SalesLoft has been great so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very effective in allowing us to reach out to potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SalesLoft still needs some works with a couple of integrations. But it's overall a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us be way more effective in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has made it very easy for me to strengthen my relationships with prospects who are not familiar with my company and our solutions. I feel I have gained more opportunism with this tool considering it has increased sales immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft should have more clear metrics for outreaches that are successful. It can help drive forward what works best and what cadences are being executed properly. I think that the software could improve on showing an understandable image of which direction to take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the platform to enhance my outreach and contact more people with a shorter time-span. I am also able to effectively connect with much more prospects in my daily function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the software can put more effort in making more personalized outreaches or reminders of personalized messaging.
Backwards workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Clicks, Views, Open analytics are the best features of SL. Being able to compare activity and view notifications when clients open emails gives a higher level of engagement metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to use SL within SF is horribly backwards. From a workflow perspective, having to initiate contact through salesloft instead of SF or email is completely backwards and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to verify engagement is extremely helpful. Comparing metrics with your peers is helpful as well.
Incredibly easy to use, could improve the manage contacts feature

Super easy to use - Salesloft makes my life easy on a day to day basis for tracking engagement, emails and calls in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s really a PIA to manage contacts inside a cadence or to create a cadence with contacts but other than that this is a really great software that saves me so much time!

Easy to manage outbound campaigns, amazing emailing tracking, call recording

Worth the money
Salesloft has been a great tool to help organize my daily tasks, and follow-up with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a much easier sustainable solution for your everyday tasks. It helps to organize your daily and weekly activity to ensure you don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far, however I would like to see an easier integration with salesforce to instantly put leads within a specific lead view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefited by exceeding more sales within a quicker sales process due to the organization of the product. It helps to keep my day's moving smoothly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider using Salesloft for any type of sales position, or BDR position. It greatly helps to improve your end-users process and makes things much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and dynamic fields. Recorded calls. And of course how it syncs with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls are dropped, but other than that - everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropped calls is the only problem I run into.
Works well, helps with organization but does have a few bugs from time to time

Cadences allow me to organize my leads and have them all in one place. I can differentiate people based on why I am calling and find people quickly.

Having to do a lot of clicks to find out certain things about leads/their account

I am able to save time. It also helps me to not forget to follow up with people w/ the reminder function.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft kept me organized and on time with my outreach sequences. It was easy to track who interacted with my emails and I love the ability to be able to drop voicemail recordings. Salesloft will analyze a persons Linkedin profile and tell you their disc personality, as well as give suggestions on the best sales approach to use for their personality.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment. Occasionally my dialer would run slowly, but that may be a problem with my internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is a big time saver, as it keeps me organized and allows me to efficiently send out messaging and quickly make large amounts of dials.
Very Slow Sales System
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track how often prospects click on emails and what they are viewing and when, as well as the sentiments for calls and what the responses were generally. I also like how you can set reminders within the tool and view everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is very slow and often glitchy, which makes it hard to be productive in sales. Salespeople need to be able to make large call volumes and this sometimes is an issue with Salesloft because it takes so long to log just one call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely slow call logging, sometimes cadences don't automatically stop when a prospect replies to an email as they should.

Look into Microsoft Outreach as well as we liked this program and it is not as slow.
Pipeline for AEs
What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ability to find contacts and accounts within the view, click and reply history to find focus within my day for prospecting. As an AE it's important to keep your eye on pipeline building as well as the follow-ups and sales process that's typically in CRM and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't remember anything other than it would be cool to have some AI detection to tell a rep that the cadence that someone else is doing is working well or that the template you are typing is just like a different one that someone is using.
