What do you like best about the product?
Using cadences! Voicemail drops, sending emails out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft connection is sometimes broken
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems = being able to reach over 50+ leads in one day
benefits = spead to lead

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of email open & click rates as well as keeping my task management all in one place. Helps me keep track of everyone and which step they're on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that you can't un-send emails. For example, I've accidentally sent an email to a prospect that was still just a template - it would be awesome if there was a way to un-send or get that email back before they open the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having to organize all my leads myself. I've realized that if it weren't for SalesLoft I wouldn't be able to keep track of everyone I'm trying to reach out to and what steps they are in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm still learning so definitely try to take advantage of everything it offers.

can pull multiple names and put into one email

I dont like that some emails arent in the system as contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can send out multiple emails at once also I can see how many people have opened my emails and how many clicked on the links I provided in the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the very moment, I don't see any downsides for salesloft yet - that's a good thing (I have only been using it for 6 months)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to call and send out emails to leads that come in. I like how it connects with salesforce and gmail. I like the benefits of a cadence and making different cadences and seeing which one worked the most and which one doesn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make cadences - I like having my own personal cadences then rather doing team cadences.

Amazing product for sales success & saving time

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes automating your sales cadences extremely easy. Helps you save time and spend less time messing around in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be better but they are good enough for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a ton of time not working off of tasts in salesforce. Have so much extra time in the day by not getting bogged down with closing and opening tasks, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably the best sales automation tool on the market, you really can't go wrong with this.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is the fact that I can create cadences to keep track of my work in progress
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about SalesLoft is I have not spent a full day learning everything functionality wise, but I plan to sit aside time soon to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not honestly had any problems with SalesLoft. The system really is user friendly and is very helpful.

Great tool very resourceful use it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put customers in specific cadences to schedule my follow up for calling and emailing at the appropriate time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't been able to get the reminder button to alert me on my desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have on average 150-250 leads to work every month. I wouldn't be able to manage these leads effectively without the help of salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have leads that you want to be properly worked then I would suggest salesloft 100%

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me drive a high level of targeted prospecting activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like I'm using the platform to its full potential. I feel like I'm a 100 - level student and I'd love some videos that would quickly teach me how to become a 300-level student.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft improves my efficiency achieving activity goals during the week, and the analytics let me adjust my communication to improve conversion rates on my messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can follow engagment with relation to clicks and opens. Means you can target better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when exiting a call cadence i cant simply return to my cadence overview but have to go back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of mass out reach. Benfits relized hae been higher engagment and orgnization

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has a very user friendly UI/UX. As a seller, SalesLoft makes it extremely easy to live inside their app as opposed to toggling between Gmail, Salesforce and their app.

I use SalesLoft on a daily basis and couldn't produce 1/3 of what I do today without their tool. I'm convinced that if I didn't have SalesLoft, I wouldn't have the necessary tools to hit my quota regulatory and I also wouldn't be able to generate nearly as many "interested" opportunities on my own.

I highly recommend to Sales orgs of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if SalesLoft had end-user support as opposed to speaking to our RevOps/Enablement team for them to reach out to our SalesLoft Account Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of one problem I have with SalesLoft. By using their tools, I'm far more efficient at my job and am able to produce double the amount of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You really can't go wrong. As an end-user, their software makes me more efficient at my day to day and ultimately helps me close more deals.
