Great tool to organize my daily tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
For your daily tasks it is a much easier sustainable solution. It helps to organize your daily and weekly activities in order to make sure nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints to date, but I want an easier integration into sales force so that leads can be put into a particular lead view instantaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to organize the product, I benefitted from the increase in sales in a faster sales process. It contributes to keeping my day smooth and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In any form of sales position or BDR position, I would recommend using Salesloft. It benefits the end-users immensely and simplifies things considerably.
great tool, not as robust as needed
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use, easy to build and manage cadences, the analytics are pretty good from a user perspective, two way sync with SFDC is great, ability to AB test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality is low when not using a hard wired phone, it's really difficult to edit cadences once you've built them. The thing I dislike the most about it is its inability to edit a prospects future emails. I would like the ability to just look up personalized information once and sprinkle it into later touches at once which Salesloft doesn't allow you to easily do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reaching out to hundreds of prospects at once while retaining all information and knowing where they are in a workflow. Its allowed me to save a lot of time and increase my reach
Great Cadence for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Email cadences data. SalesLoft will share exactly what time your contacts are likely to open emails, create reports of who to reach out to after a cadence is sent and an amazing virtual dialer that integrates into SalesForce
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft and SalesForce integration could be better. A lot of the new features of SalesForce Lightning are not integrated seamlessly with SalesLoft. SalesLoft should be making content to help walk customers around the errors until they fix their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with prospects in a set schedule that allows prospects to leave the sales funnel.
Killer prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Campaigns and due date dashboard. Incredibly easy to know what to do and when to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more ability to integrate notes that appear when using the dialed or email - I’ve never found away to have information I’ve collected outside of integrations right in front of me when prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sticking to prospecting, having a clear set of defined tasks to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
It works fine when it is working but it is unreliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support, There are frequent issues and getting support is impossible. Disorganized customer support system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
e-mail and calls are together. However, I need to be able to log-in and the help resolving the issue has been very slow and they will only communicate through e-mail.
SalesLoft facilitates daily work.
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated SalesLoft in SalesForce makes the casting of a very large net very simple. The cadences are easy to set and model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dial-out function can be a bit better. When you leave a voicemail, sign in and move on to the next call automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Go quickly and painlessly before the new prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend that the dialer option be used. At first we didn't set it up.

It isn't customer sales friendly. hard time tracking emails to customers

Streamlined sales outreach. makes sending outreach emails easy and efficient to track

Really great for outbound sales but still needs work for customer sales team
Great platform easy to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
Can do all that outside the platform, like dialing, sending emails and so on. It can be used very safely and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Power interruptions occur. In addition, it's a little frustrating not to remember e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity of production and maintenance of pipelines. It simplifies the calling process, so that our prospects can be accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Developing slowly and a little complicated. Nonetheless, the investment is definitely worth holding revenue up and better than manual management.
Everyday User
What do you like best about the product?
Great customization, and automation features to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If multiple contacts from one company are entered into an outreach/prospecting cadence, and one person responds with "Not interested" - The time/effort it takes to removed all other contacts is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce is strong, and saves time. I have seen an increase in meetings set and pipeline generated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not sure if they provide a trial, but that might be a good starting point.
SalesLoft is so intuitive and makes my life easier every day.
What do you like best about the product?
No more manual logging! I can easily make all my call and emails to prospects and move on without having to go log everything into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the SalesLoft platform is still evolving, but I don't have any distinct grievances as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting time back in my day for quality selling. I don't think I could ever not have SalesLoft in a selling role again.
