Great Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sales loft is easy to use and a solid suite of contact tools. The sample cadences are excellent as are the best practice recommendations. The SalesLoft customer service and training is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of the VOIP connections when using the dialer can be poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to greatly expand my ability to reach 100's of contacts on a weekly basis and it's use has generated lots of activity resulting in a growing prospect funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow the SalesLoft cadence best practices and guidelines as provided for the best results. They have a library of recommendations. Thanks!

The Go-To Tool for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ability to customize messaging when it is needed and to automate when it is necessary. Having the freedom to include dynamic tags helps to also give a personalized feel when time is tight and messaging is the same for multiple prospects. I really enjoy being able to then see the activity that a prospect has with my email and website in order to track my success. I can also check out analytics to see how I am doing week over week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of the toggle for A/B testing. I wish there was a way to "assign" certain contacts in a cadence to certain messaging, rather than just an even split down the middle. This would make it easier for me to segement prospects based on their business model and then be able to send case studies based on their industry or consumer base. This would add to personalization but could still have the automation piece that is so crucial to Salesloft as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issues of time doing the same thing over and over again. The biggest benefit I have noticed is that the ability to send out messaging to dozens of prospects at the click of a button. I am able to use my creativity when I have the time, rather than rushing to get it done just to send out the same message 43 times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend doing your research and making sure that you will be sending out many different cadence messages to many different people. Salesloft is all about volume!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can see when a prospect has clicked or opened my emails - it gives me insight about warm leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the activity/analytics can be tracked better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have reminders out on many of my prospects that help me remember to follow up with them and circle back.

When people are in a cadence it is not the easiest to mass-skip a step!

I have solved the problem of inefficiency, I am able to send out a lot more emails and also calls then i would with just gmail

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about salesloft is my ability to keep up with different cadences and also have emails that are already prewritten so I'm able to save time and get a lot more work done than I could before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a little trouble diving into some of the cadences I've made. It makes it difficult to keep a consistent workflow and takes a little bit a time but it's definitely not overbearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving with salesloft is making it easier for me to reach out to more people than I typically would not using any sort of tool. The benefits I've seen is more success on getting meeting because I'm able to contact more people in a single day.

Salesloft for President!

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking tool is probably my favorite feature in Salesloft. Being able to identify when someone has opened and email and/or clicked on a link is amazing! It's like my own personal NSA tool. Haha!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not a ton that I dislike. Every now and then I have to refresh my Gmail or Salesforce to get it working again, but that's not a huge headache at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me solve all sorts of problems! I've been able to keep track of my prospects better than ever. It has helped me save immense amounts of time with email cadences. If someone misses an appointment or needs some light email touchpoints, I can have Salesloft do it all for me.
Also, the meeting intelligence is crazy! Makes me worry what kind of voice software the government has because it's SO detailed. I can pinpoint filler words, voice time, closing queues - all sorts of things that have improved my phone game exponentially. Being able to speed up and slow down calls has made call reviews as simple as it gets! TONS of saved time there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Your sales team will absolutely love you for it. They'll become more efficient and professional in dealing with the clients and prospects.

Versatile tool with breadth of benefits

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility, ease of use, and ability to free up time for multiple departments, not just sales - not only does it increase client engagement (sales), it also helps to nurture leads (marketing), allows for email integration (sales operations), has templates and snippets that can be used to cut down on copying & pasting (sales coordinators), and allows for in-depth insights and data reflection (management). Beyond just the tool, everyone we have spoken to on their team has been incredibly knowledge, helpful, and kind. They are eager to solve any issues that come up, even if beyond their realm, and genuinely want to help elevate our business instead of just "taking our money and running". Everyone has been very hands-on and involved, and despite being a discerning organization, our stakeholders have been impressed with both the platform and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've run into a couple of hiccups such as retroactive email syncing, which seemed to be a glitch that the support team couldn't troubleshoot, but it's not the worst thing that could happen and so far everyone has been as helpful as they possibly can be in overcoming potential issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to free up time for our sales agents by routing web leads who haven't yet been qualified to a cadence set up via SalesLoft. Additionally, we are able to passively nurture our pipeline without added time required from the agents. Outlook integration, especially since our organization uses a custom object, has been an amazing side benefit as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a managed package and/or use a custom object beyond Accounts/Opportunities, SalesLoft has proven to be flexible and helpful in adapting their platform to accommodate.

What do you like best about the product?
I can track and monitor my prospects, measure their level of engagement regarding the content such as ebooks , cadences, and nurturing outbound leads to eventually become a prospect then a client
Check how many times they have visited my website, click on my landing pages . Helps a lot to get a feeling from them and think of a next strategy to book a demo
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialer doesn’t allow me to call Spanish numbers and it’s a bit annoying because then I can’t register and leave track of my call, have to do it manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I had with bit getting the right vibe from my outbound leads, was not sure if the content I was sending out was right or pointing out the right pains points , well now I do and has made my life so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft was able to allow our sales department to automatically receive relevant and personalized content from marketing about their leads and prospects that produced more quality outreach and higher conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft relies heavily on an integration with Linkedin Sales Navigator - a tool which essentially doubles the total cost per user. There's definitely ROI to integration with Linkedin, but discounts or lower subscription tiers should be offered to Salesloft users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing integration, sales enablement, sales accountability, conversation quality, data quality, conversion rate
