Manage and create leads with SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and you don't have to copy and paste a campaign email or list because it is all stored int he software tool. Once you send out a campaign you can see exactly who opened your email, who clicked, link with them on LinkeIn directly from the tool.. unbelievable!
What do you dislike about the product?
The call feature does not work with my system. Other than that nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer inquiries, managing territory, managing outbound campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in sales and want to manage your territory and campaigns, SalesLoft is an excellent tool.

What do you like best about the product?
- The Dial Pad
- Chrome Plugin for SFDC
- Easily create tasks/reminders, automate follow-up emails
- Have visibility into past communications with account/contact
- Analytics track total output and the efficiency/efficacy of said output
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is no Android App available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sales loft helps automate repetitive tasks and guide you through daily workflows.
- Sales loft analytics helps track what sales/marketing content works and what content does not work. Previously, I had no insight into metrics such as open rate, click rate, and response rate.
- Sales loft removes the need to use a separate app to make calls and emails. Makes working remotely/on the go easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is fully Chrome browser based. If you are an Internet Explorer User you will have to switch. The switch will be for the better though.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it allows me to see what works and what doesn't. You can experiment and iterate on messaging, cadences and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's no mobile app for android users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for not knowing who our audience is. Salesloft provides a structure to be able to look at the numbers and actually see what's working and what's not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to effectively measure and track what you're sales team is doing, this is the tool.

If there's no structure to your sales environment, you can never improve.

SalesLoft provides you with the tools you need to start measuring so that you can start making small changes.

Cadences, very helpful with keeping things on shched and organized

sometimes it is glitchy with the CRM (gmail/SFDC)- it disconnects or freezes

It can be glitchy at times, account are not always linked correctly to names

What do you like best about the product?
That I can target new contacts and creat a plan (cadence) of when you contact them and how. It can be to keep in touch of existing contacts too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish cadences expires. I have many contacts that were in a cadence for another rep that dropped the cadence or left the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better able to remember potential clients and reach out.
I have a plan of attack now instead of haphazard reaching out.

I like that all of the steps in my cadence are predetermined and my workflow is streamlined.

Not being able to edit the cadence as a whole while prospects are in the steps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated message system, it saves so much time and gives me high visibility of who opens my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislike anything. My one compliant would be when I try to add in attachments for PDFs, the formatting doesnt transfer the way I want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized how many prospects I can reachout to with the similar persona. I am setting more meetings than ever before from my customized messages.
