All-In-One Platform for Maximum Sales Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated nature of the platform and the fact that the platform encompasses all key areas of outreach in one consolidated experience. Embedded phone/dial features, email features, AWESOME personalized, analytics to see what messaging/campaigns are most effective - all in spot to organize every step of prospecting, all integrated with CRM.
I use the real-time notifications feature daily, to get immediate updates as to email opens, click throughs, etc.
Really drives efficiency for me, as an end user/salesperson.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lag on the notifications of recipient email opens, but easy workarounds available .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps a consolidated, historical record of outreach per contact in an account. Immediate syncing with CRM to avoid time-consuming updates. Easy dashboards and analytics for sales people and sales management to see quantity and effectiveness of all outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are the best thing I have found. Automating the process of follow up with prospects and clients makes prospecting so much easier than just setting reminders in SalesForce. I find call logging and making calls from my laptop extremely easy and that provides an easy workflow to follow the cadences I have in place.
The dashboards are also very helpful in that they give me a great performance view and lots of other statistics. Ability to add people to a cadence, create a new cadence, copy a cadence and use a shared cadence are all also very helpful with managing time for prospecting.
The one click connectivity between Salesforce and SalesLoft is really helpful too in having conversations with prospects and getting the details from SF.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation takes more steps than I would like, but overall haven't found anything to dislike. It would be helpful to be able to navigate quicker back and forth from my list of people to individuals, and then back to the list of people again. I also like to use the "last contacted" column to reach out to those I have moved to SalesLoft and see if I have put them in a cadence or had any reach outs to, but when I select a person to add to a cadence, I have to select the last to most recent connection column each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big increase in call rates and ability to manage lots of call in a single process. Have had a much better response rate, and increase in appointments.
Great Organization Platform & Useful for 1:1 Outreach

The organization and the ability to edit messages before sending them off

What do you dislike about the product?
Mass upload isn't as easy as SB unfortunately. That's the main thing - I also get very frustrated with the blockers to reach out to key contacts. I know this is an issue on our end, but it makes it much more difficult to put people into automatic cadences I've created.
I also need to understand a workflow with SalesLoft. I don't have one which makes me feel like it's taking me way longer to get things done

SalesLoft will allow me to prioritize my day and centralize the time that is being spent to add efficiency to my prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a pain in the ass to jump back and forth between SF and SalesLoft/DiscoverORg when trying to add people to cadances.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to place all of my emails, calls and inmails in one place to ensure i hit my acitivity in an efficient manner.

I dislike requirements for integration. It needs a lot of work, but maybe that is due to our internal requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Output.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simplify usage. Maybe include tiers so users who just want ability to automate emails/calls have a different UI then those who want more complete features.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the desktop product works well, there are some strange nuances but overall it's ok and I like that it connects to SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features would be helpful, for example if the email has been forwarded or deleted those would be additional features that would enhance the product.

Overall tracking is helpful.
Using SalesLoft as an Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, email templates and notifications make it easy for you to cast a wide net to your prospects with a specific message. You can also have insights into how those messages are received with notifications that track the email's interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to get your contacts in and get up and running. But has been super effective ever since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a specific message out to hundreds of prospects quickly. Makes me more organized and tactical in my prospecting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can send out many emails and customize the outreach to still make it look genuine. In addition the fact that you can track opens and clicks is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when leads have been through multiple cadences, it gets a little fuzzy whether the opens and clicks are attributed to the current campaign or a previous or concurrent cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is sending our mass customized messaging that still has a personal feel. And the benefits are that it saves so much time and makes me efficient.

I like the cadences! I like being able to add contacts to certain cadences and not worrying about if I made a call/sent email. The cadence basically maps out my day.

Sometimes emails are sent without subject lines and I'm not sure if that's an admin issue or a salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having my day mapped out. I like being able to review my calls, get updates on when my emails are opened and how often, I like being able to cancel emails from sending if I made an error.
