What do you like best about the product?
The task reminders. You really don't have to put a ton of thought into your day with SalesLoft. It lets you know everything that needs to get done within the cadences. It's truly a powerful tool when it comes to taking the guesswork out of sending templates, scheduling meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero gripes with this tool and I've never had a single issue getting a hold of support if I have questions on how to best use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, Task reminders, Appointment scheduling. Inserting available times in an email, tracking all my calls and recordings in one place. So many things.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can schedule emails and I have the option to skip steps in my cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I should be able to make reminders easier- sometimes that name of the person I'm looking to re-connect with is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has made it easier to remember to reach out to the right people at the right time.

The dealer is not so direct and fast. In my Pc is not working the "click to call" but maybe it's a internal problem.

Best pipeline application!
I've had a great experience when I've had the opportunity to use salesloft.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to navigate to different tabs where I'm able to have a chance to close potential customers looking to use our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how clunky some of the pages look and how difficult it can be to find something on certain tabs. I wish it would be a little bit better of a transition from one page to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to create or go through leads that are already in the system and call them to see if they want to use the software we have to offer.
Salesloft is great for prospecting, but the world of voicemails is going away.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can keep a complex campaign going that would be too difficult without it. Creating complex campaigns that touch a contact 11 times is just too much to handle when prospecting hundreds of clients. There are marketing tools that do this, but this a sales prospecting tool plain and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the feedback on specific calls seems to be meaningless. When you enter the dropdown on a call detail like "not in service" that should also trigger other behaviors such as pulling that phone number out automatically. Today you need to go and take a second action to remove that band number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the problems of prospecting thousands of contacts, I could never do this on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is a great tool for running prospecting campaigns, but with more and more decision makers not using voicemail or direct lines I will be interested to see how Saleloft evolves further.

I love how user friendly it is, how organized it keeps me and also that I can see when prospects open my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the account names don't sync correctly with salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how when a prospect replies, it is taken out of my cadence to ensure I don't accidentally reach out twice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you have Salesforce, it makes 100% sense to switch to SalesLoft.
Salesloft is an effective sales tool that allows our team to automate their prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
Building cadences has helped me significantly. It allows me to stay on track and send out consistent touch points to my prospects. The tool automates my calls, voicemails, emails, cadences, etc. It gives our entire team the ability to manage their pipeline and cadences. We can also track sales progress and activities across the team. Salesloft organizes the accounts in a way to ensure that none of the sales individuals are duplicating efforts and calling on the same prospects/accounts. The analytics section is helpful and can ensure our team is staying on track. Our team likes the ability to see each others cadences and use them if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the 'people' and 'accounts' tabs were merged together. Searching for people or accounts in either section may not show the same results. I also wish I could do more with LinkedIn through Salesloft, i.e. get LinkedIn notifications through Salesloft. I wish everything we did in LinkedIn could be tracked so that we wouldn't have to manually track connection requests, conversations, and more from LinkedIn. I also wish under 'people' and 'recent activities' it was displayed differently so that I could look at the contact and quickly tell what's going on with that prospect verses scrolling through all of my activities. I wish I could send out an email and have it not be in HTML format, where the spacing and text may appear different once sent out verses what you see in the system. Also, some attachments are not viewable when added to templates in the system, therefore they need to be added manually one by one when sending them out by email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated voicemails - speeding up my ability to call more people. Management of touch points - keeps me organized and consistent. Email blasts - allows me to personalize each email and send them all at once. Visibility - allows our team to see what accounts are being worked and where each sales individual is on their sales activity. Having the ability to import data is very helpful. I like that the tool can tell if a contact has already been uploaded into the system so you're not duplicating efforts. Having the ability to store, edit and use different templates in the system has also proven to be very beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to automate your sales process, I'd recommend using SaleLoft. Your team will be able to seamlessly reach more prospects and streamline your overall sale cycle.

Launching markets is difficult with many moving pieces. I have so many things to do and can't always effectively track and keep up on my outbound. This is a priceless tool for me to be successful

What do you like best about the product?
How it keeps me up to date on my daily tasks and makes calls a lot easier and more efficient to make. I like how I can see every conversation that I have had with a potential client. One of my favorite things is how my contacts are separated by time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing dead emails from cadences takes a long time. I wish it automatically removed people from my cadence that do not have an email or phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my leads organized, making sure not contacting them too often. It is 10xs faster to make calls now. I am able to get a lot more calls done in a day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for an outbound call team. I would highly recommend.
