish logging calls while using the dialer was one click as opposed to three
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: No easy way to send bulk emails, spending time sending same emails

Solutions: Automation, Mass client outreach, email templates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have not tried levering loft to add into your sales practice - I would highly recommend it. Good change into your process

Superior cadences over Outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like SalesLoft's ability to create sequences with testing/variations and the feedback. It is much easier to use over Outreach for real time feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about their calling functionality since we never used it for calling and analyzing. Seems also not as scalable and easy to integrate into systems like Outreach does. I think the email tracking capabilities weren't as accurate as Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Campaigns for prospecting through SalesLoft was very effective. You're also able to allocate specific prospects into a variation of a step as opposed to Outreach which is completely randomized. I like that flexibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For smaller teams or ability to let your team members create cadences for themselves, this is a much easier tool to use and to adopt.

The "Go To" Sales Tool for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
THE PROS:

SalesLoft makes it easy to manage a funnel of leads by allowing the user to create multiple cadences for a variety of different purposes. One of the best things about Salesloft is that you are provided with metrics that allow for you to estimate how far a lead is down the sales funnel to become a low hanging fruit. Salesloft Measures Emails sent, opened, bounced, click rate and reply rate. Within your cadences, you can also sort by, who falls within these messages for reaching out via email or call. I think one of the most useful options for SalesLoft is that it records any calls you have made so that you can go back at a later point in time and listen to them. This is particularly useful if you are a sales person who requires detailed lead reports in order to pass on qualified leads to another team to nurture and close the lead. Furthermore, adding leads is easy. Once a lead is added, they are moved into the people tab, which can then be assigned a tag to organize what cadence they are in, what the point of the reach out was or even just to say the lead wasnt interested and is disqualified.




THE CONS:

I wish there was a way to sort leads by who has opened an email in the "people" section, in addition to being able to view and compare cadences side by side for percentages and have SalesLoft make recommendations for a better cadence. I wish the cadence would keep the lead there once the cadence is finished running. To remedy the issue, I put a blank step below my cadences as a "HOLD" for any leads that run through. Another issue that arises is that if you forget to add the hold step, you cannot sort the leads by "all" afterwards and see what cadence they have run through unless you have a tag underneath them.

SalesLoft makes it easy to aggregate my leads into one ecosystem for direct reach out. The nice part is that it easily integrates with Salesforce for lead management and can be sorted by tags, so you know what leads belong to what cadence and what salesperson you reached out for.

For any of the problems, you can look at what I disliked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to use a tool for lead management that tracks your metrics in the hopes of having further success, It is definitely work utilizing SalesLoft's capabilities.
